against Hillary Clinton in November of twenty sixteen. Even in
the days after that election, the intelligence community continued their
consistent assessment that reflected the same thing in.

there was a President's Daily Brief that was drafted. This
is put together by the different elements of the intelligence
community that reflected that same assessment.

In essence that PDB, that document was pulled hours before
it was supposed to be published for the president to
see that following morning. That document was never published until
we released it yesterday. One day later, President Obama calls

That meeting, which we released yesterday in these over one
hundred documents that talk about in detail how President Obama
and his team he directed a manufactured piece of intelligence

used as the foundation for everything that came next. It
was essentially a year's long coup that was launched against
President Trump before he even had the opportunity to take
his oath of office.

went on for years, cost taxpayers nearly forty million dollars.

out there. Grassley's release today, Telsea Gabbert's release on Friday,
all the documents that were declassified in the last three
months to support what cash Bertel actually began back in
April at the FBI, which is a grand conspiracy case.
It is a pattern. When you look at Chuck Grassley's
new documents today, you realize that they had brand new

evidence on Hillary Clinton suggesting that maybe her emails did
compromise national security, and they never went and obtained it.
They never looked at it. Instead, James Comy walked out
and waved his magic wand and said, I'm just absolving
her even though I'm not a prosecutor. She's off the hook.
That pattern of always absolving democrats in the face.

By the way, this is the no reasonable prosecutor would
prosecute it in terms of top secret classified documents.

That's so on, that's the press conference. So I fifth,
twenty sixteen, and it's such an amazing thing. July five,
twenty sixteen, Hillary Clinton gets cleared by James Comb even
though he has the authority to do so. He doesn't
even have that authority. And on that same day, what's
going on the fixes in that Steele dossier is being
delivered to an FBI agent in Europe. Hillary Clinton's campaign

flip the switch on Donald Trump, going from legitimate investigat,
investigatory and criminal concerns about Hillary Clinton's email to a
bogus investigation of Donald Trump that would dog Donald Trump
for more than two and a half years. That pattern
keeps repeating itself. When Hunter Biden stuff comes up, they
investigate President Trump for by on Ukraine. They don't investigate

Hunter Biden. Irs agents are thwarted from doing the sort
of investigation. They want it. In twenty twenty, when China
comes in and looks like it may be trying to
meddle on the election, they don't look at it. In fact,
they call back the Intelligence Court in twenty twenty two
when they discovered that Joe Biden had classified documents in
his garage in his work office that he wasn't entitled

to have. What do they do. They don't investigate that seriously.
They go and start a criminal investigation of Donald Trump.
That pattern wash Rin's repeat pattern of clearing a Democrat
in the face of evidence and then creating a bogus
attack on a republic that uses the intelligence and law
enforcement community. That is at the heart of the conspiracy
case that cash Betel opened in April. It's really incumbent

on a hambody now to assign a prosecutor, maybe a
special prosecutor, maybe an internal Department prosecutor. But that case
is right now. All these things that we've been waiting
seven years for Donald Trump has gotten into the public
so it can be used before a jury and a
grand jury to declassification. We're very lucky to have all
this evidence now.

But now this goes to the heart of this grand
conspiracy investigation of Cash Battel and the FBI, doesn't it.

This is where it starts. This is where the most
important thing is. Now he laid the predicate. Obviously, Cashptel

counsel for the House Intelligence Committee, so he knew alongside

he knew in a classified setting, we all now know
in a public setting because of Donald Trump's the classifications,
because it's ULCI Gabberden and the CIA director John Ratcliffe

in the FBI, which is to classify lots of documents
in the last month, we now know what they knew
in the classified setting. It really does lay out this
potential for an extraordinary case that can go back from
twenty sixteen all the way to twenty twenty four. Jacksmith
is connected to Andy McCabe and James Tomy and James Brennan.
It's one continuous conspiracy. That's how cash Betel is looking

at it, and all these evidence releases in the last
week support that notion.

are part of the group that were tasked by President

Susan Rice's memo was the cya. We always knew it
to be back in the day. Now it's completely corroborated
in my mind anyway. But she Tulsi is saying and
now recommending and putting forward criminal referrals to the DOJ.
But among the people that we're talking about here, that

would be Barack Obama himself.

Yeah, Barack Obama is briefed in late July before Crossfire
Hurricane is opened in twenty sixteen, So right in the
middle of the twenty sixteen election that Hillary Clinton is
going to hang a fake Russia single on Donald Donald
Trump's campaign house. He knows that that's her plan, after
her way of a racing her email problem. And what

happens They allow that FBI to go out and do
a bogus investigation and obtain fake pis A warrants. And
then in December of twenty sixteen, when Hillary couldn't lose
is to the shock of the Democrats, they put out
a fake intelligence assessment that their own intelligence agencies didn't
fully agree with. In fact, it was opposite of what

they had just determined a couple of months earlier. Then,
in January twenty sixteen, Barack Obama's back in the White
House with James Comby and the team, and there they are.
The FBI has decided to clare Mike Flynn, and they
start a new process trying to keep Mike Flynn on
the hook so he can be investigated, maybe tripped up lying,
and then they can go prosecute him. That is that
sort of pattern of abusive behavior. And by the way,

