Speaker 5 (01:06):
Do you know what today is? Do you know the
date today? Carrie? Do you know the date today? Don't? Yes? Yes? Yes?
You know what the yes? Or no? Okay?

Speaker 4 (01:17):
Because I always said, do you know the date today?

Speaker 5 (01:19):
Yes?

Speaker 4 (01:20):
Okay? Burst you guys good Isaac. Do you guys know
the date today?

Speaker 5 (01:24):
Yes? All right, okay?

Speaker 4 (01:25):
Sometimes like oh geez, I didn't realize it was the
eighteenth of July, which it is last week and it
realized and completely missed seven to eleven day Slurpee Day.
Didn't even realize it until the neighbors came home with
slurpees in their hands. They're like, yeah, they shut it
down at seven. You're out of luck. So I missed
it last week. I know it's big disappointment. But the

(01:47):
reason it's brought up today is because of the Denver Broncos.
The Denver Broncos sent a tweet out today that just
sparked my interest, and I think it was subtle. It
wasn't meant to be hot, taky, it wasn't meant to
be anything then what it was.

Speaker 5 (02:06):
And they wrote.

Speaker 4 (02:08):
Happy seven to eighteen day celebrating the Goats John Elway
seven Peyton Manning eighteen And I am on record here
at Fox Sports Radio to say just how much amazement
I am in on how much Peyton Manning got out
of his four year tenure with the Denver Broncos. Like

(02:31):
this was for years and when you played in the league,
he was in Indianapolis, Colt And to think that Peyton
Manning was anything other than the horseshoe that was on
the side of his helmet would have been blasphemy. But
times change, things change, and he goes to Denver, and
my goodness, like Peyton still lives in the Denver area.

(02:52):
You see him at Nuggets games, right. And because of
just the it was awkward, I don't think it wasn't
malicious at all. The Colts did what they had to
do and the drafted Andrew Luck because of where Peyton
was with his next situation. I think any team in
that situation would have done what they would have done.
But when Peyton Manning ends up choosing the Denver Broncos,

(03:13):
I never thought carry that it would take off and
he would have the success that he did. Two Super Bowls,
won Super Bowl win and the greatest passing year that
we had seen in the NFL, and that's what Peyton
Manning delivered. And I just feel that the Broncos have
gotten the most out of it. But what I didn't
realize until I saw this tweet today, By the way,

(03:36):
let'll put a pause on that. What was it like
to play against Peyton Manning?

Speaker 5 (03:41):
That was for me? It was fun, It was exhilarating.
But there was a moment, and it's funny you bring
it up. That was one of the moments I felt
like I arrived in the NFL. Second year. We're playing
the Colts in New York. I'm having a good year.
I'm leading safeties and sacks that year. So we play Peyton.

(04:02):
I come down. You know, he's a master of figuring
out things. But I come down. He actually says, check chick, check,
carry's coming off the side. I was like, well, Peyton
knows my name. That's how I felt. So you feel
that way, and so it was fun. Man, it was
a chess match and always high level football when we
played against him.

Speaker 4 (04:20):
I always felt, even at the lowest levels of sports
that I played, yeah, that the disrespect was calling the
player by the number when they were a really good player,
like if you were playing the balls, like who's got
twenty three? Exactly right, Like it's so disrespectful. You're not
trying to give them any respect. It's the opposite. It
was the ultimate respect that he said your name.

Speaker 5 (04:41):
Yeah, because he could have said number twenty five. I
could have said Roads, he could have said Roads, but
he said Carrie. And I was like, Oh, either I'm
good or he just this guy studies a lot, you
know that. It was that thing.

Speaker 4 (04:51):
Yeah, yeah, that's pretty awesome. Yeah, And seeing this graphic
that the Broncos put up, I said to myself, I'm like,
I don't know if another team could match this. I
don't know if another team in the NFL could match
the greatness that they got from two different quarterbacks. And

(05:13):
when you think about Elway, I think Elway is when
we look back in history, I just don't think people
appreciate how great he was. And I still think people
talk about how great he was, but just on on
how good John Elway was in the type of quarterback
that he was. I don't think we like I think

(05:34):
Elway and Marino are like two guys that we look
back I think Montana's still up there because of the
four rings. But we look now with passing yards, like
Marino's passing numbers are matched, and we don't realize on
how good he was. But Elway and Marino are in
that group where it's just like man like they were it,
Like they were the you know, they were it.

Speaker 5 (05:52):
They were the prototypical guys. Yes, say, with the guys
that you had to like you had the mats. You
had to find the mats for those two guys.

Speaker 4 (05:59):
And then for Peyton to shoot up in a Broncos
uniform and then have the success, it wasn't like you
just signed with them for one year and retired and
didn't really play like That's not what I'm talking about,
like in a short time, extreme success with the with
the Denver Broncos playoffs, as I mentioned, the two Super
Bowls going and winning the final game of Peyton's career.

