Speaker 2 (01:42):
Before we even get in today's show, we all must
have seen it on the way and yesterday we're talking
about signs you're an adult. That giant skip outside the
front of this building.
Speaker 1 (01:52):
It's huge.
Speaker 2 (01:53):
It's not huge, but even today I had a live
board in it, like I know, it's all well, I've
never seen a skip so big.
Speaker 5 (01:59):
Have you got any good stuffy Yes I have.
Speaker 2 (02:01):
There's loads of stuff pot of steinreen that you can't
put in the recycling it's recycling bin today.
Speaker 1 (02:07):
Yes, so I'm going to bring some of it.
Speaker 6 (02:09):
Oh, we've got a paper cardboard.
Speaker 1 (02:11):
Bring it. Impacts how skip is, shapes of boxes.
Speaker 2 (02:14):
That's a sign you're an adult when you see a
skip and you look to see how busy is and
to look around. Would anyone I will me bringing some
stuff in tomorrow morning.
Speaker 5 (02:21):
Is that why you're so energized this morning?
Speaker 1 (02:24):
A studio that the world has opened up? What I
can chuck in there?
Speaker 2 (02:28):
Also, yesterday I went to I did a Woodies order
to be delivered right, and I was a little bit tired,
and I thought, because we're doing curry movies yesterday, I thought,
I'm gonna make a curry tonight for dinner, and so
I want to get some Bat's Matti rice. Delivery guy
turns up with a five kilo bag a bass Matty Rice.
Speaker 1 (02:47):
I go, I don't think that's the meaning. When are you?
Christian O'Connor went yeah, and it had my name on
the side.
Speaker 2 (02:51):
I went, I've ordered the Why do they sell five
kilo unless you're running a restaurant? So it's too big
for the cupboard. So my wife said, it's too big
for the cupboard. Give it away on the show tomorrow.
So tomorrow, one lucky winner is going to win a
five kilo bag of bass Matty Rice. I've never seen
it on the shelves.
Speaker 5 (03:11):
Five ko.
Speaker 1 (03:12):
This poor delivery guy.
Speaker 7 (03:13):
That's commercial grade, right, five ketos And to tell you
what it really does, way when you because it moves
around a bit.
Speaker 2 (03:21):
It weighs five five knots of delicious basmati rice. That
surprise on tomorrow show, and that's a guarantee. My wife
when I came back yesterday said, obviously seen it because
I just threw it in the cupboard on the floor.
I thought, what we're just we'll get through that later.
Just opened up the scoop scoop at the time, get
(03:41):
us through a couple of years. She'd written on it,
not put a note on it, written on it on
a sharpie to be for cupboard giveaway on show. All right,
radio producer at home, take it easy.
Speaker 7 (03:52):
I like this you didn't you know, come and talk
to you about it. Least notes around that.
Speaker 1 (03:57):
That's marriage after years. Give me one show for covered.
Speaker 6 (04:01):
It's a series of notes away on show.
Speaker 1 (04:04):
Not even a note, Pats, just writing on that basmati
back of r all right. Today is a big show.
World Cup.
Speaker 2 (04:11):
Wednesday we announce our big World Cup countdown. World Cup begins,
so when we start Friday show, it's the first game done,
Mexico's first game in Azteca time.
Speaker 7 (04:20):
I think it starts at five am our time, so'll
probably in the middle of half.
Speaker 2 (04:25):
Part brilliant and we're also going to get to hear
your World Cup song to chair the Soccerus on Sunday
two pm. Two pm Sunday is the first soccer Use game.
Rio has made a song to cheer and inspire the
team and the nation on the couches of Australia.
Speaker 7 (04:42):
Not just a song Christian and anthem, a World Cup
anthem for the soccer Us.
Speaker 1 (04:47):
I'm already inspired.
Speaker 2 (04:48):
Can I just say thank you producers, pats Have you
seen the producers day Chuck?
Speaker 1 (04:52):
Your sisters Rio and Lockey all wearing black Oh, I
didn't even know it look like stage.
Speaker 2 (04:56):
Hands for today's performance. And let's be honest, it's an
amateur performance as well. It's amateur theatrics. It's not a
pro off Broadway. It is seriously off Broadly.
Speaker 4 (05:08):
Nocuddle Show podcast.
Speaker 2 (05:11):
On a Wednesday, middle of the week, we ask you,
how is your week going so far?
Speaker 1 (05:14):
Three word Wednesday? Patsy, what's it for you?
Speaker 8 (05:17):
Well, I'm a loser so far this week because my
three words is no meme.
Speaker 6 (05:22):
Mother.
Speaker 8 (05:23):
So Audrey is doing exams, started exams yesterday and how
she got on, Well, it's very tense in the house.
Can I say, we're not game to do anything wrong,
to step a foot wrong. It's like walking over eggshells because.
Speaker 6 (05:36):
You know, there's a lot of pressure on goal. They
want to do well.
Speaker 2 (05:39):
But she's working hard, she's hitting the books. She's driven,
Yeah she is.
Speaker 8 (05:43):
And even last weekend when we went away, she brought
the books and really was committed to, you know, really
knuckling down and doing his studies.
Speaker 6 (05:52):
So we're quite I.
Speaker 2 (05:52):
Think if you have daughters, this is a generalization, but
quite a few teachers at the girls' school would say
this is actually I'm lucky having two daughters. You've got
a daughter, but they are more motivated. Oh really, boys
these days. This is a generalization, but this is what
teachers were telling me.
Speaker 1 (06:07):
Boys. It's a lot you're right, Oh my god.
Speaker 2 (06:10):
They just I went to a physio session yesterday and
this this woman's been treating me for a couple of years,
and I said, you know, how his son's getting on?
I know, wan them as she years in the year
twelve and I said, how's he getting all those studying its?
Speaker 1 (06:21):
She just doesn't care. I'm like, all right, I said,
what are you doing?
Speaker 2 (06:26):
She's taken three weeks off to go and travel around Europe.
Speaker 6 (06:30):
Oh wow, what.
Speaker 2 (06:37):
So anyway, no banter in the house. It's all very
cool snacks. The best you can do is just feed
them and water.
Speaker 6 (06:42):
Well that's it.
Speaker 1 (06:43):
Well, you know, having a sunflower.
Speaker 6 (06:46):
She loves chocolate croissants. It's her favorite breakfast.
Speaker 8 (06:49):
So the love God went out, my husband went out
and got her some beautiful where she you know, her
favorite chocolate croissants from the bakery she loves for yesterday morning.
Speaker 1 (06:58):
Oh that's so so well you would think.
