powerful communication from thevoice of God, followed by many
experiences of reality, bendingmiracles through prayer.

Guided by the Holy Spirit,Michael quickly obtained a very
high level of consciousunderstanding and demonstratable

So let's start out, let's start out talking about
your story, your personal story,and how you got to this point.
SPEAKER_00 (03:34):
Sure thing.
Uh I can do a three-minute,six-minute, or like a ten
minute.
Which which version would youlike?
SPEAKER_02 (03:40):
Well, whichever whichever version you land on,
you know, it doesn't matter.
SPEAKER_00 (03:44):
Perfect.
Yeah.
Roll with the heart.
That that that's what I like.
Yeah.
Okay, so yeah, all of thishappened in in this winter of
1999 for a little backdrop.
I was raised Christian in theMormon faith, but I was the
first to rebel and say, I wantnothing to do with this.
Basically, I I wasn't seeking atall.
So it just happened to me.
I'm watching a comedy movie whenI feel this presence.
(04:07):
Uh didn't know what energy wasat the time, but it came in
through the top of my head, satin the center of my mind, and
then I hear a voice in in myeardrums, and and I could sense
it like a type of telepathythrough my mind.
It was audible and telepathic.
And it said, Stop laughing, turnthe TV off, stand up.
And so I did, and I was like,okay.
(04:27):
I did that, and I was curiouswho or what was talking to me.
My grandfather had passed awayrecently.
So I asked it, grandfather, isthat you?
And the voice says, Yes.
And then I get this energy floodthrough me like electricity,
head to toe, champagne bubblesof bliss, hairs rising on their
end, a feeling that I've come tocall the Holy Spirit.
And then it it it it's it gaveme like a posture, like it's
(04:50):
inside my body, and it's likeyou're missing something.
So I said, Cousin Jason, are youthere?
My cousin had died, and the andthe same voice said, Yes, and I
get the champagne bubbles ofbliss, the electricity, hairs
standing on their end.
And so then I said, Okay, you'remy grandfather and you're my
cousin.
I'm confused.
And then it opened up my myinner vision, my third eye,
(05:11):
although I didn't know what onewas at the time, and I saw a
massive host of humanoid-shapedlight beings, I don't know if it
was thousands, millions,massive, all speaking together
as one singular, united voice.
It was then that that my innerbeing, my heart, knew what I was
talking to.
So I addressed it as God, and itwas pleased and said, You have
(05:35):
finally met me.
You can ask me any question youwant.
So we dialogued for about twohours, the nature of which
wasn't important because all Iknew to ask was Bible-related
questions, and it kept leadingme towards something that I
wasn't ready to hear or orunderstand yet.
Fast forward two weeks, I was onfire and reading the Bible,
(05:57):
doing doing what I could, andalthough the voice of God
departed, or I wasn't audibleanymore, I had this relationship
with the Holy Spirit to where itwould answer yes or no, or it
would reward correct thought orpenalize incorrect thought.
So the the yes or the reward forcorrect thought would be that
Holy Spirit champagne bubbles ofbliss, the the elation feeling,
(06:21):
and a no or a warning forincorrect thought was a
flight-fight feeling in thebelly, adrenal sensation.
So, with that relationship withthe Holy Spirit, I was able to
pick things out of the Bible,understandings that aren't
traditional, such asreincarnation and many other
things.
So I'm I'm home alone when Iexperienced my first miracle,
(06:43):
and I had a bad accident.
I got stabbed in my left eyereally deep with a sharp object.
And I go into the bathroom toexamine the wound, I'm bleeding,
and eye fluid is is leaking out.
So I lost my eye, like eye gone.
And when I realized that, myright eye tears up and now I'm
blind.
Now I can't see.
And it's strange enough that thedarkness from the blindness gave
(07:06):
me a sense of calm, and a littlevoice seemed to say, Well,
Michael, you talked to God twoweeks ago, why not pray?
So I got down on my knees andprayed in the way that I knew
how, exact words.
Heavenly Father, in the name ofJesus Christ, let my eye be
healed.
The moment I stopped said thosewords, my whole body just
vibrated, and I get out of theprayer posture.
(07:26):
I look in the mirror, the bloodis gone, the the eye fluid is
gone, the eye is perfectlyhealed, the tears are gone, but
from right here from the centerof my forehead, a thin stream of
blood was running down.
I wipe it off, and there's nowound on my forehead to excuse
the blood.
So that that was my firstmiracle, and and I was
jaw-dropped.
It was a mixture of fear andawe, excitement, confusion, not
(07:49):
knowing what to do next, who whowould believe me?
Like, where do you go with this?
I just experienced a biblicallevel miracle, instantaneous
healing of an open flesh wound.
I mean, that's significant.
And uh so I was extra doubly onfire now.
I healed two other incurablediseases that I had, the nature
of which is a bit private, so II don't want to share that.
SPEAKER_02 (08:12):
Sure.
SPEAKER_00 (08:12):
But two issues that that I had that are not
traditionally curable by bymedicine were healed overnight.
So over the course of eightyears, this is what I had.
I tried to make religion work.
I went to the Mormon church, Itold them about my miracle, I
told them about theunderstandings that that God was
giving me about the Bible uhthrough the Holy Spirit, and
(08:34):
basically they rejected.
They rejected all of myexperience uh and and all of my
uh intuitions and you knoweverything that that I was on,
you know, religion, they theyput themselves between you and
God.
There's always a man between youand God.