(06:19):
I don't know if there's another organization or team in
the NFL that can match those two quarterbacks.

Speaker 5 (06:26):
There is, and I'm gonna throw it out there, and
I think there's a couple, but the one that's very
obvious is the forty nine ers with Montana and Young.
I mean those two Hall of famers, which they are
as well. But again, you talk about the championships those
two combined. Even when Montana was winning them, Steve was
there as well, they could have won them. So that's

(06:47):
what five championships between the two. Yes, yes, and so yeah,
I see those two being up there, but I.

Speaker 4 (06:54):
Agree, I don't disagree with that, but I do think
that they are hurt a little bit because they played
on the same team in the same era, and so
we didn't get to see full Steve Young until he
replaced Montana. And maybe we didn't get to see full
Montana because he ended up getting replaced at the end
by Steve Young. And in this case here they didn't overlap.

(07:16):
They were in different generations and we saw the full board.
Montana's got four super bowls, Young Scott one, always got two,
Bend five, Manning Scott two. So I mean they got
a one super Bowl lead because of that. But that's interesting.
It's close because there's another one that I think is
the one that we usually go to. Do you guys

(07:38):
have other quarterback teams? Bursch, What came to your mind
when you're talking about when we're talking about the two
greatest quarterbacks or two quarterbacks on a team.

Speaker 1 (07:47):
I'll go to the one I think you're alluding to,
which is the Packers with Farvin Rodgers obviously gigantic call
the crews for each one, Rogers has thrown into the
discussion of maybe greatest passer of all time. I think
that that's a very very strong contender.

Speaker 4 (08:04):
I think that that is that You're right, that is
the one that I was thinking of. Sure, but it
was when I compared Elway and Manning to Farvaran Rodgers
that I'm like, whoa, this is it? Like these are like,
these are the guys Like Rogers has been won Super Bowl.
You know, Marv went to a couple one to one. Yeah,

(08:25):
you know, Rogers won his. But when you have these guys,
I mean Peyton won two, lost to Elway lost, you know,
was there five times mentioned ended up winning the final two?
Like I think I think that I think the Packers
one is the one that we most think because of
the succession to it, yeah, and their longevity maybe covering

(08:46):
that heck, basically thirty years sp you know span that
we have from nineteen ninety two to you know whatever,
twenty twenty two twenty three, whatever it was that that
Rogers left, Like there's that like that longvity for sure,
but the success of Elway and Manning. I almost think
Trump's what they have in Green Bay.

Speaker 5 (09:08):
Well, and the crazy part, let's go back to the
forty nine or one more second, you're that no, no, no,
you talk about you know, l wait one to five?
How many did Manning go to in total? Four four?
They lost a couple. Yeah, they lost the you know
what I mean, and so like and even Seahawks and
even you know, many Saints and Manning at the end
the one they lost to, and like he was a

(09:29):
main component of them losing. He couldn't throw the ball
down the field at all that last year. So like
that's a little for me that one's seeing there, you know,
seeing that didn't look too flattering for me. Yeah, Isaac
lohen Crown, do you have a team that comes to mind?

Speaker 3 (09:43):
I would say this is technically the case, and it's
a current one. The Ravens actually did have Joe Flacco's
Super Bowl winning champion to Lamar Jackson, but unfortunately on
a more concerning tier is the Chargers with Philip Rivers
and Justin Herbert he has the big fear among Chargers
fans is that Justin Herbert's career is going to follow

(10:06):
the arc of Philip rivers career with you know, a
fifteen to fifteen year run as an elite starting quarterback
with no Super Bowl championship to show for it.

Speaker 5 (10:17):
That's an interesting one. Had both of those written down,
I wanted that conversation. Yeah, yeah, the lightning bolts, Well,
I would, honestly, I would say this. I would put
Founts and Rivers before I put Herbert into the conversation.
I agree, if we're talking about, you know, just for
what they've done in their career, what could be with
Justin Herbert, to Isaac's point, could be different. But if

(10:37):
we're talking about like the two of the Chargers, I mean,
just because Herbert's career is not done yet, we're still
in the early portions of it. What about and and
Drew Brees and I list because he was right, yeah,
you know what I mean just that yes, didn't have
the success to the Ed of Orleans obviously, Iowa, Sam,
is there any team that that may have or players

(10:59):
that into your mind and thinking about this.

Speaker 2 (11:02):
I'm either celebrating on December fourth or April twelfth, Man,
I'm gonna going on the Packers.

Speaker 5 (11:06):
You're going with the Packersers.

Speaker 4 (11:07):
I'm gonna I'm gonna bring up two names, and I'm
curious in your guys' thoughts on it.

Speaker 5 (11:13):
One isn't it in our era?