Speaker 6 (07:00):
So, but no, that wasn't that hit the wrong note?
Speaker 8 (07:04):
That's no, I don't want Yeah, don't want chok croissant's dad.
Speaker 6 (07:08):
So poor Chris couldn't win yesterday.
Speaker 1 (07:09):
But you you polished them off them? Okay, I'm sure
I don't want to. Oh, no, worries what he was doing.
Speaker 8 (07:18):
So anyway, with these memes, you know, I'll be scrolling
through the day and you'll come across these funny little
memes and I think, you know what, that that might
give her a little pick me up when she hops
in the bass on the way home. Anyway, this one
yesterday was really really cute. It was like this hairy
little creature.
Speaker 6 (07:32):
It was a cartoon.
Speaker 2 (07:33):
Sorry, I just realized what we're talking about. We're talking
about like internet memes. Yes, the old folks sort of go.
Speaker 7 (07:39):
Folks, Patty, we know the type of memes that you
send to us.
Speaker 1 (07:43):
It is how do I put this? What are the
type daggy memes? It is?
Speaker 5 (07:49):
It's very like Facebook momm.
Speaker 2 (07:51):
Lying, yeah, cat would Google's nap time?
Speaker 1 (07:58):
Someone on the other one of that will fare or
like swinging that wine goo must be wine o'clock.
Speaker 2 (08:04):
Somewhere all right, hashtagco gals.
Speaker 5 (08:08):
It's a lot of gifts pass very heavy on the gift.
Speaker 6 (08:11):
So on the gift girl, you know. Anyway, this one
yesterday was really cute. It was his little back.
Speaker 1 (08:16):
Into it gassy. You're now going to describe a meme
on the radio.
Speaker 8 (08:19):
Here's a little gassy creature and he was doing little
farts and I thought it was really cute.
Speaker 7 (08:24):
It was an Ai ferret essentially that with flatch that
was dancing around fighting.
Speaker 5 (08:31):
Would anyone need to see that? Anyway?
Speaker 6 (08:33):
She didn't agree. She didn't agree.
Speaker 2 (08:35):
I mean, if you're not going to win it with
a chocolate cross on some old lady, technology of memes
isn't going to win.
Speaker 8 (08:42):
Well, I've been banned from the meme. She said, Mum,
no more memes, no more memes. I don't enjoy your
same sense of humors. I've been barred.
Speaker 1 (08:51):
What about mums and memes?
Speaker 2 (08:52):
My wife is the same, sends on the group chat
memes only my wife and then unfunny videos, and she go, I.
Speaker 1 (08:59):
Noticed you didn't leave a comment on it. I don't know.
I know because there's no lulls there.
Speaker 7 (09:03):
That's why those reactions are so good. You can just
do like, doesn't mean anything.
Speaker 5 (09:09):
Thumbs up.
Speaker 2 (09:10):
Now it doesn't work for those They go, yeah, good
on you.
Speaker 1 (09:15):
There should be one that's just like a loser, a
double thumbs down.
Speaker 5 (09:20):
I didn't respond.
Speaker 6 (09:21):
I said, did you get my name?
Speaker 5 (09:22):
And he goes, yes, you can't follow up.
Speaker 1 (09:26):
Like an email, just checking you saw this some meme comedy.
Speaker 6 (09:30):
Well you haven't responded. You haven't said if you like
it or not?
Speaker 5 (09:33):
Yeah, he doesn't like.
Speaker 2 (09:34):
Here's what we need to do, Pats. You work in
magic in this medium.
Speaker 1 (09:40):
Own it. Why don't we have on our social feeds
Pats meme of the day. People would love that.
Speaker 2 (09:46):
No, they would I bet right now people going I
would actually like to see some of Pat's memes.
Speaker 1 (09:50):
People use them.
Speaker 2 (09:50):
They're kind of like, you know, Callow Scow. We had
like old jokes on the show. This is actually what
replaced them is memes.
Speaker 1 (09:56):
Yes, that's true.
Speaker 2 (09:57):
That's why the Saturday night sort of sorry, the late
night TV shows are all dying out in America now
for various reasons. They're being snuffed out politically, but also
because by the time they do those jokes, they've already
been done better online.
Speaker 5 (10:09):
I've already seen a farting and Patty's mom.
Speaker 7 (10:14):
Moms would love your memes, like I know my mum
would love your memes.
Speaker 1 (10:18):
S would sign up?
Speaker 6 (10:19):
Sign up, Let's do it.
Speaker 1 (10:23):
Yes, your Karen. So the first one is the farting Pharaoh.
Speaker 6 (10:25):
It's the farting theory.
Speaker 2 (10:26):
Start strong, straight out the gates. I'm already signing up
for Pats's meme of the Day.
Speaker 1 (10:33):
Let's make it happen.
Speaker 4 (10:34):

bought the house, because it's like, now you're into it.
Speaker 5 (11:40):
Yes, now it's very inner sanctum.
Speaker 6 (11:43):
You're one of them.

sell a house, but you can't. I can't just leave

and forth?
Speaker 7 (11:55):

seventy five unread messages.
Speaker 5 (12:00):

Speaker 1 (12:01):
What's the mean? Count? Actually have.
Speaker 5 (12:07):
A few gifts? None of that means yet, but maybe
once she starts looking at.
Speaker 1 (12:12):
Seventy five.
Speaker 5 (12:13):
They are relentless much love and am I.
Speaker 1 (12:17):
How do people find time to man have that output there?
I don't know. They's got to be retired people.
Speaker 7 (12:24):
Yeah, actually actually both semi retired. Yeah, but I don't know.
Speaker 2 (12:29):
How my fair retirement, no idea? What do you do
to stop bothering people?
Speaker 5 (12:37):

Speaker 2 (13:09):
My three word Wednesday is official crazy uncle.
Speaker 1 (13:13):
Guys.
Speaker 2 (13:14):
I know you guys to be happy for me, but
you know I'm heading back to the UK in three
weeks time and see my family and I'm going to
be catching up obviously with my sister. She has four
sons and their age now seventeen to twenty three. And
she said, oh, look, the boys want to see you
as well. I say, oh, look, don't make them.
Speaker 1 (13:28):
Now, you know.
Speaker 2 (13:29):
They young adults went no, no, no, They actually said,
oh great, our crazy uncle is back.
Speaker 1 (13:33):
And I said, they actually said that, Oh it's official.
It's official, crowned a crazy uncle.
Speaker 5 (13:40):
Congratulations.
Speaker 1 (13:41):
I know it's a big moment.
