Nick Tuffley: First Official Cash Rate hike in seven years expected today - Early Edition with Ryan Bridge

The Reserve Bank makes its monetary policy review announcement this afternoon. 
The guts of it is the Official Cash Rate, which is still at 0.25 percent. 
Inflation is outside the target range right now at 3.3 percent; so what should we expect?
