Inflation is on everyone's mind. Including small business owners. 
Wages are starting to grow at a faster rate now according to the Xero Small Business Index...  
Wages were up 4.8 percent year on year in April and jobs grew 3%. 
And of course, there has to be a but... Sales are down overall, proving people have started to tighten their purse strings.  
Charlie Nicholls, Xero's director of business growth, joined Heather du Plessis-Allan.