Speaker 4 (11:14):
One is what about if I said stallback Aikman, Roger
Staubach Troy Aikman, would that rise to the level?

Speaker 5 (11:23):
I think so as well.

Speaker 4 (11:25):
But I also think that there is such a thing
about being a Dallas Cowboys quarterback, Like the starting quarterback
of the Dallas Cowboys is such a It's honestly, it's
why we talk about Dak so much. If Tony Romo
was a member of the Tennessee Titans, we wouldn't be
talking about who. We wouldn't have talked like Tony Romo
like we did. But like, that's like just just the
waight of the Cowboys. I think has to be something.

(11:47):
But the success that those two guys had with the
Cowboys puts them into this conversation.

Speaker 5 (11:53):
Yeah, no, I agree. I mean, just I guess the
wins the wins add up for Aikman. Aikman was never
I mean great, I mean really really good, quarterback in
my opinion, I would never like put him in that
that that rare class though, which is probably naive of
me to say, because he's a Hall of Famer and

(12:14):
really good. But yeah, I don't know, it's it's it's
a good question, Dan, I'm not sure.

Speaker 4 (12:18):
There's that was one of them that that popped up there.
There are a couple more, I know you've got some
written down. Yeah, do you guys have any others that
may have?

Speaker 1 (12:28):
Just just to clarify the criteria here.

Speaker 5 (12:31):
There really isn't one.

Speaker 1 (12:32):
So we're saying, like, if the franchise rostered these guys
at any point and were just looking at their careers
in totality, wouldn't it then be the Chiefs with Mahomes
and Joe Montana.

Speaker 6 (12:45):
I don't think Montana's like like to to that point,
like Peyton Manning's success with the Broncos overshadows what Montana
did with the Chiefs. Sure, absolutely, you know, so to that,
Like I I you could put that in there, like
as part of the conversation, but it's also like I
look at Tom Brady, I'm like, man Brady's just actually

(13:07):
like who else what other Patriot quarterback would you put
with Brady.

Speaker 5 (13:11):
Steve grow Yeah, yeah, no, hey, guys are forgetting Drew
Brees Brees.

Speaker 4 (13:18):
Oh yeah, yeah, that's that's right, because I was thinking
of the Tampa aspect of it, of like, there is
anybody in Tampa, but of course, yeah, I mean they
you know they went to one super Yes, and what's
that Brad Johnson, Yeah, Beting Testa Verdi him and Mark
Sanchez with the Jets, Hey, come on, Jets would be

(13:41):
Nameth and who name it?

Speaker 5 (13:44):
Name it? I mean, oh my Godda was great, but
not I mean obviously not in this.

Speaker 4 (13:52):
Convers Who else do you have on your list?

Speaker 5 (13:54):
No, it's funny because everything I wanted to see where
the room would go. But I had obviously number I
had one for Niners obviously, two with the Broncos, three Packers,
and then I had the Ravens. I had Flocko and Jackson.
I said that could be a possibility. Also, is gonna
throw one out? This isn't This is just for fun conversation.
But Stafford didn't golf both a really good one.

Speaker 4 (14:14):
Yeah, you know, I would say Stafford and Kurt Warner yeah, rams.

Speaker 7 (14:19):
Oh yeah, good, that's a good one.

Speaker 5 (14:21):
Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 4 (14:23):
Yeah, it's kind of like the Charger thing where Isaac
was just with you know, Herbert like current.

Speaker 5 (14:29):
But if I have and then yeah, and you talk
about the Colts, you go Manning Luck, right, just from that,
from Manning to Luck, I was thinking, like the you know,
the PREDI now they say that United is Manning. There
you go, that's one. Yeah'd be yeah, that's a good.

Speaker 4 (14:42):
Still like I I still think, I mean, like I
still think the l Way like there's that's one. There's
a lot of weight to like what John Elway is
pulling here. And when you take Manning's whole career and
you just think of what he did again in that
four year window where they got every bit of juice
out of that orange up unintended, but they got they
got they I mean they did and they're still reaping

(15:04):
the benefits of it right now. Steelers with Big Ban
and Terry Bradshaw. But to your point about ak Man,
I think there's the same conversation with Bradshaw, I agree same. Yeah,
there's just I mean there's I find the conversations with
certain teams and players that you pop up. I think
that the Mahomes one with Montana is very interesting. It

(15:28):
wasn't one that I necessarily thought of, But not every team,
can you know, can sport this sort of argument, right,
Like I mean even if you're like, you know, the
New York Giants, you know, I mean like familiar names,
Phil Sims, Eli Mannings, you know, like I mean, like

(15:48):
but Washington or even their Super Bowl wins they had
different quarterbacks in each of their guys They're Cooper Bowl
Super Bowl wins Doug Williams and Mark Rippon. Wow, I
forgot about So like you can't necessarily do it. And
then there's there's teams sorry Bears fans like you just
there's you know, you don't even start, like you really

(16:10):
can't start as a Seahawks fan as much as I
love my guy Dave Craig, it's Russell Wilson and Matt Hasselback.
But that doesn't come close to to what any of
these others do. But that's why, so like, as we
do it now? Now, can you guys see what I'm
talking about? Like I think that we just always it
and it may maybe maybe I moved the goalpost a

(16:30):
little bit and having the argument of because of Farvarn
Rogers and what they did over thirty years. But I
think we think of that because we always say, man
must be tough for a Packer fan. The last thirty
years here have been your quarterbacks, and now here Jordan
Love comes along.

