Through the method she developed, Aperture Awareness, Kathryn guides others in staying in the present moment – which, she explains, is the key to a successful relationship. It’s where the learning and growth takes place. Kathryn received her M.D. from Brown University Medical School and completed her psychiatry residency at The Stanford School of Medicine.