So I had the courage.
I was just like, you know what?
I I think I know God better thanall of you, every single one of
(08:55):
you.
Like, I'm just gonna go aheadand trust what I'm feeling.
So I so I departed from thechurch, and uh my family was
really concerned about me.
At the time, I had no way toprove I didn't have the skills
that I have now.
I I can show people things now.
So back then my family wasreally worried about me, and the
MO was Michael needs to stoppraying all the time, he needs
(09:16):
to stop reading the Bible allthe time, and he just needs to
work.
So that that's what I was doing,and it was around 2008, and uh
well exactly 2008, I got apremonition from the Holy Spirit
about 2012.
People were talking about 2012in the Mayan calendar, and Holy
Spirit vibrated within me, liketo say there's something there,
(09:38):
you know, you know, look it up.
So I I did a Google on 2012, andDavid Wilcock popped up, and
he's given a talk, and I'mgetting Holy Spirit confirmation
of truth in what he's saying,and he kept quoting from a book
called The Law of One, which isa channeling by an entity that
calls itself Ra, and says thatit's in service of the One
(09:59):
Infinite Creator, and it talksabout metaphysics and the nature
of reality in the channelings.
In one chapter in particular,it's talking about that we
experience a physical reality,but that isn't the foundational
truth, that everything is from asource field of energy, is
waveform and vibration, and thatour senses decode these
(10:21):
vibrations into a reality thatwe experience.
And as I read it, I understoodit here in the mind, and I
understood it here in the heart,like really deep.
And as soon as I did, just zang,body vibrates so fast, and the
voice of God, which had beensilent for years, said, Good,
Michael, now go outside and getaway from people.
(10:42):
So I went out back in theparking lot, got away from
people, and as soon as I stoppedwalking, everything started
rippling, like just like heatcoming off the blacktop on a
summer day, except there wasrainbow hues of light just
everywhere.
And my heart knew this place.
Like, like I was like, I've beenhere before.
Not only that, but I know whatto do.
(11:03):
I didn't know what a heartchakra was at the time, but
that's what I did.
I opened my heart chakra, andand as I did, the rippling
rainbow energy from out therecame into my body, and the next
thing I know, my body's ripplinglike rainbow light.
I remember looking at my handsand they're fluctuating and
rippling.
I can see right through them.
I remember looking down throughmy chest, through my hips, could
(11:26):
see the pavement beneath, and Iwas in awe, but then I got
afraid and I said to myself,what if I can't re-materialize?
As soon as I had that thought, Igot slammed back into my
physical perception, my heart'sbeating out out of the chest,
where just a moment ago I didn'teven have a heart, but now I'm
back in physicality, and yeah, Ididn't I didn't know what what
(11:49):
to do.
I had this sense that I was onewith everything, but I didn't
know where to go.
And uh about two years passedafter that, and during these two
years, I it was a mixture ofcursing myself as a coward
because my fear interrupted whatseemed to be an invitation to
the heavenly state, and I I wasseeking through practices of
(12:10):
meditation to open that back upagain, and I finally did, and it
was interesting the way thatthat I did it.
I I teach this practice now inlessons of clairvoyance.
It's like to obtain a spiritualfocus, you do the opposite of
focus, you focus on nothing,don't focus on anything, and
it's just like a catatonicstate.
(12:31):
And when I did that, I see therippling energy return, not
quite with the force uh that theGod-fueled experience gave, but
I could see energy everywhere inthe air, on the walls.
I could see that my body wasemanating energy.
So my clairvoyance was now open,whereas before God showed me
something miraculous, but now II have the doorway myself.
(12:53):
This is when I starteddeveloping my my awakening
techniques for uh for about ayear straight.
All I did was open myclairvoyance and play in the
energy and use a scientific typemethod to make sure I wasn't
hallucinating, you know, to testmy experiences.
And it was how does the energyrespond to my thoughts?
What happens if I point myfinger and project my
(13:16):
consciousness?
What happens if I form atriangle or a square with my
mind, you know, all thesedifferent tests and taking notes
about how the energy behaves.
So this is when another profoundshift happened.
Um I'm laying on my bed anddoing my favorite thing, which
is opening up the energy.
And when you do this, you canactually see your breath.
It ripples like a clear dragon'sfire.
(13:38):
It's very amazing.
And I was just enjoying thatwhen from the center of my
heart, like so deep in there, adifferent part of me came
through and borrowed my voicebox.
And I found myself speakingthese words.
I said, I am not the physicalbody, I am the light that flows
out of it.
And as soon as I stoppedspeaking those words, all the
energy in the room collapsedinto me like a dying star going
(14:02):
supernova and exploded back out,except my mind, my consciousness
went with it.
So previously I was this tinylittle being of energy in a vast
ocean of energy.
Now I was the source of theenergy that I was seeing, and my
conscious mind felt it the sameway that I feel my body as a
(14:22):
part of myself.
And that's when I realizedwithin days after that that I
was naturally telekinetic.
Like that the wind would respondto me, I can make it blow or
stop or change directions, Icould stare at the clouds, make
them disappear or or reappear,or alter the weather, or cause
the sun to come out.
Um, another demonstration that Ido on YouTube is still fingers
(14:45):
in water projecting the energy,and the water just keeps
rippling, rippling, rippling,even though my fingers are
still, and I'd say the mostimportant ability that that I
had innately from this shift wasto be inside of somebody else's
body and my body at the sametime, so so that I could
actually light their spirit upinside of their body and cause
(15:08):
them to feel what I feel.