Speaker 5 (16:44):
There you go.

Speaker 4 (16:44):
But you know, with Bronco fans, sure there were certain
certain years that weren't necessarily great in between Lway and Manning.
We know that for sure Brian Greasy didn't necessarily work out.
And then we see the post Manning era and the
droughts that the Broncos went through, and the Russell Wilson
failure in Denver maybe highlights even more of what Elway

(17:05):
and Manning were to the Broncos. But seeing that seven eighteen,
it just really kind of cool struck something in my mind.
Good talk everybody. He's Garry Roads, I'm Dan Byer. We
are in for Cavino and Rich here on Fox Sports Radio,

so there's not gonna be Tyson Trivia. There's no Patrick Mahomes,

last Man's Standing, Last one Standing. Everybody's included in that one.
We're gonna play a different game than the guys usually
do on a Friday, Kerrie, are you ready for what
is coming up? In orderly fashion? I have no idea.

He's Carrie Rhodes. I'm Dan Byer in for Convito and
Rich on this Friday. Guys taking a well deserved vacation
after their great broadcast in Atlanta at the All Star Game.
In for Dan Patrick. Earlier this week, he carry up
at Carry twenty five Roads. You can find me at
Dan Byer on Fox. I appreciate you hanging out. I've
been here all week for the guys, and yeah, I've
had a fun time. And thanks to Ryan Berschinger and

(18:54):
I was Sam and Isaac Longcron again for all their
work today, Carrie, There're gonna be your lifelines in the
debut of a brand new game. Sometimes shows have pilots
that never air get reviewed by other people. There's no
safety net here. I in fact thought of this this morning.
It's a bit of a branch off of the game
that I developed called easy as one, two, three, four

(19:16):
that you and Nazi play on Sundays. This game is
called Orderly Fashion and you will have lifelines that will
help you. I've got five scenarios here, and you have
opportunities to earn two points a question.

Speaker 5 (19:32):
Okay, now there we go.

Speaker 4 (19:38):
Now I will say this a caveat This is game
number one, hopefully of many. But if there are hiccups,
just bear with me. You can blame me, but bear
with me on the hiccups. I'm going to try to
make this as easy as possible. This is what you
have to do. You're gonna have an opportunity to gain
two points. I'm gonna give you a topic you have

(20:00):
to get you can give me the answers, and then
you have to put the order that they are in.
All right, there's an order to them. You'll make this
first question very easy. For one point, Carrie, in our
two in order question of orderly fashion, name the two

(20:21):
teams in the NBA from the state of Florida.

Speaker 5 (20:25):
Name the two teams in the state of Florida. So
we'll go the Orlando Magic and the Miami Heat.

Speaker 4 (20:34):
That is correct. That is correct for your bonus point
from earliest to latest. Tell me the year. Tell me
who came first in entering the NBA. Was it the Heat,
was it the Magic? Who entered first, who entered second?

(20:55):
And what order did they enter the.

Speaker 5 (20:56):
Yeah, we're gonna go with Miami first, and then we're
gonna go with the Orlando Magic.

Speaker 4 (21:01):
After that is correct, You've got two points. You've earned
two points. See yes, sill enough.

Speaker 2 (21:09):
What was the first year for the Miami Heat. Miami
Heat nineteen eighty eight? Wow, I thought they were I
thought they came after the Magic. They had That Magic
were nineteen eighty nine. There were four expansion teams in
this window. They had Charlotte and Miami in eighty eight,
and then Minnesota and Orlando came in in nineteen eighty nine. Wow, yes, Wow, So.

Speaker 5 (21:26):
The on doubt me? Ia, Sam, I saw your face.

Speaker 7 (21:28):
Never again.

Speaker 4 (21:30):
Now you're a football player, former football player, probably played
the Pittsburgh Steelers a bunch.

Speaker 5 (21:36):
Mm hmm okay.

Speaker 4 (21:37):
What I want to know are the what are the
colors of the stars in the Pittsburgh Steelers' logo? And
in what order are they on their logo? From top
to bottom? You've got three lifelines here?

