was quietly freaking out that US customs. Maybe the CIA
had been going through her Instagram account and found those
pictures of Baby jd vance art work that Liz was
putting on the head of Guinness classes of Guinness at
the bar. Maybe they didn't see the humor. I think
we have Liz on the line from the US. Now

you know, it's so much harder in comparison there. I
just freezed through.

Speaker 2 (00:55):
So it was easier to get through customs there than
it was to get a visa here. They didn't give
you any evil look.

Speaker 1 (01:01):
Yeah, no evil looks. No one asked up for me
to open my Instagram. No one wants to see my
meme or anything like that. So, yeah, it was great.

the Avers shuttle bus now and so have you managed
to grab yourself a higher car to.

give you the kind of car they gave Chevy Chase
in vacation. Now, whereabouts you driving the Corolla or the
like kind of car to Where are you heading to?

Speaker 1 (01:43):
I'm heading to a hotel tonight in Baltimore, and then
tomorrow I go on the road and I'm off to Virginia.

Speaker 2 (01:49):
Wow. Now, remember you're on the other side of the
road over there. First, first thing you're going to do
is you're going to hop in the passenger side and
then awkwardly get out and then more around to the
other side of the car.

Speaker 1 (02:02):
I know, I know, I'm a bit I'm a bit

front counter now at avers?

This could be as long as this could be as
long as the flight, getting getting just getting the keys
to the car.

Speaker 1 (02:33):
I'll send you a photo of my Twitter croller or
similar when I pick it up.

Speaker 2 (02:37):

the studio on Tuesday, fourth of November.

Speaker 2 (02:44):
I'm sure we are going to have a lot of
stories from you, and I'm sure many in your usual style.
Many of them will be awkward stories. Would I be wrong?

Speaker 1 (02:55):
Yes, yes, I'm sure. I'm sure even in the next
half now something.

Medal of Honor: Stories of Courage

Medal of Honor: Stories of Courage

Rewarded for bravery that goes above and beyond the call of duty, the Medal of Honor is the United States’ top military decoration. The stories we tell are about the heroes who have distinguished themselves by acts of heroism and courage that have saved lives. From Judith Resnik, the second woman in space, to Daniel Daly, one of only 19 people to have received the Medal of Honor twice, these are stories about those who have done the improbable and unexpected, who have sacrificed something in the name of something much bigger than themselves. Every Wednesday on Medal of Honor, uncover what their experiences tell us about the nature of sacrifice, why people put their lives in danger for others, and what happens after you’ve become a hero. Special thanks to series creator Dan McGinn, to the Congressional Medal of Honor Society and Adam Plumpton. Medal of Honor begins on May 28.