Speaker 7 (13:42):
Is this the same nephews that one of them came
over to Australia because you tricked him essentially into coming
over to Australia.
Speaker 1 (13:50):
Yes, my sister sirs and't forgive me.
Speaker 2 (13:52):
And now I'm to have a word with another one
of her boys who wants to come traveling with it
with his brother to Australia. My sister curses me from
moving to Australia. Obviously she has to do a lot
of heavy lifting with mum and dad. And then I
turn up once year, she said, like a hero. Five
you one lunch and then buger off to leave me
with another eleven months of dealing with them. So when
(14:14):
I come back, it's constantly I'm picking up the tab
My sister calls it the guilt tags.
Speaker 1 (14:19):
It's a very expensive Australian guilt taxs.
Speaker 4 (14:22):
Christian O'Connell show, go on podcast.
Speaker 2 (14:26):
Christian my three word Wednesday today and you'll leave tomorrow.
Somebody be excited about Justin Matthews is egg Bacon Rolls
annoyingly sent me a photo of and it looks delicious.
I even' zumed innernight. I can see he's got onion
in as well, red onion.
Speaker 1 (14:42):
That looks great.
Speaker 2 (14:43):
Christian, I mind the three words Wednesday is still being
sad following these the weekend of the great actor Anthony
Head passed away. As any of the Buffy fan will
tell you, this lost cuts deep.
Speaker 1 (14:55):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (14:55):
I've been lucky enough to interview Anthony Head several times. Incredible, charming, funny,
funny guy, brilliant career as well, and was Rupert the
librarian in.
Speaker 1 (15:04):
Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I love that TV show.
Speaker 2 (15:07):
And then also same name character Rupert and Ted Lasso
as well as the awful ex husband who owned the club. Brilliant,
brilliantly casting in that angela pop fan as well. His
brother is Murray Head as in One Night in Bangkok.
Anthony sang backing vocals on several of his songs uncredited.
He is in the backing vocals of In fact, we
(15:29):
should play it next one night in Bangkok. Murray Head
is his brother, both very talented brothers in showburs. Their
mum was a famous actress.
Speaker 1 (15:36):
Are they AUSSI or English? Oh? Look at Rupert.
Speaker 2 (15:40):
Even the name Anthony Head he is screams British actor,
but yeah it is.
Speaker 1 (15:45):
He is a huge loss.
Speaker 2 (15:46):
He was a fantastic actor as well, brilliant in everything
he did as well. And if you ever seen he
was also in Little Britain as well. He had Remember
we had a great cameo in that. It's superb.
Speaker 1 (15:59):
All right, so extra time waster for your curry movies.
Yesterday I accidentally.
Speaker 2 (16:07):
Ordered I was doing my woodies, ordered to be to
livered and I was going to make a curry because
we're doing curry movies. Yes so and so I'll do
that for dinner. On the photo on my phone, it
just looked like a normal bag of rice. What turned
up was a five kilo five kilos of bas MASSI
rice way too much. I didn't know they sold it.
I mean unless I'm running an Indian restaurant. But even so,
(16:28):
they've got a costco surely, and.
Speaker 7 (16:29):
To take your while, because bas martis sort of your
least used rice, your long grains, your media, that's what
you're churning through it.
Speaker 2 (16:36):
Yes, not the bath Man, the mass Maddie my wife,
he said, not only is it a comically bag, just like,
how did you even do this? She said shortly, it
said five kilos and it said five Yeah, I didn't
think any more about the five I do.
Speaker 1 (16:50):
It's like a review five star rice. I'll have some
of that anyway.
Speaker 2 (16:54):
You can win it today for the best in show
on your Curry movies is a fight.
Speaker 1 (16:58):
How do we even post away?
Speaker 5 (17:00):
You can win it today.
Speaker 2 (17:01):
I don't even post that. You can't put it in
the letterbox. Can you not like chuck it over zone's fence.
Speaker 1 (17:05):
Or the garden.
Speaker 7 (17:06):
It's even too big for an Uber deliver redrive on
those little motorbikes.
Speaker 5 (17:10):
That's gonna be we throw them.
Speaker 1 (17:12):
Do we decant it that?
Speaker 3 (17:15):
Well?
Speaker 1 (17:17):
Yeah, put it in a little baage. Get a bag
of mine, like a little glad that that sounds as
shift as anything. A bang of month. We'll send you
a bag of month anyway.
Speaker 2 (17:26):
It's not really my concern about how that is sent out.
I do do show the other stage hands. The truckle
sisters will deliver that.
Speaker 1 (17:33):
All right.
Speaker 2 (17:33):
So Curry movies. Now, Rogue one was a big movie
a couple years ago, wasn't it. George Lucas loves the curry.
That's right, Rogan.

Speaker 2 (18:38):
Well, my wife was right, it's a great price to

Speaker 5 (18:44):

Speaker 2 (18:46):
Too big for the color listeners have got bigger covers

All right, who is winning five Kido's worth my overlarge
bag of rice?
Speaker 5 (20:30):
It's Cumen centipede.
Speaker 1 (20:32):
No, it's not. No, it's not. It's James and good
morning Vietnam. No.
Speaker 4 (20:38):
The Christian O'Connell Show podcast two.
Speaker 2 (20:42):
Days away for the biggest World Cup ever, always the
biggest show on Earth with thirty two countries now forty
eight countries, which means is going to go from thirty
two to thirty nine days of football, not soccer when
you're not American football.
Speaker 5 (20:57):
Action and not the football ruse.
Speaker 1 (21:01):
Damn it, you're right always there with the logit rio is.
Speaker 2 (21:04):
It's just quite tiringt just go with the nonsense and
just go with the flow of the nonsense that spews
out of me. All right, Welcome to a World Cup Wednesday.
We are so excited about the World Cup. It's a
chance for all these countries, the forty eight countries, all
their players, all the mums and dads and families, they've
all they're all going to be gathered around. It's all
(21:26):
these stories that were waiting to find out. You're going
to meet new stars of the Soccer US seventeen seventeen
Soccer US or the twenty sixth squad are making their debuts.
Most of them you don't even know who they are.
But over the next color is you will get to
fall in love with them. There's some really exciting young
talent they're playing for this country and what it is,
you know, in sport in Australia often splits the country
(21:47):
unless it's the Olympics or the Matilda. Doesn't look what
happened last couple of years ago with the Matildas and
hold the whole country bit by bit got around them
and swept up in that something we just don't get
enough of these days, which is genuine unity and national
cheer to get around each other and what it is
to be this country now. And that's the same for
all the other forty seven countries are going to be out.
(22:08):
It stops, it it stops. It's a rare thing in life.
