Mark 11:22-23 (NKJV) – Have faith in God (have the God kind of faith) 23 For assuredly, I say to you,

whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his

heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.

John 6:63 (NKJV) - The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life.

Hebrews 4:12 (NLT) - For the word of God is alive and powerful.

Isaiah 55:11 (AMP) - So will My word be which goes out of My mouth; It will not return to Me void

(useless, without result), Without accomplishing what I desire, And without succeeding in the matter

for which I sent it.

 

Ephesians 5:1 AMP - Therefore be imitators of God [copy Him and follow His example],

Ephesians 5:1 (MSG) - Watch what God does, and then you do it…

 

 

Mark 9:23 (GNB) - Everything is possible for the person who has faith.

 

Replace what you’re saying with the word…..possible

Proverbs 18:21 (NKJV) - Death and life are in the power of the tongue, And those who love it will eat

its fruit.

 

Proverbs 18:21 (MSG) - Words kill, words give life; they’re either poison or fruit—you choose.

 

 

“Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me“

 

 “its gonna kill me if I have to go to that class again”

 “my kids are never going to listen to me”

 “I just keep getting sick all the time”

 “no matter who much money I make, I will never be enough”

We have to be careful, not to reduce God to our level of thinking.

Proverbs 30:32 (TPT) - if you’ve thought about saying something stupid, you’d better shut your

mouth. (put your hand on your mouth)

 

1 Peter 3:10 (NLB) - If you want a happy, good life, keep control of your tongue,

 

Proverbs 6:2 (ESV) - you are snared in the words of your mouth, caught in the words of your mouth,

 

Matthew 12:36–37 (MSG) - Let me tell you something: Every one of these careless words is going to

come back to haunt you. There will be a time of Reckoning. Words are powerful; take them seriously.

37 Words can be your salvation (set free). Words can also be your damnation (put in bondage).”

 

James 3:4–5 (NKJV) - Look also at ships: although they are so large and are driven by fierce winds,

they are turned by a very small rudder wherever the pilot desires. 5 Even so the tongue is a little

member and boasts great things.