Barack Obama's right in the middle of time. One of
the prosecutors assigned to this case, I think one of
the first people I'm going to subpoena for records is
Barack Obama because he's right in the middle of these
key moments. He was not a bystander. He was involved
in these conversations. What he knew, when he knew it,
and whether he knew it was criminal, that is something
that a prosecutor has to get to the bottom of.

backwards as one ongoing conspiracy to use the intelligence and

tilt the elections to Democrats, to go after Donald Trump,

new documents today, you realize that they had brand new

evidence on Hillary Clinton suggesting that maybe her emails did
compromise national security, and they never went and obtained it.
They never looked at it. Instead, James Comy walked out
and waved his magic wand and said, I'm just absolving
her even though I'm not a prosecutor. She's off the hook.
That pattern of always absolving democrats in the face.

By the way, this is the no reasonable prosecutor would
prosecute it in terms of top secret classified documents.

Is that what you're referring to.

That's so on, that's the press conference. So I fifth,
twenty sixteen, and it's such an amazing thing. July five,
twenty sixteen, Hillary Clinton gets cleared by James Comb even
though he has the authority to do so. He doesn't
even have that authority. And on that same day, what's
going on the fixes in that Steele dossier is being
delivered to an FBI agent in Europe. Hillary Clinton's campaign

flip the switch on Donald Trump, going from legitimate investigat,
investigatory and criminal concerns about Hillary Clinton's email to a
bogus investigation of Donald Trump that would dog Donald Trump
for more than two and a half years. That pattern
keeps repeating itself. When Hunter Biden stuff comes up, they
investigate President Trump for by on Ukraine. They don't investigate

Hunter Biden. Irs agents are thwarted from doing the sort
of investigation. They want it. In twenty twenty, when China
comes in and looks like it may be trying to
meddle on the election, they don't look at it. In fact,
they call back the Intelligence Court in twenty twenty two
when they discovered that Joe Biden had classified documents in
his garage in his work office that he wasn't entitled

to have. What do they do. They don't investigate that seriously.
They go and start a criminal investigation of Donald Trump.
That pattern wash Rin's repeat pattern of clearing a Democrat
in the face of evidence and then creating a bogus
attack on a republic that uses the intelligence and law
enforcement community. That is at the heart of the conspiracy
case that cash Betel opened in April. It's really incumbent

on a hambody now to assign a prosecutor, maybe a
special prosecutor, maybe an internal Department prosecutor. But that case
is right now. All these things that we've been waiting
seven years for Donald Trump has gotten into the public
so it can be used before a jury and a
grand jury to declassification. We're very lucky to have all
this evidence now.

But now this goes to the heart of this grand
conspiracy investigation of Cash Battel and the FBI, doesn't it.

This is where it starts. This is where the most
important thing is. Now he laid the predicate. Obviously, Cashptel

counsel for the House Intelligence Committee, so he knew alongside
of Devin noon As what really went on. Now what
he knew in a classified setting, we all now know
in a public setting because of Donald Trump's the classifications,
because it's ULCI Gabberden and the CIA director John Ratcliffe

in the FBI, which is to classify lots of documents
in the last month, we now know what they knew
in the classified setting. It really does lay out this
potential for an extraordinary case that can go back from
twenty sixteen all the way to twenty twenty four. Jacksmith
is connected to Andy McCabe and James Tomy and James Brennan.
It's one continuous conspiracy. That's how cash Betel is looking

at it, and all these evidence releases in the last
week support that notion.

If you go back in time, James Clapper was on
fake News CNN quote John Brennan, Jim Comy and I
are part of the group that were tasked by President
Obama to put together all the reporting we had on
Russia interference.

Susan Rice's memo was the cya. We always knew it
to be back in the day. Now it's completely corroborated
in my mind anyway. But she Tulsi is saying and

But among the people that we're talking about here, that

would be Barack Obama himself.

Yeah, Barack Obama is briefed in late July before Crossfire
Hurricane is opened in twenty sixteen, So right in the
middle of the twenty sixteen election that Hillary Clinton is
going to hang a fake Russia single on Donald Donald
Trump's campaign house. He knows that that's her plan, after
her way of a racing her email problem. And what

happens They allow that FBI to go out and do
a bogus investigation and obtain fake pis A warrants. And
then in December of twenty sixteen, when Hillary couldn't lose
is to the shock of the Democrats, they put out
a fake intelligence assessment that their own intelligence agencies didn't
fully agree with. In fact, it was opposite of what

they had just determined a couple of months earlier. Then,
in January twenty sixteen, Barack Obama's back in the White
House with James Comby and the team, and there they are.
The FBI has decided to clare Mike Flynn, and they
start a new process trying to keep Mike Flynn on
the hook so he can be investigated, maybe tripped up lying,
and then they can go prosecute him. That is that
sort of pattern of abusive behavior. And by the way,

