A review has been launched after Auckland Council failed to check on a woman living in her car who then went on to die.
Neighbours who were worried called the Council when temperatures started dropping.
The Council then classified her as a 'freedom camper' and so they never checked on her.
Auckland City Missioner Helen Robinson joined Heather du Plessis-Allan.
