Ep 15: Ross Szabo
August 24, 2015•33 min
Mental health advocate and professional speaker, Ross Szabo, opens up about his challenges with bipolar disorder on this episode of Movember Radio. Ross lives in Los Angeles and was diagnosed when he was just 16 years old. A year later, this changed to a diagnosis of bipolar disorder with anger control problems and psychotic features.
Drawing on his experience and wanting to spread the word to others, Ross spoke openly to others about what was going on in his life. Since then, he has spoken to a million people about his struggles and has worked for the Clinton Administration on a National Mental Health Awareness campaign in his efforts to reduce the stigma associated with mental illness.