So it was then that I realized Ihad something to teach.
This wasn't my own privatelittle magical world anymore.
I could actually demonstratesomething to people.
So I started uploadingdemonstrations to YouTube and
got a podcast interview andbuilt my Avatar Energy Mastery
(15:30):
Institute in in 2011.
Uh for eight years, I taughtthousands of people from from
all over the world, got got alot of traffic going.
I started a movement.
I was either the first or or oneof the first to upload valid
demonstrations of realmetaphysical spiritual
abilities, including healing,telekinesis, and other things.
(15:50):
And now there's like hundreds,thousands of people doing it,
and a lot of them probablystudied, you know, through
through my institute.
I know a lot of the bigpractitioners did.
Right.
Fast forward, uh, we're at 2019when I experienced my fall from
grace that I state publicly inmy bio, I have nothing to hide.
I view my whole journey as alesson to share with people.
(16:13):
Basically, after releasing theInstitute, I lost my focused
devotion to God and I gotwrapped up in self-empowerment.
And I started exposing myself tophilosophies and people, more
importantly, that don't believein an external God.
They say God's inside you, youare God.
And I started buying into that,and I was experiencing
(16:36):
advancements in myself-empowerment to where I
would experience things to backthat up, to get experiential
data.
And I I rolled with it, Iembraced it completely, and
that's when when all the reallybad stuff happening, what I call
spiritual warfare.
And I could summarize it now,looking back with the hindsight
(16:57):
being 2020.
And what happens when youbelieve that you yourself are
God and there is no God outsideof you?
Like attracts light, you know,the law of uh of attraction.
So you attract other entities,other beings that believe the
same thing.
And what do you think happenswhen two beings are in the same
space with that belief?
They fight.
(17:17):
That's what happens.
And it's people hear spiritualwarfare and they go, Oh, that
sounds safe.
Sounds better than going toVietnam and fighting a war.
Well, it's it's not, it's it'snot only a fight for your life,
it's a fight for your mind andyour soul.
Yeah, what they're trying to dois eject you from your physical
body, take over your nervoussystem, and have you become
(17:40):
another puppet for them to play,and now you're harvested into
their god-awful realm andprobably are going to be
tortured for who knows how longfor daring to fight back.
Well, it just so happened that Iwas built for spiritual warfare.
I was just like a fish releasedin the water for the for the
first time.
It was scary how good I was atit.
(18:01):
And so they that wasn't reallyso much the problem, it was who
I became from taking part insuch spiritual violence like
that.
I I went dark.
I wouldn't say I was I was evil.
I I have a pure heart, but uh,but I went dark for a while and
lost everything in my life.
My my social media channels, mymy YouTube, my websites, most of
(18:22):
my students, my family distancedfrom me, and most important, my
soulmate separated from me.
So even though I I I had won mymy spiritual war, they were
scared of me.
And I don't mean that in in a inan egotistical way.
It's really actually notsomething that I'm proud of.
I had peace finally, where everynight was an attack like droves
(18:43):
of spirits.
Finally, I had peace.
And in that peace, my sanitystarted re-reassembling bit by
bit.
And my woman reached out out tome and she had turned to God.
Um, and she reminded me that,Michael, don't you remember who
woke you up?
You're a man of God, you know,what happened to you?
So I said, okay, okay.
(19:04):
Maybe in light of all I'veexperienced, I will give this a
try.
Even though all these dark, uglybeings, they also called
themselves God, I will give thisa try.
So I prayed and I expanded myenergy and I said, if there's
something greater than me, letme know.
Just so much love, so much blissand peace, hairs, champagne
(19:25):
bubbles of bliss.
Like just wow, God was there.
And I would say that God forgaveme my self-assertions that I was
God, but there was nothing toforgive.
It was just like a fatherhugging his long-lost son, and
that was all there was to it.
SPEAKER_02 (19:41):
Yeah.
SPEAKER_00 (19:42):
And so I I surrendered.
And from that moment on, I'vedevoted all of my energy
mastery, all of my extrasensoryperception.
And although I still teachpeople the Avatar Energy Mastery
Institute techniques, it'sbasically a prerequisite to my
metaphysical church, which isall about okay, you have
extrasensory perception.
(20:02):
You've remembered your spirit.
Now, what are you going to dowith it?
And the wisest thing I've foundto do with that, both in terms
of self-empowerment and peace,prosperity, and love, is to
serve God, to give yourself tothe one creator that literally
knows itself as being all of ussimultaneously.
So that's been the last sixyears of my life, full devotion
(20:24):
to God, loving God every daythrough the breath, through
through the practices of soulexpansion, and teaching
everybody both techniques.
They go they go hand in hand.
To really have a fullrelationship with God requires
that you remember your spirit.
Or to quote biblically, you mustbe born again of spirit to enter
the kingdom of heaven.
And unfortunately, that doesn'thappen by some dude speaking
(20:46):
some words and dunking youunderwater.
You have to be born again ofspirit.
SPEAKER_02 (20:50):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_00 (20:51):
So here we are.
SPEAKER_02 (20:52):
Yeah, yeah.
It's it it's interesting becauseyou know, irregardless of the
performing arts, which to alarge extent is now called
religion, there's a much deeperpurpose, right, that that comes
with all of that.
And you do, you have tosurrender.
You have to surrender to God,you have to surrender to Christ.
