The city's "vertical consumption" ban, making people sit to avoid mingling and spreading Covid, is under review. 
The council says before it can be scrapped, they want to gauge locals' opinions.

“The council says it’s not as simple as simply striking it down it has to be advertised for public comment, talk about the nanny state.”
