The National Party say today's High Court ruling proves that MIQ was state-sponsored cruelty.  
The Grounded Kiwis have successfully proven MIQ didn't sufficiently allow individual circumstances to be prioritised where necessary. 
Chris Bishop, the National Party spokesperson for the Covid-19 response, joined Heather du Plessis-Allan.
