Speaker 1 (00:00):
What if you slept through. I'd love to know this morning,
because this guy in Norway has slept through something which
I look. I have no idea how he would have
slept through. A cargo ship literally crashing into his front
garden in Norway. It missed his house, but and he
was in there asleep.

Speaker 2 (00:17):
We've got the video readers.

Speaker 1 (00:19):
Yeah, does this happened?

Speaker 3 (00:21):
He is speaking in Norwegian?

Speaker 1 (00:22):
Yes he is.

Speaker 2 (00:23):
It's for then sot in the trees.

Speaker 3 (00:33):
I'm sure he's swearing.

Speaker 1 (00:36):
So he's right on the coastline there and there, here's
all these trees, there's this beautiful little cottage, and right
in front of it's a cargo ship that's comes run aground.
I actually saw pictures of this yesterday and didn't realize
what had happened, and it was just, oh, you can't
park there, mate, But that's what it was. But there's
the dude who lives there, had no idea. He's woken
up in the morning and hello, there's a cargo ship
right out the front.

Speaker 3 (00:57):
Here he is going off again.

Speaker 1 (01:02):
Yeah, how could that help? I have no idea. I
have no idea. Well, obviously that just of course the
depth sounder was not alarming them as to where to
go camp. Well, maybe they were a sleep and it
was on auto pilot. Next minute they're in the Johann's
front yard.

Speaker 3 (01:16):
Jason's in ben Legada. Jace, you do mate, what have
you slipt through?

Speaker 1 (01:19):

Go so I'm supped to get off of bean Lea.

Speaker 1 (01:27):
Next thing I know, I woke up. Oh mate, you
know what? Yeah, that does happen, doesn't it. I have
a beautiful student who lives with me, and when she
first came over because she was trying to adjust the
time difference and was very jet lagged and did the
first bus trip jas into school and she she woke up,
she went to sleep on the bus coming home, and
then she called me in tears because she had no

(01:49):
idea where she was. They took it to the end
of some line and woke her up, and she's like,
could you please come and get rischa, And then of
course language very she's trying to tell me where she was.
I'm so embarrasses. I was so embarrassed. I'm like, no, no,
it's happened to the best of us. Yes, yes, So
what did you do used to?

Speaker 3 (02:07):
You get used to sleeping, mate, because when you sleep
next to a messy Ferguson tractor every night, you sort
of zoon yourself out.

Speaker 1 (02:14):
So obviously it wasn't own school pickup time because they're
usually rowdy. But and then again, I guess I got
in a cab one night Marny and I fell asleep.

Speaker 3 (02:22):
I fell asleep in the cab one hundred and ten
dollars later. It just drugs. It's just driving me around.

Speaker 1 (02:29):
This dude needs a nap. It's like the baby when
the boy goes like put him in the fair was
racking up. I don't know where this What didn't you
give me your dress when you jumped in? It was
one of those four point thirty in the morning, get
me home type of situations. Leaders called him Marney.

Speaker 3 (02:43):
Her uncle slept through something crazy?

Speaker 1 (02:44):
What was it? The leader?

Speaker 2 (02:45):
He actually slept through a volcanic erupture when the island
rebel pup New Guinea. Yeah, turned into a big pile
of ash. My uncle was the last one left on
the island. Spt through the eruption.

Speaker 1 (03:03):
How you sip through an eruption? What people do?

Speaker 3 (03:09):
He was a night shift worker working on the aircraft,
and I think he had a refreshing ale after work.
Does it all wake up to Jesus Dart that's going on.

(03:31):
I'm in six foot of ash. Oh no, I remember
he was saying it was crazy. You couldn't even tell
where the water came in to the end of the
land because you sort of step out and be like, oh, crump,

(03:52):
that's a bit deep. Yes, yeah, And he was talking
to girl Ray Martin. For some reason, his phone line
was still working.

Speaker 1 (04:03):
What are the chances only man on the island. Everyone's evacuated,
but guess he's got the interview with Ray Martin. There
you go, There you go, life story.