Speaker 5 (21:48):
Wow, I've played. No cheating, Please, no cheating. The funny
part about the stars is for some reason, I see red,
but I'm I am not accurate. I'm not clear on it.
I'm gonna go with I'm gonna go with Isaac first.

Speaker 3 (22:01):
Now do I look like Google?

Speaker 5 (22:05):
Come on, Isaac?

Speaker 3 (22:06):
You interrupted my research on Chetsy's cabaret for my extra four.

Speaker 5 (22:10):
All right?

Speaker 3 (22:10):
Well, it's definitely red and blue, or two of them.
I don't know necessarily what the third one is, but
I know two are red and blue.

Speaker 5 (22:18):
All right, I definitely agree with that, But anybody else,
I Sam, you got something, I'll see I'll say you looking.

Speaker 2 (22:24):
Kidd, you only use one lifeline. Everybody's so we're just
all kind of ad hoc getting in here a bit.

Speaker 5 (22:34):
Is that? Is that? Yeah? Good for the game man?
Or no? Sure?

Speaker 2 (22:37):
So Isaac said red, blue, and blue. I think white
is the third one. Okay, so white and blue, h
that's what you want? Yeah, that is not correct. The
colors are yellow, red and blue, yellow, red, the yellow stripes.
That what order are they in? From top to bottom?

Speaker 5 (23:02):
Go ahead, Ryan, I see I.

Speaker 3 (23:03):
Say, Wait, you guys think Aaron Rodgers will be able
to answer this right now?

Speaker 8 (23:07):
No.

Speaker 4 (23:07):
Granted it's only on one side of the helmet, it's
twice as difficult as any other in the NFL.

Speaker 1 (23:13):
I feel like the blue is on the bottom, and
I think the red might be the top, and then
so yellow in the middle. So red, yellow, blue, top
to bottom.

Speaker 5 (23:22):
You want to go with that? Yeah, I'm gonna go
with that.

Speaker 4 (23:24):
It's yellow, red, blue, just like I said, yellow on top,
red on the side, and blue on the bottom.

Speaker 5 (23:30):
Blue.

Speaker 4 (23:33):
A little tough one, that's all right, okay, tough?

Speaker 5 (23:36):
Yeah, that was tough.

Speaker 4 (23:38):
What we're gonna be putting in order? Are the four
remaining active players from the twenty two thousand and seven
NBA draft. So do you know the four remaining active
players from the two thousand and seven NBA draft, and
then you're gonna put them in the order that they
were drafted.

Speaker 5 (23:52):
I don't even know the two thousand and seven draft
in general, NBA anybody else? Oh, I.

Speaker 3 (23:59):
Was just stretching my hand. I'm gonna give you a hint.
I'm gonna say, you can just tell him. I think
it's Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook, or at least two of them.

Speaker 5 (24:09):
Oh, that's that draft, Okay, I think fortune.

Speaker 7 (24:13):
We're not supposed to cheat around here, right?

Speaker 5 (24:16):
How many we need?

Speaker 4 (24:17):
Said, there are four active players remaining from the two
thousand and seven NBA draft. I want to know who
they are and then what order, like who came, who
was drafted first, who is drafted second, who's drafted third?
In the order of those four? Ooh, yeah, this is
not easy.

Speaker 5 (24:34):
I mean Kevin okay, Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook, I mean
I know that order. I mean Kevin Durant was the
first one. But I'm trying to think who else is
in that draft? So again, we can all jump in here, yeah,
go ahead. Was Al Horford in that draft? Yes? A
good that's a good guess. I'll say yes. If I'll
say yes, that's a good guess. Al Horford, Bursch's got

(24:57):
a look on his face, what are you mix? My
guess is that I don't know if that would make sense.
I feel like James Harden was also in that draft,
But I don't know if that makes sense because all
three of those guys end up on the same team,
so they did.

Speaker 4 (25:14):
He come the next year probably orderly fashion. It's a
tough game. That's a tough that's a tough one. Greg
Godin is not in the league.

Speaker 5 (25:22):
He is not in the league. He hasn't been in
the league for a long time. Yeah, old boy, there
has to be somebody else that was in that draft.
There was like a guard, another guard in that draft.
That's still you got what you got? Oh? You got anything?
No nobody? All right, move on, Dan, I'll tell you what.

Speaker 4 (25:44):
You were right on Durant. It was not Russell Westbrook.
You were right on Al Horford.

Speaker 5 (25:50):
That was a good one.

Speaker 4 (25:51):
Jeff Green, Mike Conley, I.

Speaker 5 (25:53):
Knew, I knew the guard.

Speaker 2 (25:54):
I was like to give a state, Ohio state like Conley.

Speaker 5 (25:58):
That's what I said. It was another guard.

Speaker 4 (26:00):
What order were they drafted? Okay, so then is that Durrant, Green, Conley,
and Horford, Green, Conley and Horford.