Sometimes sport can bring us together and it's where I, you, me,
we all become we the soccer use they get to
play this Sunday two pm on the rare games when
it's not the early hours of the morning where you
can all maybe have some friends around, have a barbecue
and support the soccer. Use I can't wait. The World
Cup is an incredible thing. Now Rio has crunched some
(22:32):
numbers about the odds.
Speaker 5 (22:34):
Yes, okay, but.
Speaker 2 (22:35):
Anything can happen, That's true. Stars are made, you know.
Italy aren't even there. They fail to qualify for the
third time, which is why we've now got Christian Volpato.
Speaker 1 (22:46):
He wanted to play for Italy. They didn't qualify.
Speaker 2 (22:48):
It's like, do you know I've always loved my own
country Australia. How about a little kicking around with you guys, Yeah,
all right, we have to have it. We don't want him, boss,
he's actually bloody good. You have to have him, all right,
We'll have him. His negress stuffy. You'll all be cheering him,
trustle he starts spanging them in, you'll all start cheering
his name.
Speaker 5 (23:06):
But yes, it's not okay.
Speaker 7 (23:08):
Outlook is not great for Australia where five hundred and
one dollar odds to win five hundred and one to
win the whole tournament another time, not great, especially when
you compare it to Spain, who are one hundred times
more likely than us to win England though our third favorites.
Speaker 1 (23:25):
Please don't really, it's not coming home in my lifetime.
Speaker 5 (23:29):
You should get your hopes way up because you just
want to see me cry. No, I'm just looking at
the numbers. At the numbers, get the hopes.
Speaker 2 (23:38):
And numbers don't apply to England. I've been here too
many times. That's why I'm getting right behind. The only
band wading I'm junking on, jumping on is the soccer roofs.
Speaker 7 (23:47):
So yes, it's the but who knows anything could happen,
Maybe we win the whole World Cup.
Speaker 2 (23:52):
Now I've seeing some research yesterday and I found this
incredible story from the Soccer Roots of nineteen sixty nine,
on a qualifying trip to play Rhodesia in Mozambique, soccer
whose plays hide a local witch doctor. Different time, he
bareied bones near the gold posts, cursed the opposition Australia
one three to one. Then it gets bad. I'm afraid
(24:16):
you've refused to pay him. He wanted his money, they
said no. He then cursed the soccer. He then cursed
the soccer roue. You then failed to qualify for every
World Cup from nineteen from nineteen seventy four to two
thousand and five. The curse was finally lifted in two
(24:37):
thousand and four when TV presenter John Saffren, Yes, John Saffren,
legend flew back to Mozambiak hired a new witch doctor
to reverse the curse. The next year, you qualified and
you made the second round, an almost thirty year hex.
What about this I found two thousand and one Coss
(24:59):
Harbor Australia beat America American Samoa thirty one nil.
Speaker 5 (25:03):
Yes, Archie Thompson scored like.
Speaker 2 (25:05):
What twelve twelveth no, no, no, I'm got a thirteen goals.
The scoreboard just gave up and just a splayed its
thirty two nil. Even though it's thirty one, it still
remains in history the biggest loss in an international game.
Speaker 5 (25:20):
At some point that becomes mean spirit. It doesn't okay
on teniel's pretty good. Happy with ten. No, you don't
have to pile on another twenty or.
Speaker 1 (25:29):
Thirty two is incredible? All right?
Speaker 2 (25:31):
So last week I was talking about, you know, a
lot of the countries, they have their songs to cheer
on national pride, wish the team well and all the
fans back home supporting them out there in the at
the World Cup.
Speaker 1 (25:42):
And this is the one from Bosnia. This this is
a banger. Hi, I'm from Bussia.
Speaker 10 (25:46):
Dig too, Aminica. I want to see statue flee the tear.
I can no longer agdg me do you know dig
me too? Golden gage La.
Speaker 2 (26:00):
Nationally, there's no landmarks mentioned in Canada, O Mexico. This
is stature limited in the Golden Game.
Speaker 1 (26:09):
Ganger right, We're not we have nothing Hambaus in this
country has nothing until now.
Speaker 2 (26:21):
Last week I commissioned Rio to make a song the
unofficial People's anthem for the soccer use and it's time
for the world's first play.
Speaker 7 (26:30):
Well, my starting point was it had to be an
Australian song. I can't have any of this, you know,
foreign stuff.
Speaker 1 (26:36):
That's going into an international football tour.
Speaker 7 (26:39):
Yeah, where we beat other countries. We're not trying to
be friends with other countries. So it had to be
an Aussie song. It had to be a big song,
a foot stomper, something that would.
Speaker 2 (26:48):
Get spot kicker, very good Mondo ron.
Speaker 7 (26:56):
And I'm picturing this is what the boys play. They
put it on the bluetooth in the locker room. But speaker,
who's got the os CA? What's the Wi Fi code?
Speaker 5 (27:08):
So well in the studio, getting very fired up.
Speaker 7 (27:10):
I do before we play it, maybe have to issue
a bit of a preemptive apology to the good people
of Paraguay. I did get a bit carried away, a
little bit with the lyrics. I'm sure you're.
Speaker 2 (27:22):
All we're not starting an international incident. I'm sure you're
that straight off her moves. Let's not pick another fight.
Speaker 1 (27:29):
But you know you just have.
Speaker 5 (27:31):
I got a pair of.
Speaker 2 (27:33):
Fair play the beautiful game, exactly exactly.
Speaker 5 (27:37):
But with that in mind, it's time for the boys hafara.
Speaker 1 (27:42):
Alright, let's hear it.
Speaker 11 (27:54):
Go into the States, storing for your country, for your mate.
Speaker 9 (28:04):
Fashion yankes, Why oh day, I'll tell you what you
boys get.
Speaker 1 (28:19):
It's a long way to the Cup where you play
the creed and go this is very good. It's a
low to the cup where'd you play the treating go this.
(28:40):
It's coming to this, hope, It's coming to this hope,
just on this song alone. How can they not win
in the opening.
Speaker 2 (28:47):
Game Sunday afternoons against Turkey?
Speaker 5 (28:49):
Yes, how can you not be inspired.
Speaker 1 (28:52):
Incredible, incredible. I've actually got goosebumps. That is brilliance.
Speaker 7 (28:57):
And I want to send it to the Yanks to
let them know we're coming to smash them. I want
to send it to Turkey, let.
Speaker 1 (29:02):
Them know where to beat them in their own country,
not their own World Cup. Oh my god, please let
it be.
Speaker 7 (29:10):
Please let it be.
