The Prime Minister won't do it – but we have the strongest denouncing of Putin from a politician – and it's come from National.  
Christopher Luxon has labelled Putin a war criminal, following in the footsteps of the US, UK and Australia. 
It will undoubtedly put pressure on Ardern, who has so far refused to call Putin a war criminal.