And it's not anything about theperforming arts that happen on
(21:18):
Sunday mornings at all.
It's all about your thoughtprocess, your daily thought
process, and all of those thingsthat that come with it.
And you mentioned, interestinglyenough, your heart, and I don't
think people understand the rolethat the heart and the soul
really play in in all of this,because it it's a key, it's a
(21:41):
key point to everything.
Everybody, you know, thinkswhat's between their ears is the
is the driving point.
And it's not really the drivingpoint at all.
The driving point is the heart,and and the soul that's the soul
that's Part of that because allyour brain is is ones and zeros.
(22:04):
I mean, that's all it is, isones and zeros.
What puts context aroundeverything is the heart, and
people miss that.
Yes.
SPEAKER_00 (22:12):
You know the famous painting of Michelangelo, the
first fan, where God is touchingwith the fingers of Adam.
Everybody is always uh uh theythey always pontificate that
this is the brain and the pinealgland, and they show their have
you seen that where where theysay, but it's wrong.
Have a look at it right now.
It's it's a chamber of a humanheart because you can see the
(22:32):
arteries on the end of it.
So that it's God reaching outfrom the heart to Adam, who is
the head, and making thatconnection.
And I found the heart is whereChrist lives, inside of
everyone.
So deep you'd never find it witha scalpel.
It's deeper than the physicalreality itself.
But the center of the universeis inside of all of us, and I
(22:54):
testify that the center of theuniverse is Christ, which is the
best part of God, because God isthe great all.
God holds the good and the bad,and this is why we need Christ
to safely interact with God,because it guarantees that you
get the best part of God.
SPEAKER_02 (23:11):
Yeah, exactly.
Exactly.
So let's let's take it, let'stalk about energy mastery,
because I know a lot of peoplelisten to your testimony at the
beginning, and they're wonderinghow to how do I begin to attain
that?
Because I think everybody hasthat ability.
SPEAKER_00 (23:31):
Yes.
SPEAKER_02 (23:32):
Given given given given the amount of commitment
and focus that they can pushonto that topic, have has that
ability to get there.
It's just that they either don'twant to take the time, they
don't have that level of of um,I don't know what what would be
the term, commitment stick toitness.
(23:53):
Um because it it does, it takestakes work, it takes focus, it
takes effort to get to whereyou're at, right?
SPEAKER_00 (24:02):
It it it does.
So, first of all, I want to sayenergy mastery, or to be an
energy master, that sounds likesome top shelf, far out esoteric
thing, right?
SPEAKER_02 (24:12):
Yeah.
SPEAKER_00 (24:13):
Energy mastery is nothing more and certainly
nothing less than rememberingyour spirit.
I've had over a thousandout-of-body experiences, and
everybody's an energy master outof their body.
Everybody can do telekinesis,levitate, fly, shapeshift, walk
through walls, all these amazingthings.
It's no big deal.
However, it is a big deal toremember your spirit from within
(24:36):
the body because we have thesenerves, these neurons that are
electrically telling ourconsciousness that we're
physical.
That's very strong sensory data,whereas the spiritual data is
very soft and subtle and moremagnetic and waveform, not like
the electricity telling us we'rebones and blood and tissue and
water.
Well, that's a lie.
(24:56):
That's a lie.
We know from science we're many,many tiny particles orbiting
each other that aren't eventouching.
This is energy, right?
So, yeah, I call that a sensoryimpairment.
I c I call the nervous system ofthe human body the tree of
knowledge.
And I believe that the Garden ofEden story is an allegory to
describe our transition from thefifth-dimensional state to the
(25:18):
third dimension, that this isthe tree of knowledge, to eat
the fruit of the tree ofknowledge is to incarnate into
the system of good, evil, andphysicality.
So, in terms of how you openthis up, it is true that it used
to take a lot of discipline andfocus through through the
esoteric societies andeverything, these qi gong
systems and other societies thatthat have set it up, but we're
(25:41):
in an age where this needs tohappen for everyone.
Humanity's on a suicidalprojection.
Yeah.
Oh, I agree.
SPEAKER_02 (25:49):
I agree completely.
SPEAKER_00 (25:51):
That's yeah, that's and nothing short of everyone
remembering their spirit willchange that.
SPEAKER_02 (25:56):
Right.
No, I completely agree.
That's why I find thisconversation so compelling is
people need to understand thatwe're right on the precipice of
not going back.
And if we don't and if we don'ttake the time to remember who we
are, it's gonna be over.
SPEAKER_00 (26:19):
Right, absolutely.
And so people think a lot ofpeople also think that they
might possibly have somethingbetter to do.
SPEAKER_02 (26:27):
What yeah, what?
Right, you know, yeah, what whatwhat what could be yeah, I I I
would I would defy anybody toexplain to me what would be more
important than what we've justtalked about.
SPEAKER_00 (26:40):
Right.
And more fulfilling because youknow, we call it work, but it's
more play.
Once you learn to see and feelall this stuff, you become like
a kid in a candy store.
Once you have your firstout-of-body experience, and God
only knows what where you'regoing to go.
But I've been so many places,I've been all over the universe,
met fantastic races of beings,seen things that that people
(27:02):
just wouldn't believe.
I've gotten to time travel, I'vebeen back to see the dinosaur
age, I've been as far forward as3500 AD, and God is there.
Like most of my out-of-bodies, Itravel by the Holy Spirit.
So as soon as I get out of thebody, I surrender myself.
I just say to God, take me whereI need to go.
