Speaker 1 (00:00):
For his Rod and Gabby on Hit one O four
point seven and our guest in the countdown to the
Top of the Table Clash tomorrow Machine HUDs and Young
sellout for the first time in three decades in the Capitol.

Speaker 2 (00:13):
Did you know that?

Speaker 3 (00:14):
Yeah, they told us that throughout the week, so well.

Speaker 4 (00:16):
Mid season sellout. We've had sellouts for toward the end
of the season before.

Speaker 1 (00:21):
I was I was at a sold out final before
we went to the GF a few years ago now.
But yes, a regular season game, this is like a final,
all of a sudden, this is the top of the
Table clash.

Speaker 2 (00:31):
How does that feel?

Speaker 3 (00:32):
Yeah, it feels great and it's great to be a
part of it and for everyone in the camera community
in that as well to get around it like they have.
It's really good and exciting as a player as well,
because these are the games that you dream about playing
in and to get one at Saturday three o'clock at
Jo's that goods.

Speaker 1 (00:49):
Lunchtime footy, you know, Saturday lunchtime footy, because that's when
you witch played growing up as a young bloke and
a lot of us that's what we once upon a time,
that was the only time that Footy was played London.
All the games started at the same time, Saturday lunchtime.
How good is it to get a three o'clock game
on a Saturday.

Speaker 3 (01:06):
Yeah, I love it. Like you said, growing up as
a kid in that that's the time slot that you
always used to play in, so it reminds you of
being a kid again. And sometimes the later games you
just hang around and wait for the game all day.
So to get one early, you get straight into it
and yeah, then you're able to go over beer and
enjoy it after.

Speaker 4 (01:24):
What's the atmosphere like in a sold out stadium when
that Viking clap is happening. Do you get to experience
that or you're just in the zone.

Speaker 3 (01:33):
The first one hiding playing was the prelim against South
Sydney here and it was crazy. So hopefully we can
replicate something like that.

Speaker 4 (01:41):
It's just going to like you'll be able to hear
it from the city. It's going to be amazing.

Speaker 1 (01:44):
How many people like me and like every other regular
season game, thought we could turn up to the gate
and you heard it was sold out yesterday and then
send you a message and said no, no, may can
you hook me up?

Speaker 3 (01:55):
Yeah, there's been a few.

Speaker 2 (01:58):
Alright, we'll talk after the after the segment.

Speaker 4 (02:01):
Yeah, Rod's one of them. He just didn't have didn't
have to slip into your DMS.

Speaker 2 (02:04):
That's right, all right.

Speaker 1 (02:06):
Now to decide, you know, obviously skill, talent, great determination
is going to win the game tomorrow.

Speaker 2 (02:12):
However, we can't wake that long.

Speaker 4 (02:14):
We want to predict a the result, so yes.

Speaker 1 (02:16):
To forecast the result. We're going to bring Ethan, the
kid comedian on. He's been on the show many times
over the years, and he is a bulldog supporter, a
mad bulldog supporter.

Speaker 2 (02:25):
I know that because he's got that.

Speaker 1 (02:26):
Dreadlock hat, you know, with the blue and white dreadlocks
coming down as well as the jersey.

Speaker 2 (02:31):
Welcome him in. Good to have you here.

Speaker 1 (02:33):
Ethan, come around to a microphone mate, there he is.

Speaker 2 (02:39):
How as you're born and raised here, right.

Speaker 3 (02:42):
Born and raised. But when I was a young boy,
my uncle was a dog's fan, said if I buy
you a jersey, we be a fan for life, and I.

Speaker 2 (02:48):
Was a hustlust he got it was a business deal
which got me Hudson.

Speaker 1 (02:54):
How many uncles are responsible for team changes by buying
a jersey.

Speaker 2 (02:58):
This happens more than I think we realize.

Speaker 3 (03:00):
Yeah, one hundred percent whoever whoever they support, and they're
always pushing it on the Oh yeah, he handed the
short end of interrupted.

Speaker 1 (03:09):
Okay, so this is going to be a neutral territory quiz.

Speaker 4 (03:13):
Yeah, this is a quiz that everyone should be across
its general knowledge.

Speaker 2 (03:16):
Na Ral, can you play this at home?