Speaker 2 (29:12):
This is not the spirit is it smashing other countries?
We're starting to sound like Trump FM. We're getting into
SOCCERUS great again, masaga, all right, instant reaction text and
now are you ready?
Speaker 1 (29:31):
Have we done our job? Are you now? Is your
fever now? Fever? Pitch white line fever? Pitch for the
Beautiful Game and the World Cup.
Speaker 4 (29:38):
Christian Connell Show podcast, which.
Speaker 2 (29:41):
Just had the first play exclusive worldplay of the highly
unofficial People's anthem for the Soccer use.
Speaker 1 (29:50):
This from Rio Fi Aisy go way to the state.
Speaker 11 (30:06):

Speaker 5 (30:21):
Oh dray, I'll tell you what these boys could play.

jeered me up this morning with that awesome song and chant.

Speaker 2 (31:05):
Christian hemil Rio singing this ride in the back of
a four falcon uts. You're playing your guitar, you drive
past all the sporting locations of Australia.
Speaker 1 (31:15):
Can Rea release the single and film pap. I think

The song's te rio guarantee to fire our boys up,
Bang on a half rio.
Speaker 1 (32:13):
That's some jody in Sydney.
Speaker 2 (32:15):
All right, So today we're announcing our saw World Cup
countdown on our World Cup coverage.
Speaker 1 (32:22):
Every World Cup you.
Speaker 2 (32:23):
Always have these animals that you see on TV and
radio shows where they get animals to try and predict
how the game's going to go. A big fan of it,
Dune Dogs. Over the years, I think about four World Cups.
Ago actually did a World Cup TV show. I think
we had Donkeys lamas my own dogs. I've been through
a lot of animals. But now in Australia we need
something a bit more ambitious and we had an offer,
(32:45):
an incredible offer on Credo show to pick up the action. Now,
let's cross to our Soccero's correspondent just barely knows anything
about the game. It was just asking me which ones
are the fittest players. He's ready to jump on the bandwagon.
He is bandwagon Pete.
Speaker 1 (33:03):
Yes, thank you very much.
Speaker 12 (33:04):
Guys, reporting live from this microphone. I'm so look, this
is out of my death. But what is not out
of my depth is this Friday when we actually have
a tiger who is going to predict who is going
to win the first game out of Australia versus Turkey.
Speaker 1 (33:21):
It's a line, let's get the tiger on as soon
as he come.
Speaker 5 (33:28):
But a big would have been sounds similar.
Speaker 1 (33:31):
It's a raw tiger for this.
Speaker 2 (33:38):
So we have we've got the third eye of the
soccer predicting tiger.
Speaker 12 (33:43):
Yeah, absolutely, So we've got Malaya or Mala. Now this,
we've got two female tigers. The one is going to
be decided on the day. They're both predicting tigers by
the way, so we're going to be using one of them.
But there is two, but we can only use one.
Speaker 1 (33:54):
We see how one gets on and then we got
we've got a sister.
Speaker 2 (33:58):
Sisters are predicting it for themselves.
Speaker 1 (34:03):
Now I know.
Speaker 12 (34:03):
We were originally talking to Donna from the Zambie Wildlife Retreat.
She was telling us she said something about mannequins. Were like, great,
we'll get two mannequins and we'll get the tiger to
run out and whoever the tiger mauls.
Speaker 2 (34:14):
First, I know we've rescued. You mean she rescues circus performers.
I rescued a circus performer myself actually, which.
Speaker 1 (34:22):
Is in everybody.
Speaker 2 (34:25):
He's at the radio home from a tired radio circus performers.
Dash your headline media, you can have it.
Speaker 12 (34:31):
Yeah, So I just wanted to give everyone a small
little update here.
Speaker 2 (34:35):
I know, yeah, morning. I'm guessing that someone somewhere has
gone to wait, did they see Morning in the morning,
Morning in the morning.
Speaker 1 (34:44):
I apologies.
Speaker 12 (34:45):
We won't be using mannequins due to safety reasons for
the tiger, because they're mannequins.
Speaker 1 (34:51):
This is oh wait, it's come man. You can't even
mould a mannequin now on this nanny state. Now. I
got to call late last night, so I have placed
an order on Amazon. I thought, what's from them? From
the Tiger's Union late last night.
Speaker 12 (35:07):
To be honest, I was at the Empty you all
yesterday after do in the a mannequin testing unit and
we are not using mannequins.
Speaker 5 (35:13):
We are we are going to cut that line away.
Speaker 12 (35:16):
Tigers Tigers, Sorry, guys, I thought what could we use up?
Let's blow something up like a human body, like a
blow up something or rather so, no, I have sent
you a picture here I have two bobs, not aliens.
Speaker 2 (35:31):
No, no, no, no, of course I thought there's going
to be some people from sexy Land that you probably
have used various games on the car and Jackie rum.
Speaker 1 (35:40):
No, I would never. I've never.
Speaker 12 (35:43):
Okay, to the alien which I'm going to dress up
as two of the soccer players, one from Australia, one
from Turkey.
Speaker 7 (35:49):
Okay, we're getting it's already weird that we're doing Tigers
Tigers are morning aliens.
Speaker 5 (35:56):
So to predict the World Cup, say yes, stay with
me on this one.
Speaker 1 (36:00):
This is this is going to work a treat, I
promise you.
Speaker 12 (36:02):
But we need to work out whose faces we're going
to put on them the jerseys and stuff.
Speaker 5 (36:06):
You don't really know the aliens.
Speaker 12 (36:07):
By the way, I shouldn't even told you the aliens because.
Speaker 1 (36:09):
The little green men I was going to get green
and Gold. Well, we get for sure.
Speaker 5 (36:15):
So do we do the captains or the goalkeepers who
do we do.
Speaker 1 (36:19):
I don't think. I don't think.
Speaker 2 (36:20):
I don't think we need to make it personal. Let's
not worry about actually having humans faces on there. No
one wants to see it.
Speaker 1 (36:27):
That's not the spirit of the world. Cut mouling a
generic alien in the kit is okay?
Speaker 7 (36:35):
Yeah, I agree, may be too much to see Maddie
Ryan his face ripped.
Speaker 1 (36:39):
Yes, it's not just that. Should we lose that's the
front page? I think we're going what idiotics show? Did this?
Carl and Jackie O disbanded? Who is this English guy?
Christian O'Connell.
Speaker 2 (36:51):
The optics look terrible and head off a great the
beautiful game. All right, so they're still mauling, but they're
now mauling a plastic alien.
Speaker 1 (37:02):
Yeah, that's correct. Look just more from a safety perspective,
and we want to have this send some options.