Speaker 5 (26:08):
I go Durant, I'd go Horford, I go Green and Conley.

Speaker 4 (26:15):
So close you had a two, three, five, and four.
They were the second, third, fourth, and fifth picks of
that draft, right, it went Durant to Horford, three, Conley four,
Jeff fifth.

Speaker 5 (26:25):
Got it? Oh man, how many two?

Speaker 4 (26:30):
He's got two from the first round, right, I think
I think you could get this one.

Speaker 5 (26:34):
All right?

Speaker 4 (26:35):
Who are the five opponents the Yankees faced in the
World Series in the two thousands?

Speaker 5 (26:40):
The five in the two thousands, yes, okay five. In
two thousands, the Braves was one five five go ahead, Isaac.

Speaker 7 (26:53):
Sorry, I was clearing my throat.

Speaker 5 (26:56):
That happens. It's crazy. In the two thousands, the Braves
go ahead, Not the Braves go.

Speaker 7 (27:03):
Ahead, Isaac, Well, uh, Subway.

Speaker 5 (27:07):
The Mets, yes, okay, okay, right.

Speaker 3 (27:10):
The Snake can I just yeah, yeah, the Snakes.

Speaker 5 (27:15):
Diamondbacks Okay, that was Randy Johnson and those guys. Yeah, okay,
a kind of fish, the Marlins, Okay, I remember that
one as well. It's so crazy when you're.

Speaker 3 (27:27):
Gonna say the Greenville Guppies of the South South Atlanta.

Speaker 1 (27:31):
Hold on, I want to interject here, the Marlins have
never lost a World Series.

Speaker 4 (27:35):
Well, he just said face tasd Yes, yes, Marlins beat
him O three oh he said, just faced yeah, not win.

Speaker 1 (27:42):
Okay there, good job, good job, well done.

Speaker 3 (27:46):
Problem is, I don't know the fifth. I think the
fourth is the fighting.

Speaker 10 (27:49):
Fills, and then the Dodgers in the two thousand, two thousands,
the two thousand Dodgers.

Speaker 4 (28:00):
Yes, okay, that's it, right, twenty, the twenty teens in
the twenty twenties all included.

Speaker 5 (28:07):
That's true.

Speaker 4 (28:08):
Those five are correct? Yes, in what order?

Speaker 5 (28:12):
So? Wait? The five were the Mets, the Phillies, the Diamondbacks,
the Marlins, and Dodge Dodgers.

Speaker 4 (28:16):
Yes, you got that. You got that point man, you
know you can say it.

Speaker 3 (28:25):
Yeah, okay, I'm gonna go Mets, Diamondbacks, Marlin's, Phillies, Dodgers.

Speaker 5 (28:32):
That's actually that's right. Yes, I think that is correct.
Good job, Isaac, Good job, guys. Final question of orderly fashion.
Maybe forever, maybe forever.

Speaker 4 (28:46):
We'll see, we'll see there are people who are driving.
They're like, I'm gonna need a drink exactly in this game.
Try playing it right?

Speaker 5 (28:55):
All right? My good?

Speaker 4 (28:56):
I have this one with Isaac and Burstinger in mind.

Speaker 5 (28:58):
Okay, all right?

Speaker 4 (28:59):
These six top six strikeout leaders in baseball history, six
strikeouts of all time? This kind of coming off the
Clayton Kershaw three thousand. Who are the six players to
take the top six spots and strikeouts?

Speaker 5 (29:14):
All right? Major League baseball history?

Speaker 1 (29:15):
Kershaw obviously, who had three the twentieth to get to
the twentieth.

Speaker 3 (29:21):
Yeah, okay, I'm gonna go with someone who I don't
think anyone else would get because you all have lives
and I don't.

Speaker 7 (29:26):
Is Walter Johnson one of them? Was he surpassed?

Speaker 5 (29:29):
Not on this list? I'll just tell you that much.
What about? Uh?

Speaker 4 (29:32):
Okay, Roger, I'm going to become very lenient because I
know I've got I got a workshop this game.

Speaker 5 (29:39):
Is Roger clemans on that st I out?

Speaker 7 (29:41):
Nolan Ryan and Nolan Ryan's number one?

Speaker 5 (29:42):
Yeah? I know Nolan, Yeah, I know Nolan Ryan strikeouts.
Nolan Ryan is the Ashtroes guy. Is not Verlander? Is
he on that list?

Speaker 1 (29:58):
I don't know if he's all the way up there?

Speaker 5 (30:00):
Good one?

Speaker 1 (30:01):
Thinking Tom sever would he be in the top six.
Sever Yeah, I'll say so, I feel like a Warren
spawn or somebody like that. A good one, that is. Uh,
Nolan sever for sure.

Speaker 7 (30:16):
Did we do Randy Johnson yet?

Speaker 5 (30:18):
No? Well no, but you got Nolan Ryan.