Speaker 4 (03:18):
You can play this at home, buzz in with your name.
So you've got to be really quick to get in
to get the answer. Stakes are high because this determines
who wins on the weekend.

Speaker 1 (03:28):
Well certainly psychologically if you run out, you know, with
the Viking clap and just the knowledge that on behalf
of the Green Machine huts and you've taken out the quiz,
that could be a difference maker. And we don't want
this to go to the bulldogs. We don't want you
to run out there with doubt in your mind. Yeah,
you know, so where where we'll play hard and.

Speaker 2 (03:47):
Ethan for you.

Speaker 1 (03:48):
You're doing this on behalf of you know, the most
rogue supporters in the world.

Speaker 2 (03:53):
On behalf of all of cannary banks down.

Speaker 1 (03:55):
Indeed indeed, and so you know you the stakes are
high for you personally.

Speaker 2 (04:00):
All right, good luck, locked in.

Speaker 4 (04:02):
There's five questions, guys. Question number one, how many teams
will play in the twenty twenty seven season of the NRAL.

Speaker 2 (04:10):
Ethan oh eighthn yes, eighteen.

Speaker 4 (04:15):
Yeah, that's right, although although they said twenty seven twenty eight,
it could be twenty twenty seven. It could be twenty
twenty eight.

Speaker 2 (04:21):
Som ethank got it. Question two, let's just test Hudson's
bother buzza Hudson.

Speaker 1 (04:29):
There it is.

Speaker 4 (04:31):
When's the last time GOEO sold out for a mid
season game?

Speaker 2 (04:34):
Hudson Hudson, who one each?

Speaker 4 (04:38):
All right?

Speaker 2 (04:39):
One off?

Speaker 3 (04:39):
Can you get a number history? All right?

Speaker 4 (04:41):
Question number three, what's the name of Hudson's supplement range.

Speaker 3 (04:44):
Hudson Hudson Young Supplements.

Speaker 2 (04:48):
To the Hudson absolutely nailed it, all right.

Speaker 4 (04:50):
Question number four, what's the biggest fish Hudson's ever caught?

Speaker 2 (04:54):
Ethan Ethan Carp Carp incorrect, Murray, Hudson, well done.

Speaker 4 (05:04):
All right, Cadle. Question name the platform where you can
order a Mother's Day message from Hudson.

Speaker 2 (05:09):
Ethan, It's all tied up, Ethan. I'm going to give
you the crack here swish.

Speaker 4 (05:15):
Yes, oh no, that was Hudson had two already Ethan's
now got to tie breakout breakou No, wait, there's five questions.
That doesn't matter.

Speaker 2 (05:24):
It's a tie breaking all right.

Speaker 4 (05:27):
What's the name of Hudson's.

Speaker 3 (05:28):
Niece, Hudsons River?

Speaker 4 (05:33):
Sure, I don't know.

Speaker 1 (05:35):
You could have made up any relative you like, mate,
Gabby is not stalking at that extent that she actually
knows your family.

Speaker 2 (05:42):
Say Hudson even younger.

Speaker 1 (05:46):
All right, okay, well that's a psychological blow to the
bulldog straight out of the gate thrown.

Speaker 2 (05:54):
They're looking good at the bull questions. The bulldogs go down.
We know why.

Speaker 1 (05:58):
I I feel like a couple may have skewed a
little toward Hudson, but.

Speaker 2 (06:03):
You did very well there.

Speaker 3 (06:04):
Tried my best.

Speaker 4 (06:05):
Well done.

Speaker 1 (06:06):
You can only start up so far, and my fishing
history is not great.

Speaker 4 (06:09):
You're the only one in here not a raided supporter,
so I'm already a fish out of water.

Speaker 1 (06:12):
You knew a fish and it just wasn't the right
So that's any more fish in the sea.

Speaker 2 (06:17):
Three o'clock tomorrow, GOEO Stadium.

Speaker 1 (06:20):
I'd see you there, but I didn't get tickets and
it's a sellout, so we'll see you on the telly.

Speaker 2 (06:24):
Mate, Good luck, and do it for the green machine
in the city, of course.

Speaker 3 (06:27):
Jeez, guys, thanks having me