Holy Spirit grabs me and whistsme through the stars or shifts
(27:24):
me through dimensions, plants meplaces, and the things I've
seen, the things I've done.
Like you break time barriers,time works different in spirit.
You can spend three days out ofyour body, come back here, and
only 15 minutes has passed.
I've actually spent three yearsbefore in an alternate
experience, come back to thenext day in my life here.
(27:45):
So it's like you get this greatvacation every night, and then
the next day of your life, youhave all this vitality, all this
zip.
When you wake up to for yournext day from out of your body,
you're flying through the stars,the next thing you know, pop,
you're back in your body.
You're like, here we are.
You know, you're full ofvitality.
So this is all a joy, it's play,it's playful.
(28:08):
And to answer your question,that there's two different
things that you can do toremember your spirit, two
different primary techniques.
One is meditation, the other isfocus.
And I'll explain the difference.
In meditation, see, we webelieve we're physical because
of the electrical sensory data.
So one way to bypass that is toignore it.
(28:28):
So meditation, we use thetabrain waves, bineural beads,
metronomes to lower our brainwaves, ignore the body, ignore
the body, breathe deep, lowerthose brain waves, and as you
get down to low alpha and intotheta, your nervous system
starts to paralyze, and so thatbombardment of physical sensory
data stops, and your astral bodyreveals itself and like, hello,
(28:52):
beautiful, there you are.
And so this leads to visions andauto-body experiences, which is
great.
This is how we remember who wereally are, but through the
focus, we learn what Godactually created the body for,
which was to take the spirit tothe next level.
And let me explain.
We we come from ether.
(29:12):
The elemental chart is real, butthey just that ether is not on
the chart.
Ether is the same thing as air,which is the same thing as
water, just differentcompression levels of density.
So our physical senses arehardwired to ignore ether, so we
don't even sense it at all.
So it's the same thing as air,but lighter, less substantial,
less particles per square inch,lower vibration.
(29:35):
So then we come in here intoEarth and we get to experience
air and water and solid matter,which is three densities of
energy greater.
And our spirit wouldn't even beable to operate here, but for
the electrical system of thehuman body, let's our etheric
energy attach to something, andthen we puppeteer our bodies,
but with muscle flexation.
(29:57):
But in spirit, we have amolecular level control over our
form because our mind is onewith it.
This brings me to focusexercises, and in this, the way
out is through.
So instead of ignoring theelectrical data, the sensory
data of the physical, we focuson it with intensity.
And just to give an example, oneof the lessons I teach, you
(30:18):
place your hand on a tree, andhow that tree bark feels against
your hand, you close your eyesand you let it be the only thing
that exists.
Well, you let it be the centerof the universe, the great all
that is.
You come out of your past andfuture and just feel that.
And if you can encompass all ofthe sensory data that's
happening, there's this pop, andyour spirit flows out of your
(30:40):
hand and into the tree.
So, with enough focus, if youcan observe all of the
electrical data your brain'sbeing bombarded with, then all
of a sudden there becomes roomfor more.
So you're observing all of thatdata, there's a magical pop that
happens, and your spiritleapfrogs out of the nerves and
into the electromagnetic energyin the air.
(31:02):
And then all of a sudden, youyou feel outside of your body
the same thing that you doinside your body, like it, like
it actually is a part of yourbody.
And then your spirit finallygets what it came here for,
which is air, water, solidmatter.
By being one with these things,our spirit obtains three greater
levels of its manifestation of Iamness.
(31:23):
Everybody has the I am, but howI am are you?
Okay, you're present, but howhere are you?
How how how luminous is yourspirit?
How attractive the gravity ofyour love?
You know, these are qualitiesthat we grow.
And through a process that Icall soul mapping, by being one
with a tree, being one with theair, being one with the
(31:45):
sunlight, the water, the ground,the stones, the fibers, you
know, all these great thingsthat God gave us on the earth,
they all have a lesson to teachin being this.
And you you gain these inspirit.
As soon as your spirit flowsinto something and and your
conscious mind is one with it,then you can replicate these
infinitely in your spirit body.
(32:07):
So because of the all the energymastery, I I now go to realms of
spirit that that are way morehigh-resolution beings there,
more dialed in, more focused,more conscious, more aware.
This is a blessing to be here.
It's the school of hard knotsfor sure, but it's a massive
upgrade for the spirit, which isimportant to know.
SPEAKER_02 (32:29):
Well, exactly.
And I want to repeat, and youcan correct me if I'm wrong
here, everybody has the abilityto do this.
Yes, this this is not this isnot, you know, like only one
person can, you know, dunk abasketball kind of thing.
This is this is ev this iseverybody, right?
SPEAKER_00 (32:49):
Yep.
It's so simple that that's whyit's difficult.
Because humans always think themost amazing things need to be
difficult.
And you'll see that in in a lotof these esoteric teachings,
they're complicated.
It's not, it's so simple asecond grader can figure all of
this out w with the rightguidance.
So it's actually just step bystep.
(33:10):
You you do the lessons, themeditations, the focus
exercises, you get the results,and your candy store, your kid
in a candy store, and it's justbeautiful, beautiful experience.

Where can they go out and andstart to gain start to gain what
they're missing?
SPEAKER_00 (33:34):
Okay, well, I I would like to give everybody a
um independent of my teachings.
Of course, I'm going torecommend my teachings, but if
there's one thing that everybodycan do right now is theta
meditation.
