The family of a 17-year-old who was fatally shot by police Paris suburb last week have called for an end to the riots.

France has endured a sixth night of clashes and destruction and thousands have been arrested.

UK correspondent Gavin Grey says President Emmanuel Macron is due to meet with the leaders of both houses of parliament to quell the riots.