Speaker 12 (37:07):
Is an alien safe for I was just wondering different
plastics and all sorts of stuff.
Speaker 1 (37:12):
We don't want the animals getting injured in anyway. No,
that's exactly right.
Speaker 12 (37:16):
So we are on for Friday eight am or are
you going to be there reporting on this? Absolutely, We've
got a whole stadium set up at the Zambi Wildlife Retreat.
Speaker 1 (37:24):
I'm kidding. We are going to.
Speaker 12 (37:26):
We've got the film crew, We've got everyone there. Donna
is fired up, and she's already going to be doing
She's doing rehearsals today with the tigers, just to make
sure that they know where to run.
Speaker 13 (37:36):
Yeah.
Speaker 12 (37:37):
Yeah, Well, I'm sorry about the alien situation. I had
to make the call late last No.
Speaker 1 (37:42):
Sensible problem sol when I'm against him for this show,
all right.
Speaker 4 (37:47):
Christian O'Connell shar podcast.
Speaker 2 (37:52):
So in my mind, maybe we need two aliens, one
representing the socceros, one representing in the the oposing teams
that we're going to so obviously this week in Turkey.
And then you're saying Paraguay whatever, the psychic tiger for
the third eye of the tiger, whichever one it goes
for first t is it picking the winner or is
it picking the loser.
Speaker 7 (38:12):
It's a good question, because how do we ask a
tiger if you're getting it's you know, head ripped off.
It doesn't it doesn't look, it doesn't seem like a winner.
But what's tricky one, It's really tricky.
Speaker 2 (38:25):
Let's go to a head of head of head of
morning on the show and circus pete, what do we think?
So the tiger is picking? Are we saying it's picking
the winner? Obviously aren't we the octab But you think
about this whole history of these psychos, wells they're picking
the winner.
Speaker 1 (38:41):
Yeah, okay, this isn't.
Speaker 12 (38:42):
The biggest issue now where I've just sent you another photo.
Oh guys, they I've just had the aliens delivered and
they have completely stuffed up there.
Speaker 5 (38:50):
They're the size of a shoe box and.
Speaker 2 (38:55):
Incy wincy tiny. And also we can't use it. It
looks like especial because there's obviously going to be filmed
the scream. It looks like the Pride colors, and it could.
Speaker 1 (39:06):
I don't want people to it's a homophobia. Does're sending
tigers to the gates? Did you say that in ancient times?
We're not anymore? And our watch not in Pride both so.
Speaker 12 (39:18):
As a producer sometimes you think, okay, well I better
get a few just in case they.
Speaker 1 (39:23):
Want to break. These Pride aliens. They got order twenty four,
so we're just in case they break.
Speaker 2 (39:29):
That's all a good thing to give away to im
Pride anyway, Gay aliens, Okay, intercalactic gaze pride is it's
a gay cosmo. Such a good point, all right, but
maybe we cannot have at the moment. Now the Tigers
are not mourning, but what are they? What are they
(39:51):
going for?
Speaker 1 (39:51):
Now?
Speaker 5 (39:52):
We need a bigger alien pee.
Speaker 1 (39:53):
I'm right now they're going for pete. Yeah, absolutely, absolutely great.
It's a feel good pr story. I guess.
Speaker 5 (40:02):
I guess to the question, I'll work on the Aliens
back end.
Speaker 12 (40:05):
And then the question is, sorry, you know what I mean,
day Aliens doesn't matter what lucky?
Speaker 2 (40:12):
Can we get that audio? I'll work on the Aliens
back end. Welcome to showbiz.
Speaker 1 (40:17):
I'm so sorry everyone. Okay, I'm sure there's a.
Speaker 2 (40:20):
Simple answer here, all right, Yep, it's just two. It's
the two teams jumpers, it's the jerseys on the ground, yep,
soccer and you smear meat, you on both of them.
Whichever the Tigers go for, that's the winning one.
Speaker 1 (40:35):
Okay.
Speaker 12 (40:36):
Maybe I can fill it up with straw as well,
to give you that sort of life life heal or
something like that.
Speaker 1 (40:41):
I mean, I don't get a choke on it.
Speaker 12 (40:42):
Yeah, no, that's exactly right. That's everything is about safety.
So gay aliens out jerseys.
Speaker 1 (40:48):
In Yes, I feel.
Speaker 2 (40:53):
What about actually a sensors back to what I thought
this was been presented to me, which was inflatable people
from the home of inflatable people, the Land of Sexy,
that we can't do that.
Speaker 1 (41:05):
He's going to have an account there, He's going to
have an account, they have a he's out code there. Well,
you know, so you have two of those. Where are
we taking the show in twenty twenty six, I guess
is well Marling?
Speaker 2 (41:19):
Yeah, anyway, Look, it's aldably be discussed. Ought to be
discussed right now, let's get ready for what are the odds?
Speaker 7 (41:25):
Believe it or not?
Speaker 5 (41:27):
What are the odds? You gotta be justhing me like,
were you with Cheryl who married a Hunt?
Speaker 4 (41:37):
Who works with the Cheryl.
Speaker 1 (41:41):
Who married a Hunt has every Wednesday morning on the show?
What are the odds?
Speaker 2 (41:46):
Your stories of as he tries to steer the show
back on the pin train, your stories of coincidence and
chance lines are up?
Speaker 1 (41:54):
And now what are the odds?
Speaker 2 (41:55):
The Chuckle sisters are ready to take your gulls thirteen
fifty five, twenty two, But we get every Wednesday stories
like these.
Speaker 14 (42:02):
I was on the train and between two stations, is
all this vacant land, and I'm thinking to myself, what
happened is to tram us to stop? Oh imagine how
many snakes would.
Speaker 3 (42:11):
Be here, no jokes.
Speaker 13 (42:13):
I look up and there is a hawk carrying a
snake in its clause.
Speaker 4 (42:17):
What are the odds that I met a stranger and
it turns out that my father delivered him as a baby.
Speaker 13 (42:23):
I grew up in Norlane. We had two families in
the same street, nine children in each family. We were
all born in the same gender order or within twelve
months of age.
Speaker 1 (42:37):
What are the odds that we still make it to
the end of the year.
Speaker 2 (42:41):
Thirteen fifty five, twenty two givens a call, Oh boy.
Speaker 4 (42:47):
The Christian O'Connell show podcast.