Barack Obama's right in the middle of time. One of
the prosecutors assigned to this case, I think one of
the first people I'm going to subpoena for records is
Barack Obama because he's right in the middle of these
key moments. He was not a bystander. He was involved
in these conversations. What he knew, when he knew it,
and whether he knew it was criminal, that is something
that a prosecutor has to get to the bottom of.

law enforcement app bred us of the United States to
tilt the elections to Democrats, to go after Donald Trump,

go back and charge something in the summer of twenty

twenty three and twenty four in the Statute of Limitations

and treated as one grand conspiracy. I think to do that,
they probably put the grand jury in Florida, because that's
where Jack Smith classified document's case against the president was

becomes a special prosecutor so that Pam Bondi can say,

my boss is a potential victim in this conspiracy. So
let's let an independent prosecutor, someone who sent it confirmed,

and Stacey Abrams did. She came down here through a
bunch of money into a democratic collection for mayor of
Gulf Court, which is the second largest city in the
state of Mississippi, and she found out real quick it

didn't work. Just because you have money to throw at
their bad ideas does not mean the bad ideas are
going to work and are not going to win in
a state that's truly red.

Just take a look. I urge everyone google the map
of the country. It's only these densely populated cities New
York and California where all these Democratic votes are coming from.
And by the way, none of those areas are doing
particularly well. They don't have law and order, they don't

have safety and security, they don't have good schools. The
one thing they do have is high taxes and burden,
some regulation and radicalism. All right, Cindy, appreciate it.

Because I was actually thinking about maybe visiting out there.

Twenty years and I came here legally, by the way,
with strict rules that I can only twenty hours a
week until I got all my paperwork done. So it
was hard because twenty hours you can't pay your bills.
But no, it's really You'll be shocked. You will absolutely
be shocked, because if new scum is told he's allowed
to he has to have a certain amount of houses
built in every area. And they're building all along the

highway and they've packed the places and they're covering the
mountain views and it's just not the same Santa Barbara
that you remember.

They still have that big tree where all the homeless
used to congregate. I have the homeless taken over the
beach area down by Santa Barbara.

That's correct, they still have all that, and also they've
taken away all the benches because the people that came
here from you know, the border, San Diego whatever, they
all like, you know, sleep on them and pee on
them and whatever. So they've taken away all those all
those things for we the people, because of a few
people and more than a few that are doing, you know,
doing is it?

Is it even safe? It used to be called fest
Parker's Resort. Is that still in existence?
Speaker 9 (25:56):
Well, I think they changed the name of it. I
think that's that's moved off and they's somebody else has it,
But I think there's a part of it that still pass.

So you're telling me it's not worth going.

Well, no, Well, you know, it's really nice when you
go on the wark and you look at the view
that the mountains are fantastic, and the riviera they call
it the French riviera here. But I mean, as far
as life here goes, it's unbelievable. And one thing I
don't understand is that everybody that's here well mostly illegal,
and they're all they all have fantastic jobs and they

all pay taxes. How does that happen? How do you
get a Social Security card to.

Work a sanctuary state? That's there's your answer.
Speaker 1 (26:34):
You get legal driver's license that leads to your Social
Security card. It pretty much they pretty much aid in
a bet in the process of your law breaking.
Speaker 9 (26:45):
It's unbelievable. I can't even so what happens. They're going
to get a pension when they become a certain age
because they even though they don't have their paperwork, they're
still contributing. So that's how it works. It's unbelievable what
goes on here. And you know what, And also my
other concern is big. I hope that everybody calls in
and makes a comment about it. My concern is that
the the the FBI, and the CIA, not the rank

and file, had this Epstein file from so many years,
twenty one to twenty five, and they may maybe they've
doctored it, doctored it up, and maybe that's why they're
demanding now to see it because some of people, some
people have given in the quiet, silent word to open
like force you know, President Trump to reveal it. And
I think there's something on there that they've actually doctored

into it. And that's what my concern is because I
think that you know, when when call me walked into
the White House and he shook hands with President Trump.
That was all a setup.

And I feel like this it's.

Been a setup from the beginning. And that's what these
new documents reveal. That's why we have You know now
the DOJ has criminal referrals from Tulsa. We're going to
all these people, abows them. They better be lawyered up.

those people in Texas.

I'll talk to Clay about it if he's really serious,
but I'm betting against being able to make it. There's
still people missing when it comes to that tragedy in Texas,
and I think people like you that go in there
and help people in their hour of need or you know,
you are truly the type of person that makes this
the greatest country on earth. And incredible that you do that,
and I'm very grateful to you for it.

We did one gentleman's house and the government. He told
us that FEMA came in and told him they would
give him seven hundred and fifty dollars that would not
wow mud out of his front yard. He didn't qualify
for any more money because he only had nineteen inches
of water in his house. He had to have at
least twenty six inches of water to get long.
Speaker 1 (32:05):
Well, if you have nineteen inches of water in your house.
Your house is destroyed period. At least the first floor
of your house is destroyed completely. There's no salvaging that.
And I say that as a contractor, you have to
rip it all out. A lot of people can't afford it,
and our gut, that's what our governments spema, and we
should be there for fellow Americans in their hour of need.
