Over in Sydney, a man's been arrested after a woman was stabbed in a gym car park.

It's believed the man and the woman were in a brief relationship before the attack, where the victim was stabbed multiple times.

Australian correspondent Murray Olds says authorities have warned attacks like this have become more common.
