Two unvaccinated members of one household have tested positive almost two weeks after one returned from Auckland, for authorised travel for a child.
The extent of the spread remains unclear - but Epidemiologist Michael Baker told Newstalk ZB's John MacDonald there are simple things everyone can do while they wait for more information.
“Firstly, if you have any symptoms at all, come forward and get tested, the second thing of course is continue to follow the rules and the third thing, of course, is getting vaccinated.”
