This is another one that's gone viral in the last
week or so. I've seen it everywhere, the viral egg coffee. Now,
don't panic, Brandon, We've done something similar before. This is
a recipe that was a little bit different. Do you
remember this beautiful day when Colin Faznige was joining us.

Speaker 2 (00:31):
His cheese.

Speaker 1 (00:32):
Everyone, I go top.

Speaker 3 (00:45):
And you spat on him. So that was an egg
coffee that had just came back up. I know they
had four sheds, four shots of espresso, two cans of
sweet condensed milk, and eight egg yolks. This one is
much simpler, and this one apparently is absolutely delicious. It's
only got a couple of ingredients, an egg yolk, white sugar,

and a shot of espresso.

Speaker 2 (01:08):
This means I have to separate an egg. Separate you too.
So you've got some eggs now which let me it's
egg yolk is ye, there's the white. Okay, I'm going
to try and do this. No, that's not how you separate.

Speaker 3 (01:24):
This is how I separate an egg. Okay, ditch that
one will go again.

Speaker 2 (01:30):
The shell out of it.

Speaker 3 (01:31):
I understand how this is no, because I'm going to
use the yolk in the other one. Is the yolk
is the yellow, isn't it? Okay, so you're a fool. No,
this is how chefs do it. They put it through
their fingers. They put it through their fingers.

Speaker 2 (01:49):
Why not. That's how you separate an egg like raw egg.

Speaker 1 (01:53):
And I don't like people playing with eggs.

Speaker 2 (01:56):
Look at that.

Speaker 3 (01:57):
That's probably enough goop that's come off it now, so
look that's oh, I don't have anything to wipe my
hands on.

Speaker 2 (02:02):
Okay, So there's our egg yolk. Here's the thing. This
is the bit that might take a while. I then
put in three teaspoons of sugar into the cap.

Speaker 3 (02:10):
Kesha likes it. She's no, I'm just put into my mouth. Yes,
three teaspoons of sugar. And then here's the bit. This
is the bit that will make or break it, is
that you have to blitz that. I brought my little
blitzer in you. What's brought this from home?

Speaker 2 (02:29):
Okay, it's a little bit.

Speaker 3 (02:30):
Now, what happens is I blitzed this away your bedside draw.
I know the joke you're making, and I don't appreciate it.
This has to blitz and blitz and oh no, this
isn't going to blitz it.

Speaker 2 (02:40):
He'll be on the side.

Speaker 3 (02:41):
Yep.

Speaker 2 (02:42):
It blitzes and blitzes.

Speaker 3 (02:43):
And this is I have to cream the sugar and
the egg together until it changes color. And this could
take some time. So can't you play a song while
I do this? And we'll see where we go. And
after this, all I do is add a shot of
coffee and we're ready to go.

Speaker 1 (02:57):
Okay, we'll take a break and we'll come back while
a man just creaming herself.

Speaker 3 (03:01):
Brendon, grow up. We're making the viral egg coffee. So
I've spent the last few minutes using my little hand
blitzer to mix together an egg, yolk and three teaspoons
of sugar.

Speaker 2 (03:13):
I reckon, that's thickening. Is that how you make some
sort of meringe?

Speaker 3 (03:17):
It's quite viscous, now, isn't it. Now that what we've done.
We've just creamed it. And now what will happening? What's
happening now?

Speaker 2 (03:24):
Viscous?

Speaker 3 (03:25):
And now I'm pouring in a shot of coffee. Let
me take this and give it one more blitz. Do
you think that was a funny joke.

Speaker 1 (03:33):
He made you do pun stuff all the time.

Speaker 2 (03:36):
Okay, let me just give it another blitz. What's curdled
on now? It's no, it hasn't curdled. Okay, here's Colin fascinating.
You have to spit on yourself. Here we go.

Speaker 3 (03:47):
Now, I'm going to divide this into three cups and
we're all going to have some. Okay, that's yours, Brendan, Ryan,
that's yours. This has gone viral and everyone says it's delicious.
I'm not even a coffee drinker, so this is going
to go straight to my nether regions. When I say three,
we sip viral egg coffee one two, three, Yum. That's

one of the most delicious things I've ever had.

Speaker 2 (04:13):
Do you like it? Ryan? That's really good. It's so
absolutely delicious.

Speaker 1 (04:19):
Yeah, it is really good.

Speaker 3 (04:20):
That is really good. It's as simple as that egg, yolk,
white sugar, a shot of espresso. But the trick is
you have to cream the egg and the sugar for ages.

Speaker 2 (04:29):
That's so yung creaming.

Sometime sick duck make a slap done and make you
go yuck.
