Director of HR and recruitment company Randstad, Katherine Swan, told Kate Hawkesby a good recruitment experience can set the tone for a prospective employee.
“They want to be making sure that that candidate has a really good recruitment experience, because what they will do is link that to the employment experience with the company moving forward.”
