43. Don’t just survive, thrive!

Joining me on today’s show is Meriel Steadman.  When Meriel was in High School she wanted to be an author, teach in France, marry a Frenchman and have bilingual children. Life didn’t quite work out that way! Meriel has practiced as a lawyer for over 20 years, in the UK, Australia, and the Caribbean. She helps clients at the contract drafting stage to avoid future disputes.   If a dispute does arise (obviously where she was not engaged to advise on the contract!) she advises on how to resolve the dispute, including by litigation, arbitration, mediation, and negotiation.
