Bob Campbell's pick of the week is the Villa Maria 2021 Cellar Selection Chardonnay from Hawke’s Bay. 
Bob's tip - don’t over-chill Chardonnay or it will taste like water. If you get served a wine that is too cold cup your hand around the glass and swirl it until it reaches the right temperature.