Get on YouTube, type in thetametronome or binaural beats, see
which one works best for you.
I like the theta metronome, andlet yourself get in train.

Learn to lower your brain waves.
And meditation is by far theeasiest way to wake up.

So let's start out, let's start out talking about
your story, your personal story,and how you got to this point.
SPEAKER_00 (03:34):
Sure thing.
Uh I can do a three-minute,six-minute, or like a ten
minute.
Which which version would youlike?
SPEAKER_02 (03:40):
Well, whichever whichever version you land on,
you know, it doesn't matter.
SPEAKER_00 (03:44):
Perfect.
Yeah.
Roll with the heart.
That that that's what I like.
Yeah.
Okay, so yeah, all of thishappened in in this winter of
1999 for a little backdrop.
I was raised Christian in theMormon faith, but I was the
first to rebel and say, I wantnothing to do with this.
Basically, I I wasn't seeking atall.
So it just happened to me.
I'm watching a comedy movie whenI feel this presence.
(04:07):
Uh didn't know what energy wasat the time, but it came in
through the top of my head, satin the center of my mind, and
then I hear a voice in in myeardrums, and and I could sense
it like a type of telepathythrough my mind.
It was audible and telepathic.
And it said, Stop laughing, turnthe TV off, stand up.
And so I did, and I was like,okay.
(04:27):
I did that, and I was curiouswho or what was talking to me.
My grandfather had passed awayrecently.
So I asked it, grandfather, isthat you?
And the voice says, Yes.
And then I get this energy floodthrough me like electricity,
head to toe, champagne bubblesof bliss, hairs rising on their
end, a feeling that I've come tocall the Holy Spirit.
And then it it it it's it gaveme like a posture, like it's
(04:50):
inside my body, and it's likeyou're missing something.
So I said, Cousin Jason, are youthere?
My cousin had died, and the andthe same voice said, Yes, and I
get the champagne bubbles ofbliss, the electricity, hairs
standing on their end.
And so then I said, Okay, you'remy grandfather and you're my
cousin.
I'm confused.
And then it opened up my myinner vision, my third eye,
(05:11):
although I didn't know what onewas at the time, and I saw a
massive host of humanoid-shapedlight beings, I don't know if it
was thousands, millions,massive, all speaking together
as one singular, united voice.
It was then that that my innerbeing, my heart, knew what I was
talking to.
So I addressed it as God, and itwas pleased and said, You have
(05:35):
finally met me.
You can ask me any question youwant.
So we dialogued for about twohours, the nature of which
wasn't important because all Iknew to ask was Bible-related
questions, and it kept leadingme towards something that I
wasn't ready to hear or orunderstand yet.
Fast forward two weeks, I was onfire and reading the Bible,
(05:57):
doing doing what I could, andalthough the voice of God
departed, or I wasn't audibleanymore, I had this relationship
with the Holy Spirit to where itwould answer yes or no, or it
would reward correct thought orpenalize incorrect thought.
So the the yes or the reward forcorrect thought would be that
Holy Spirit champagne bubbles ofbliss, the the elation feeling,
(06:21):
and a no or a warning forincorrect thought was a
flight-fight feeling in thebelly, adrenal sensation.
So, with that relationship withthe Holy Spirit, I was able to
pick things out of the Bible,understandings that aren't
traditional, such asreincarnation and many other
things.
So I'm I'm home alone when Iexperienced my first miracle,
(06:43):
and I had a bad accident.
I got stabbed in my left eyereally deep with a sharp object.
And I go into the bathroom toexamine the wound, I'm bleeding,
and eye fluid is is leaking out.
So I lost my eye, like eye gone.
And when I realized that, myright eye tears up and now I'm
blind.
Now I can't see.
And it's strange enough that thedarkness from the blindness gave
(07:06):
me a sense of calm, and a littlevoice seemed to say, Well,
Michael, you talked to God twoweeks ago, why not pray?
So I got down on my knees andprayed in the way that I knew
how, exact words.
Heavenly Father, in the name ofJesus Christ, let my eye be
healed.
The moment I stopped said thosewords, my whole body just
vibrated, and I get out of theprayer posture.
(07:26):
I look in the mirror, the bloodis gone, the the eye fluid is
gone, the eye is perfectlyhealed, the tears are gone, but
from right here from the centerof my forehead, a thin stream of
blood was running down.
I wipe it off, and there's nowound on my forehead to excuse
the blood.
So that that was my firstmiracle, and and I was
jaw-dropped.
It was a mixture of fear andawe, excitement, confusion, not
(07:49):
knowing what to do next, who whowould believe me?
Like, where do you go with this?
I just experienced a biblicallevel miracle, instantaneous
healing of an open flesh wound.
I mean, that's significant.
And uh so I was extra doubly onfire now.
I healed two other incurablediseases that I had, the nature
of which is a bit private, so II don't want to share that.
SPEAKER_02 (08:12):
Sure.
SPEAKER_00 (08:12):
But two issues that that I had that are not
traditionally curable by bymedicine were healed overnight.
So over the course of eightyears, this is what I had.
I tried to make religion work.
I went to the Mormon church, Itold them about my miracle, I
told them about theunderstandings that that God was
giving me about the Bible uhthrough the Holy Spirit, and
(08:34):
basically they rejected.
They rejected all of myexperience uh and and all of my
uh intuitions and you knoweverything that that I was on,
you know, religion, they theyput themselves between you and
God.
There's always a man between youand God.
So I had the courage.