Speaker 4 (30:21):
Let's say you got Nolan Ryan, right, you got Randy Johnson, right,
you got Tom Seaver?

Speaker 5 (30:25):
Right? Yeah, you got Roger Clemens.

Speaker 8 (30:26):
Right?

Speaker 5 (30:27):
Okay, Lemons was on the left. Look, yes, got it.
So I got to right.

Speaker 4 (30:31):
So you got those, and I'll just tell you the
other two, please please do, Steve Carlton and burply Lovin.

Speaker 7 (30:37):
Yeah, good ones.

Speaker 5 (30:38):
Yeah, that's good.

Speaker 4 (30:40):
I never by the way, when Communo and Rich to baseball,
I'm like, I'm a fish out of water. So it's
not like I would get these, by the way, tenth,
it's not like he is that far off. Just didn't
make the didn't make the top six. You want to
put him in order?

Speaker 5 (30:54):
Absolutely not? But anybody, anybody, anybody want to help no out,
take a guess. All right, what's the names again? I'll
just try it, don't all right?

Speaker 4 (31:03):
Tom Seaver? Uh huh, Burtly Levin, Roger Clemens, Steve Carlton,
Randy Johnson, Nolan. Ryan, by the way, that it's not
the order. I purposely did mix it. I like the
Steelers one, which I read you in the order, which I.

Speaker 5 (31:17):
So the ale one La la la la.

Speaker 4 (31:19):
That's first Burtly Lovin you think do you think that's
the case.

Speaker 5 (31:23):
His name is Burp.

Speaker 4 (31:24):
I wouldn't know Burt's Burt first.

Speaker 5 (31:28):
No, No, you mean yes?

Speaker 4 (31:30):
For most?

Speaker 5 (31:30):
Yeah? For most down of course. Okay, okay, okay, all right.
I was confused. So we go, Ryan Man, Uh we go.
I don't know you're about.

Speaker 4 (31:44):
To swear Randy Johnson, Roger Clemons, Steve Carlton, Burtly Love
and Tom sever that's the order.

Speaker 5 (31:50):
There you go.

Speaker 4 (31:50):
That is the order, Dan. That is ridiculous, Ladies and gentlemen.
The last time you'll have orderly fashion here. I just
want to a sixth one.

Speaker 5 (32:00):
I wanted.

Speaker 4 (32:01):
I wasn't sure if we should have five questions easy
as one, two, three, fours four, So I'm like, I'm
gonna try to differentiate from that.

Speaker 5 (32:07):
I didn't know how long it would take.

Speaker 2 (32:08):
It took a while, well it did, But I, for
one want you to bring this game back. I think
it's challenging, like it's very challenging. Yeah, it's it. There's
just so many, you know, there's only so many questions.
Is the way too sort it out? The baseball one
at the end is really tough. I really should have
I really try thurty on that. If you don't want

(32:32):
to talk to me during the commercial break, I don't
blame me.

Speaker 5 (32:34):
Yeah it is. It's gonna be hard times, guys. You
guys are going on.

Speaker 4 (32:38):
I'm glad there's double Payton glass between me and Isaac.

Speaker 4 (32:53):
Can you know Rich here on Fox Sports Radio? He's
carry Rhodes the All Pro I'm Dan Byer. Isaac Lohenkron
gave him much better quiz to carry roads. During the break,
you find out the two teams and you nail the
answer that you had the most interceptions against in your career.

Speaker 5 (33:10):
Yeah, it took a little time to think, but then
you just, you know, process of elimination, Who did I
play against the most? And that kind of worked out
that way. It was your opponents, division opponents, and it
ended up being the Dolphins and the Rams.

Speaker 4 (33:23):
Right your time with the Jets in the AFC East
and then the NFC West with the Cardinals.

Speaker 5 (33:28):
Thank you, Sam Bradford, he was.

Speaker 4 (33:33):
The victim Kerry Rhodes interception totals.

Speaker 5 (33:37):
Hit them up at Carry twenty five Roads.

Speaker 4 (33:38):
You can find me at dan Byron Fox Big thanks
to Isaac Longcron ranging out today. Ryan Berschinger is the
executive producer and Iowa Sam's are technical producer. Earlier in
the day, Sam, you got a text from one Arnie
Spaniard who passed along a tweet of information about the
WNBA All Star Game.

Speaker 7 (33:56):
Wow, listen to you.

Speaker 5 (33:58):
Appreciated Arnie listening?

Speaker 2 (34:00):
Arnie? Yes, Arnie said, passed this along to the boys,
and this is from NBA Central. NBA Central, the get
in price for the WNBA All Star Game in Indianapolis
has dropped forty eight percent, from one hundred and twenty
one dollars to just sixty four dollars after news broke
that Kaitlyn Clark won't be playing.

