The FIFA Women's World Cup opening ceremony is kicking off at Auckland's Eden Park shortly.

A moment of silence will be held to mark today's shooting, and the FIFA Fan Festival at Auckland's waterfront will open tomorrow at noon instead

The opening game of the tournament is between New Zealand and Norway at 7pm.