I was just like, you know what?
I I think I know God better thanall of you, every single one of
(08:55):
you.
Like, I'm just gonna go aheadand trust what I'm feeling.
So I so I departed from thechurch, and uh my family was
really concerned about me.
At the time, I had no way toprove I didn't have the skills
that I have now.
I I can show people things now.
So back then my family wasreally worried about me, and the
MO was Michael needs to stoppraying all the time, he needs
(09:16):
to stop reading the Bible allthe time, and he just needs to
work.
So that that's what I was doing,and it was around 2008, and uh
well exactly 2008, I got apremonition from the Holy Spirit
about 2012.
People were talking about 2012in the Mayan calendar, and Holy
Spirit vibrated within me, liketo say there's something there,
(09:38):
you know, you know, look it up.
So I I did a Google on 2012, andDavid Wilcock popped up, and
he's given a talk, and I'mgetting Holy Spirit confirmation
of truth in what he's saying,and he kept quoting from a book
called The Law of One, which isa channeling by an entity that
calls itself Ra, and says thatit's in service of the One
(09:59):
Infinite Creator, and it talksabout metaphysics and the nature
of reality in the channelings.
In one chapter in particular,it's talking about that we
experience a physical reality,but that isn't the foundational
truth, that everything is from asource field of energy, is
waveform and vibration, and thatour senses decode these
(10:21):
vibrations into a reality thatwe experience.
And as I read it, I understoodit here in the mind, and I
understood it here in the heart,like really deep.
And as soon as I did, just zang,body vibrates so fast, and the
voice of God, which had beensilent for years, said, Good,
Michael, now go outside and getaway from people.
(10:42):
So I went out back in theparking lot, got away from
people, and as soon as I stoppedwalking, everything started
rippling, like just like heatcoming off the blacktop on a
summer day, except there wasrainbow hues of light just
everywhere.
And my heart knew this place.
Like, like I was like, I've beenhere before.
Not only that, but I know whatto do.
(11:03):
I didn't know what a heartchakra was at the time, but
that's what I did.
I opened my heart chakra, andand as I did, the rippling
rainbow energy from out therecame into my body, and the next
thing I know, my body's ripplinglike rainbow light.
I remember looking at my handsand they're fluctuating and
rippling.
I can see right through them.
I remember looking down throughmy chest, through my hips, could
(11:26):
see the pavement beneath, and Iwas in awe, but then I got
afraid and I said to myself,what if I can't re-materialize?
As soon as I had that thought, Igot slammed back into my
physical perception, my heart'sbeating out out of the chest,
where just a moment ago I didn'teven have a heart, but now I'm
back in physicality, and yeah, Ididn't I didn't know what what
(11:49):
to do.
I had this sense that I was onewith everything, but I didn't
know where to go.
And uh about two years passedafter that, and during these two
years, I it was a mixture ofcursing myself as a coward
because my fear interrupted whatseemed to be an invitation to
the heavenly state, and I I wasseeking through practices of
(12:10):
meditation to open that back upagain, and I finally did, and it
was interesting the way thatthat I did it.
I I teach this practice now inlessons of clairvoyance.
It's like to obtain a spiritualfocus, you do the opposite of
focus, you focus on nothing,don't focus on anything, and
it's just like a catatonicstate.
(12:31):
And when I did that, I see therippling energy return, not
quite with the force uh that theGod-fueled experience gave, but
I could see energy everywhere inthe air, on the walls.
I could see that my body wasemanating energy.
So my clairvoyance was now open,whereas before God showed me
something miraculous, but now II have the doorway myself.
(12:53):
This is when I starteddeveloping my my awakening
techniques for uh for about ayear straight.
All I did was open myclairvoyance and play in the
energy and use a scientific typemethod to make sure I wasn't
hallucinating, you know, to testmy experiences.
And it was how does the energyrespond to my thoughts?
What happens if I point myfinger and project my
(13:16):
consciousness?
What happens if I form atriangle or a square with my
mind, you know, all thesedifferent tests and taking notes
about how the energy behaves.
So this is when another profoundshift happened.
Um I'm laying on my bed anddoing my favorite thing, which
is opening up the energy.
And when you do this, you canactually see your breath.
It ripples like a clear dragon'sfire.
(13:38):
It's very amazing.
And I was just enjoying thatwhen from the center of my
heart, like so deep in there, adifferent part of me came
through and borrowed my voicebox.
And I found myself speakingthese words.
I said, I am not the physicalbody, I am the light that flows
out of it.
And as soon as I stoppedspeaking those words, all the
energy in the room collapsedinto me like a dying star going
(14:02):
supernova and exploded back out,except my mind, my consciousness
went with it.
So previously I was this tinylittle being of energy in a vast
ocean of energy.
Now I was the source of theenergy that I was seeing, and my
conscious mind felt it the sameway that I feel my body as a
(14:22):
part of myself.
And that's when I realizedwithin days after that that I
was naturally telekinetic.
Like that the wind would respondto me, I can make it blow or
stop or change directions, Icould stare at the clouds, make
them disappear or or reappear,or alter the weather, or cause
the sun to come out.
Um, another demonstration that Ido on YouTube is still fingers
(14:45):
in water projecting the energy,and the water just keeps
rippling, rippling, rippling,even though my fingers are
still, and I'd say the mostimportant ability that that I
had innately from this shift wasto be inside of somebody else's
body and my body at the sametime, so so that I could
actually light their spirit upinside of their body and cause
(15:08):
them to feel what I feel.
