Reports suggest that the sale of vaping products that don't meet regulation is widespread. 

Asthma Foundation Chief Executive Letitia Harding told Mike Hosking that retailers selling illegal vaping products need more than a slap on the wrist. 

She says penalties like fines could help stamp out the dodgy market.