Speaker 4 (34:18):
Oough, I'm not surprised, of course you're not surprised, but
I'm gonna give a silver lining to this. Imagine if
this was in Atlanta or Dallas, like Indiana, Fever fans
can see Caitlyn Clark a bunch of times in Indianapolis, right,

(34:42):
they're just not seeing her in the All Star Game.
So you're still going, You're still seeing the stars. If
Kaitlin Clark only comes to your town once or twice
a year and you wanted to go see her in
the All Star Game when she's not there, that's right.
Like I I'm trying to look at the silver lining
of it, because I think we re in a way.
I responded initially in a way in saying, like, man,

(35:04):
that really stinks because last year she didn't want to
take part in the All Stars the three point Shootout
because she wanted to do it in front of the
home fans. That was her reasoning back then. She was
going to take part in it. This year, it's not
happening tonight. The All Star Game is tomorrow. She's not
playing in that. But if you were a fan that
bought tickets, yeah, you do have more of a chance
to see Caitlin Clark play with the Fever than you

(35:27):
would as opposed to it being in a different city.

Speaker 5 (35:31):
I mean it sucks. I mean it's going to be
as it has to be a massive leaddown, but again
there is I think it's something to do right now.
It's something that's family friendly and fun, and you know,
there's a growing sense of you know, young women, young
ladies wanting to be a part of that. So I
still think there will be a decent turnout, but it

(35:51):
does suck that she's not there to participant. Will you
be watching without Dan? I didn't have to say that.
I Am not gave me that I will not be watching.

Speaker 4 (36:04):
Iowa Sam as our one of our w NBA fans
here on staff, Caitlyn Clark fans.

Speaker 5 (36:10):
Will you be watching the festivities this weekend? I will.
I'm going to have it on.

Speaker 2 (36:14):
That doesn't mean I'm gonna be have my eyes glued
to it, you know, throughout the entire thing, but I
will have it on because she'll be there cheering on her,
you know, her teammates, pumping up the crowd, signing autographs.

Speaker 4 (36:24):
So it's not it's not all its lost.

Speaker 5 (36:26):
I am.

Speaker 4 (36:26):
I'm curious on how the other players think about it
in terms of, you know, just of the numbers right
there say something, But do they feel like it's more
of an opportunity for them to shine. Would it have
been more of an opportunity for I don't know. I
don't know if there's an understanding that needs to take
to take place, but uh, maybe you warm up to

(36:48):
her because you're playing with her in the All Star
Game and and your teammates and the Ben teammates before.
Maybe there's a different feel. It's a big loss, no
doubt about it. And it's you can't even compare it
to any other sort of All Star Game and having
someone not be a part of it, but it's it
stincs to the Indiana Fever fans. But I think it

(37:10):
would have stunk a lot more if it was in
a different place. And because Caitlyn Clark's in Indiana, I
have a feeling that All Star Games will be going
to Indianapolis. It's a good city to host events anyway.
We know what they do with Final Fours, if hosted
Super Bowl combines there every year, Like it'll yeah, absolutely,
like they that's what one of the things that they're

(37:32):
known for. Indy five hundred obviously huge, But like it'll
go back there. Yeah, it'll be back there. You're just
gonna have to wait a couple of years for the
return trip.

Speaker 5 (37:40):
Yeah, no, I mean you hit it. You hit the
nail on the head, right. I mean there's so many
different things to look forward to to that for that
city and the things that are to come. But right now, yeah,
I mean, Clark not being there is definitely a blow.
But there's so many other skilled players in that league
that can give a good game. If you're there to
see a good game, He's carry roads. I'm dan Byer

(38:02):
gonna end with this. The Open Championship ends up wrapping
up Saturday and Sunday, third and fourth rounds at Royal
Port Rush. Do you want to see it close at
the end? Do you want to see Scotty Scheffler run
away with it? Do you want to see I'm not
even saying he has to win, but do you want
to see a runaway? Do you want to.

Speaker 4 (38:20):
See guys battling down the stretch?

Speaker 5 (38:23):
What do you want to see? I want to see dominance.
I want him to run away with it. I want
him to beat him by twenty stokes. No, that won't happen,
but that's what i want to see.

Speaker 4 (38:31):
Yeah, if he goes out, she's sixty four tomorrow, we're
gonna have a whole different conversation exactly. I hope he doesn't.
I want to see I want to see some drama.
I want to see guys battling down the stretch. I
think that's the best for golf. And unfortunately he puts
an end to the major year. But hopefully it goes
out with a bang, and that's not with a runaway Carrie,

(38:53):
it's been fun. You'll be back on Sunday with Manzi Blagos.
I'm in Sunday. No Mike Carmen with me. Adam Kapellen
joined me, so for here we road on Dan Bayer.
This has been Compuno and Rich here on Fox Sports Radio.
Enjoy your weekend.