Speaker 2 (42:51):
Thank you very much everyone trying to problem solve. How
do we organize very very talented tiger that can predict
soccero's games live on Friday show and ahead of all
the soccer woo games. The way I saw this happening
was two bowls of food. One bold says soccer whose
the other ball is the opposing team? So ahead of Turkey, Turkey,
(43:14):
whichever the big cat the tiger goes for. And you
say beforehand Pete would say beforehand, Hey, malaala, pick the winner, Tiger.
Okayok some good yarm attackers and defense or Harry suit
crunch the numbers. It wanders after the soccer whose starts
(43:36):
s having up with breakfast. It looks back to Pete
wink wink, and that's how we.
Speaker 1 (43:41):
Know, am I they're gonna win? Okay? I like that.
That's a bit safer, maybe than the morning opportunity. Christian.
Speaker 2 (43:48):
Why don't the Tigers predict the World Cup winners? Try
different soccer balls, different colors, and if they're too small
for safety reasons, take a look at powerchair footballs which
are quite bigger, or I guess beach ones. That's a
good idea, now that, Jason, this is a great idea.
Speaker 1 (44:01):
This is a great ideal.
Speaker 2 (44:02):
What about going to a butcher getting a kangaroo towel
and a turkey. That's a guide that's producing intern peak.
So the canon till obviously for the socceros turkey.
Speaker 1 (44:12):
For the turkey. I love that. That's what we're gonna do.
Jason o'keef, that is very good, Christian.
Speaker 2 (44:20):
What are the odds My brother and girlfriend went to
Tasmania and were on a lookout in the middle of
nowhere when an older couple arrived. Naturally, they're making small talk. Couple,
where are you from, brother, New South Wales? Couple, us too?
What suburb? Brother hornsby? Couple, No way, us too? What's
your name? Brother told them? Couple is your father John brother? Yeah, couple,
(44:45):
your dad built our house?
Speaker 1 (44:48):
What are the.
Speaker 2 (44:49):
Odds that Tasmanian lookouts? And let me get a brand here, Christian.
I cash a train every day and the other week
I got pooped on by birds walking from the station.
That's not, in itself amazing, but I start walking under
that power line because that's where they got me. Yesterday,
I start for my morning coffee and they're and out
of lids.
Speaker 1 (45:09):
No big deal.
Speaker 2 (45:10):
I crossed the road to avoid those birds. The birds
must have seen me. What are the odds they managed
to poop in my coffee? Right? What a shot though, Christian,
I'm glad it made an audible splash, or I might
have taken a sip out of it.
Speaker 1 (45:27):
Oh no, sir, All right, Let's go to Lisa now, Lisa,
good morning.
Speaker 14 (45:33):
Good morning.
Speaker 3 (45:34):
What are the odds?
Speaker 1 (45:35):
What are they? Lisa?
Speaker 4 (45:37):
I was having my bachelorette party at a winery.
Speaker 3 (45:40):
Another woman was having her bachelorette party. Her name was
Lisa and her husband to be was Michael, and we
were both getting married on the eighth of the fourth
twenty two.
Speaker 1 (45:54):
Are you marrying Michael?
Speaker 5 (45:56):
Yes?
Speaker 1 (45:56):
Oh my well, I thought you were taking the Michael.
That's good. That's sound surprise. Make it sound like it's normal.
Speaker 2 (46:04):
Sorry, that is incredibles. This is insane story. That is
I'm getting goosebumps. Well done, Lisa, lovely story. Thank you
very much. Darren, Good morning, Darren. Yep, here you go, Christian,
I'm good mate, Welcome.
Speaker 1 (46:22):
To the show. What are those odds, dazza.
Speaker 3 (46:24):
Oh pretty swim odds. So I was we were playing
a bit of backyard cricket and I broke my thong
and we decided to walk down to the pub later
on after we'd run out and passed a survey. They
didn't sell thongs, and I was think of seven o'clock
at night walking into the Kelly Hotel in Cranbourne, and
they had some prizes where if you bought a joke
(46:46):
you could scratch your scratchy and I went a prize
and had some great prizes. You know, Beanie and socks.
And they had a pair of thongs in size eleven,
the last pair, and I won it on the day
I needed it, and.
Speaker 13 (46:59):
That was.
Speaker 1 (47:01):
This is the most Australian one of the odds we've
ever had.
Speaker 2 (47:06):
The bustards, the busted plugger on the thong and then
you win a thong in a pub.
Speaker 1 (47:10):
This is brilliant. Still gone?
Speaker 4 (47:13):
Is it? Still?
Speaker 1 (47:14):
Wow?
Speaker 4 (47:16):
Wow?
Speaker 1 (47:17):
Great story, Darren.
Speaker 2 (47:18):
I'm going to give you two hundred and fifty dollars
chemist Warehouse voucher.
Speaker 1 (47:21):
That is a great story, Darren, Thank you very much.
Speaker 3 (47:24):
Awesome, thank you.
Speaker 4 (47:25):
Pleasure the Christian O'Connell Show podcast.
Speaker 1 (47:29):
This is incredible.
Speaker 2 (47:31):
In a world of angry stories and fear right now,
the stuff that's happened last twenty four hours has been incredible.
Speaker 1 (47:36):
This is going to make you feel good.
Speaker 2 (47:38):
It makes you proud about the best of the people
that live in Australia and how you get around each
other matship, which is a lovely Australian concept. What am
I talking about? Talking about this thing we've been doing
over the last couple of weeks. We've been on a
mission called save our Pub. When I found out that
in the last two decades the last twenty years, sixty percent,
sixty percent of Australian pumps have gone and they're not
coming back because we all know why we're staying at home.
(48:00):
We've built a lives for convenience and we're not just
getting in front of each other as much as we
used to, and so that means these places where we
gather are falling by the wayside. So we want to
do something about that, and we asked you to tell
us about your local pub that needs saving. Fighting last
week we gave five of those pubs five thousand dollars each,
and we announced yesterday that one pub that Rio and
(48:21):
I went on a secret road trip last week all
the way up to Brisbane, then drove an hour and
a half out to place called Helldon where we saw
the Joy and Majesty that is the Criterion Hotel, an
amazing pub there, and we've decided this pub needs a makeover.
We've only got two and a half weeks and we're
(48:41):
talking a proper makeover. Okay, not just a liquor paint,
although that is needed everywhere. At least a quarter of
a million dollars is going to put into renovate in
this place because it deserves it. We met the two
people have got a great story, Tracy and Gary. They
are sixty and sixty two. This was not part of
their life plan figured about. We brought zoo, we brought
a pub. They brought this place online. It apt to
(49:02):
be a home. They've got grand kits. They were just parting,
sort of wind their life back and moved there. And
then when they moved in there and they saw what
it meant to the area, they were like, there's no
way we can close this place. Gary told me last
week we're not. They're meeting Gary and Tracy that an
old eighty five year old woman had run it. She
told them by herself, so they thought, well, how hard
(49:22):
can it be. Then they found out she had a
lot of help from locals who also helping themselves of
some of that beer in lieu of wages. So and
then two weeks after getting this decided that they would
keep it open for a while and run it themselves.
