Robin's There is no question that the big entertainment story
this morning, and it broke as I was getting in
at about four o'clock and it came straight up on
my feed. A. Lana's been talking about it all morning.
Princess Kate is cancer free. She hissed it. Well, that's
probably that's not fair. She stopped doing chemo, so the

chemo has finished, and so I guess the assumption is
that her body is now healing. But the way that
her and her husband William, and their children have chosen
to reveal this is to make like a three and
a half minute video of them are kind of frolicking
in the English countryside and it shot in Sepia.
Speaker 2 (00:43):
Oh yeah, that's sort of brownie to yeah.

And it's got them all in sort of relaxed, casual
There is so much affection amongst the kids to their parents.
It's actually really a lovely family video. And for me,
I just went, well, they've not ever done this. They've
released single photo of them sort of hugging each other
and stuff, but we've never really seen Kate and William
interacting on any sort of emotional level. And I reckon,

you've got to thank Harry and Meghan for that to
be honest, because they're the ones that did all the
behind the scenes and Oprah and all that sort of stuff.
And I think that Kate's been away for the last
sort of nine months dealing with this cancer. But she
doesn't talk directly to the camera, but she does a
voice over and is explaining to the whole world where

she's at.

As a summer comes to an end. I cannot tell
you what a relief it is to have finally completed
my chemotherapy treatment. The last nine months have been incredibly
tough for us as a family. Life As you know,
it can change in an instant and we've had to
find a way to navigate the stormy waters and road unknown.

The cancer journey is complex, scary, and unpredictable for everyone,
especially those to you with humility. It also brings you
face to face with your own vulnerabilities in a way
you've never considered before, and with that a new perspective
(02:14):
on everything.
Speaker 1 (02:16):
You think about the way the Queen raised Charles, and
she was absent from most of the time he was
raised by nannies. You think about how Charles raised William,
and it was Diana who was the one that was
hacking the kids, taking them to theme parks. And you
now see that next generation, and these are very much
clearly a loving They look completely normal, which has demystifies
(02:37):
them because this guy is potentially going to be the
king sooner rather than later. Yeah will yeah so, And
then she ends it does go as I said, for
three and a half minutes. It's lovely. It's very produced,
but it's lovely. And then she finishes with a message
to anyone who's got their own struggles.

To all those who are continuing their own councer journey,
