this because it was a big trade today because potentially
this could help vault the Lakers back into contention. Uh,
big time contention in the Western Conference. That's a big

the top six or top eight. I like the vaulting. Yeah, yeah,
look at immense. This is because we knew they only
had one trade to make, right, the Lakers only had
one trade to make because they didn't have the assets.
And they make the deal today. They trade some second
round picks and Kendrick Nunn for Rui Hachimura of Washington.

And he's a guy that ostensibly for them, is going
to be able to hit threes and help and hit
some mid range jumpers when it becomes difficult for the
lakers to get some space on the floor. Lebron's wanted
a shoot her. This is a former lottery pick who
has seen his way to start them blocked U in Washington.
So I like the trade. I like to you know,
the Laker. They had one bullet to fire and this

is it. So they must really like him if they're
gonna because their plan is to sign him to a
contract in the off season and keep him around a
younger player there, So they must really like him. So okay,
if this is a guy they've been they spent some
time on and and trying to figure out. I like

is gonna be. Boy, he's a fifteen, ten and twelve guy.

But what what is Lebron James complained about quite a
bit this year is that they got no no depth
when it comes to height with Anthony Davis out, so

I would give it. It may be a cracked open,
but it's certainly you're gonna need more than a stiff
breeze to open that back up. Not with this team,

because they were exposed yesterday at home in snowy conditions
and they were out everything by the Cincinnati Bengals. It
would have even been worse had they adjudicated the touchdown
past Jamar Chase right, But you know, hey, what can
you do? This was a Bill's team team that what
you saw happen to them, all the changes they need

to beat elite teams to be a Super Bowl contender.
It's too much. They're a good there are a great
regular season team. What happens again the playoffs they struggle
because they have too many needs against the best teams
in the league. We saw the entirely new offensive line.
They got demolished by the Cincinnati Bengals, and Josh Allen
got hit so many times. He shouldn't be getting hit

as much as he does, but he does. You need
an entirely new offensive line. All the moves you made
there have all backfired. So that's number one. You need
another wide receiver, another star wide receiver, because Gabe Davis
and company aren't enough. If you shut down Stefon Diggs,
you shut down the Buffalo Bills. So now there's another
wide receiver you need. Defensively, you need a lot of help.
Right you had injury problems at safety. Do you resigned

Jordan Poyer? Who's an Who's who's hurt? All the time?
Von Miller got hurt? You thought he was gonna be
the big teeth in the defense. He's been out for
the year. Defensively, they got beat and you had you
had you to Cincinnati Bengals offensive line missing three starters,
and you still got boat race that way. The era
of the Bills being a Super Bowl contender is over,

and their era as being the top team in the
ANFC East is ending as well, because everybody below them
is getting better. The Jets just need a quarterback. The
Dolphins probably would have would have gotten there, had to
and not gotten hurt down the stretch. And the Patriots
without a quarterback have been five hundred. You know, they're
gonna go out and get a quarterback in the off season.
They'll go big game hunting. Everybody else is coming up.

It's been a great run for the Bills the last
three four years. Right, it's been a great run. But
as you can see, they don't have enough, so the
window for them to win is closed. They need to
reboot and redo this team in a different way because
what they've done so far great in the regular season,
but get to the playoffs and you see all the
issues they have with beating elite teams and being Super
Bowl contender. Not winning games the regular season, but being

elite teams and being a Super Bowl contender, well a
lot of it is the all Right, Josh Allen is
gonna figure it out and make another play with his legs.
He likes tend to play, and you got to go,
I mean, we we've we've been talking about this for
a long time this year and it it really came
to fruition here of trying to figure out that balance
didn't think they'd get punched in the mouth the same
way that they did, right, Cincinnati, chip on the shoulder.

They love to use all of the motivation. We we
joke about it sometimes, what does this really mean? No,
those guys were pretty piste off about the way the
a f C title game was being handled, the fact
that tickets were already sold, Like they all had their
one liners ready when that ended. And it wasn't just
Eli Apple, No Joe Burrow had one. Joe Mixon was
doing a lot of chirping like everybody had that. Matt

Milano said, you know in the post games, like there
was no juice in the place. They got punched in
the mouth so fast by the Bengals. They never recovered right.
No matter what they did to try to hype up,
it didn't work. And you had no balance in the offense.
You had Alan getting hit, didn't no design runs early? Right?
How about little creativity? That miss on that pass? Two

digs will just taunt them forever because that would have
made it a game. How much you want to bet?
That's what Diggs was yelling at. How about that pass? Man?
But I got four paths in the thirty five yards

were opportunities maybe to try to force it what you've

your backfield. Dawson knocks good when he plays injury prone defensively.

both lines. You've got to figure out both both lines.

Whatever they figure out, if Lamar's there on a franchise

Kenny Pick. It's interesting and again, a team that's always
in the hunt at least in that five hundred good
enough to mess things up for your season and maybe
knock you out of your home field advantage. Kansas City's
not going anywhere, the rest of the West, Denver is

not going to be as bad as they were this year.
Where I mean, the Raiders are still gonna stink, but
the and I say that just because I know that
draws the ire of Raider fans. But the point is
in the A f C you don't have a lot
of margin for error. So McDermott and company need to

to go down that rabbit hole, could you say, all right,

reboot and redo this team in a different way because
what they've done so far great in the regular season,
but get to the playoffs and you see all the
issues they have with beating elite teams and being Super

lot of it is the all Right, Josh Allen is
gonna figure it out and make another play with his legs.
He likes tend to play, and you got to go,
I mean, we we've we've been talking about this for
a long time this year and it it really came
to fruition here of trying to figure out that balance
didn't think they'd get punched in the mouth the same
way that they did, right, Cincinnati, chip on the shoulder.

They love to use all of the motivation. We we

No matter what they did to try to hype up,
it didn't work. And you had no balance in the offense.
You had Alan getting hit, didn't no design runs early? Right?

Where I mean, the Raiders are still gonna stink, but

in the A f C you don't have a lot
of margin for error. So McDermott and company need to

to go down that rabbit hole, could you say, all right,