Speaker 1 (49:38):
They've never run pubs before.
Speaker 2 (49:40):
Tracy gets a diagnosis for at MS, but honestly, go online,
look at the videos. You might have heard it yesterday.
This woman is a legend and a champion. There's sort
of defied spirit. We had the best afternoon up that
with them last week.
Speaker 5 (49:53):
It was so much fun.
Speaker 2 (49:54):
Yeah, this is why we want to pick them and
the pub as well the area. And then two weeks
Friday we're going to be heading up there and we're
going to be doing the whole show live up there
for the grand reopening. So we announced us just yesterday
we said this is the pub and we need some help.
And in the last well not even twenty four hours
have it. Listen to these messages like Richard the builder
(50:15):
foreman from Elite Portables, Thank you so much, Richard.
Speaker 1 (50:19):
Have listen to this guy good a Christion Richard from
Early Portables.
Speaker 15 (50:23):
Mate, how are you just had to walk through the
criterion down at Hellendon. Yeah, it's a fair bit of
work down there to do, mate, to get it back
up to looking all nice and shiny, probably a quarter
of a million bucks worth, But we're happy to come
to the party for at least close to maybe half
of that. With our trades, we'll throw in a bit
of labor, some parts. We'll probably get some materials in
(50:44):
at cost price if we can, and see if I
can twist my painters to get you some cheaper paint,
really really really looking forward to get into this. We're excited,
the guys are excited. We'll be down their boots and
all mate to give you a hand to get this
across the line. Looking forward to having a beer with
you as soon as you get in there.
Speaker 1 (51:00):
Talk too soon. What a great guy.
Speaker 2 (51:03):
Get that he's up for half of that insane. So
that's Richard the foreman from Elite Autibles. Then this guy
sent me an email Cyclone Meet Cyclone from Cyclone. I
thought first it was a wrestler. It's going to offer
to put on a wrestling match. Well, they had a
rodeo up there a couple of months ago.
Speaker 16 (51:21):
He Christian's Cyclone here from Cyclone airbrushing Graphics. So I
heard Tracy on the radio the other day about the
Helen and Pub. What you are doing for the save
of the pub. I'm traveling out along the Warrigo at
the moment and I'd like to get involved in if
you'd like to have me on board. So if you
can let me know, that'd be great.
Speaker 1 (51:38):
Thanks, we would love you. Cyclone and Cyclone often drops
in there. Oh yeah, regular yeah. He makes a detail
to going and have a pot in there.
Speaker 2 (51:45):
So he knows what that is to the community, and
so he does this brilliant air brushing and signage, and
we should commission to do something with the studio. It
looks too bland boring in here, Cyclone, We've got a
commission for you as well.
Speaker 1 (51:58):
And then I got this from Victoria.
Speaker 14 (52:00):
Good morning, Christian. My name is Victoria. I am a
clinical nutritionist at Evergreen Clinical Nutrition in Southwest Sydney, and
I heard about Tracy having had a recent MS diagnosis
I believe, and so I would like to offer my
services to Tracy completely free of charge, for an initial
consultation and to follow up consultations. You guys are doing
(52:23):
such amazing stuff with the pub up there, with all
of the renovations, and Tracy and her husband just clearly
seem like the type of people that are constantly thinking
about other people.
Speaker 3 (52:34):
And if I can help.
Speaker 14 (52:36):
Tracy out by just providing that nutritional support for hers,
I'd love to help out.
Speaker 2 (52:41):
I'm glad that came across right, because Victoria, You're right,
that's exactly who they are. They've brought this place for
home then anyone else. We can't shut it down. That's
sixty and sixty two. They've been working there seven days
a week for the last two years.
Speaker 1 (52:54):
You know, Tracy runs.
Speaker 2 (52:56):
They've got partner that's also opens at five am giving coffees.
Speaker 1 (53:01):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (53:01):
They opened up a little cafe.
Speaker 2 (53:02):
Yeah, which is just incredible. So it's such a lovely story.
I'm really glad that we found out about this pub
and that we're going to be out. But I cannot
thank the messages we've had just in the last twenty
four hours. And obviously this came out of nowhere yesterday.
This is why, you know, we call it the bright
side of the dial. Thank you very much to Richard
Cyclone from Cyclone and Victoria as well, and many other
(53:23):
people who've been contacting us. If you listen to this
and you'd like to help out in some way. And
actually the really big thing is actually is we're looking
for ideas. Go on our socials, go on Facebook, go
on Instagram, search for the Christian O'Connell show. You'll see
the videos. Go on the guided tours, you'll see what
we need to do. We look at for ideas. The
big thing I really want to do for them for
it in terms of our sort of input, I mean,
(53:44):
otherwise i'd be on the tools up there today. But
actually the builder said, I would actually.
Speaker 1 (53:50):
Probably lose that.
Speaker 2 (53:52):
It would actually cost money, It'd lose value for it.
If I started to get on the tools, there'd be
no It would be the opposite of a renovation. But
if we could do something on the show, I'd love
us to come up with an idea of what can
we do for the pub garden. They've got this great
pub garden. It gets the sun. It needs a bit
of shape, but it's a really nice pub garden. Just
a garden at the moment with nothing in it. It
needs to have something in it. Do me favor to day.
(54:14):
Go on your Facebook marketplace, have a look. Find me
the biggest, tallest thing that we can get. I don't
even care what it is. I just need options at
the moment. Then we can work them out, work out
where is it? How do we get it? In two
and a half weeks to Helen. But there needs to
be Australia is littered.
Speaker 1 (54:32):
Not littered. How dare I did I say littered? Sorry,
that's the Englishman in me. Not littered.
Speaker 2 (54:37):
It's beautified, beautified and festooned in some really interesting giant
things art in a way.
Speaker 7 (54:45):
Would you say that, I would Art is in the louver, yes,
and Art is the big banana.
Speaker 1 (54:51):
You're right.
Speaker 2 (54:52):
It just didn't fit in the loop, but it can
fit in up pub garden in Heaven and so I
need a big thing that we can put there. Okay,
let me know what you can find. Email me your
office of help as run your ideas for the pub
art garden. Christian at Christian O'Connell dot com, DoD Au.
But thank you very much to everyone so far.