So it was then that I realized Ihad something to teach.
This wasn't my own privatelittle magical world anymore.
I could actually demonstratesomething to people.
So I started uploadingdemonstrations to YouTube and
got a podcast interview andbuilt my Avatar Energy Mastery
(15:30):
Institute in in 2011.
Uh for eight years, I taughtthousands of people from from
all over the world, got got alot of traffic going.
I started a movement.
I was either the first or or oneof the first to upload valid
demonstrations of realmetaphysical spiritual
abilities, including healing,telekinesis, and other things.
(15:50):
And now there's like hundreds,thousands of people doing it,
and a lot of them probablystudied, you know, through
through my institute.
I know a lot of the bigpractitioners did.
Right.
Fast forward, uh, we're at 2019when I experienced my fall from
grace that I state publicly inmy bio, I have nothing to hide.
I view my whole journey as alesson to share with people.
(16:13):
Basically, after releasing theInstitute, I lost my focused
devotion to God and I gotwrapped up in self-empowerment.
And I started exposing myself tophilosophies and people, more
importantly, that don't believein an external God.
They say God's inside you, youare God.
And I started buying into that,and I was experiencing
(16:36):
advancements in myself-empowerment to where I
would experience things to backthat up, to get experiential
data.
And I I rolled with it, Iembraced it completely, and
that's when when all the reallybad stuff happening, what I call
spiritual warfare.
And I could summarize it now,looking back with the hindsight
(16:57):
being 2020.
And what happens when youbelieve that you yourself are
God and there is no God outsideof you?
Like attracts light, you know,the law of uh of attraction.
So you attract other entities,other beings that believe the
same thing.
And what do you think happenswhen two beings are in the same
space with that belief?
They fight.
(17:17):
That's what happens.
And it's people hear spiritualwarfare and they go, Oh, that
sounds safe.
Sounds better than going toVietnam and fighting a war.
Well, it's it's not, it's it'snot only a fight for your life,
it's a fight for your mind andyour soul.
Yeah, what they're trying to dois eject you from your physical
body, take over your nervoussystem, and have you become
(17:40):
another puppet for them to play,and now you're harvested into
their god-awful realm andprobably are going to be
tortured for who knows how longfor daring to fight back.
Well, it just so happened that Iwas built for spiritual warfare.
I was just like a fish releasedin the water for the for the
first time.
It was scary how good I was atit.
(18:01):
And so they that wasn't reallyso much the problem, it was who
I became from taking part insuch spiritual violence like
that.
I I went dark.
I wouldn't say I was I was evil.
I I have a pure heart, but uh,but I went dark for a while and
lost everything in my life.
My my social media channels, mymy YouTube, my websites, most of
(18:22):
my students, my family distancedfrom me, and most important, my
soulmate separated from me.
So even though I I I had won mymy spiritual war, they were
scared of me.
And I don't mean that in in a inan egotistical way.
It's really actually notsomething that I'm proud of.
I had peace finally, where everynight was an attack like droves
(18:43):
of spirits.
Finally, I had peace.
And in that peace, my sanitystarted re-reassembling bit by
bit.
And my woman reached out out tome and she had turned to God.
Um, and she reminded me that,Michael, don't you remember who
woke you up?
You're a man of God, you know,what happened to you?
So I said, okay, okay.
(19:04):
Maybe in light of all I'veexperienced, I will give this a
try.
Even though all these dark, uglybeings, they also called
themselves God, I will give thisa try.
So I prayed and I expanded myenergy and I said, if there's
something greater than me, letme know.
Just so much love, so much blissand peace, hairs, champagne
(19:25):
bubbles of bliss.
Like just wow, God was there.
And I would say that God forgaveme my self-assertions that I was
God, but there was nothing toforgive.
It was just like a fatherhugging his long-lost son, and
that was all there was to it.
SPEAKER_02 (19:41):
Yeah.
SPEAKER_00 (19:42):
And so I I surrendered.
And from that moment on, I'vedevoted all of my energy
mastery, all of my extrasensoryperception.
And although I still teachpeople the Avatar Energy Mastery
Institute techniques, it'sbasically a prerequisite to my
metaphysical church, which isall about okay, you have
extrasensory perception.
(20:02):
You've remembered your spirit.
Now, what are you going to dowith it?
And the wisest thing I've foundto do with that, both in terms
of self-empowerment and peace,prosperity, and love, is to
serve God, to give yourself tothe one creator that literally
knows itself as being all of ussimultaneously.
So that's been the last sixyears of my life, full devotion
(20:24):
to God, loving God every daythrough the breath, through
through the practices of soulexpansion, and teaching
everybody both techniques.
They go they go hand in hand.
To really have a fullrelationship with God requires
that you remember your spirit.
Or to quote biblically, you mustbe born again of spirit to enter
the kingdom of heaven.
And unfortunately, that doesn'thappen by some dude speaking
(20:46):
some words and dunking youunderwater.
You have to be born again ofspirit.
SPEAKER_02 (20:50):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_00 (20:51):
So here we are.
SPEAKER_02 (20:52):
Yeah, yeah.
It's it it's interesting becauseyou know, irregardless of the
performing arts, which to alarge extent is now called
religion, there's a much deeperpurpose, right, that that comes
with all of that.
And you do, you have tosurrender.
You have to surrender to God,you have to surrender to Christ.
And it's not anything about theperforming arts that happen on
(21:18):
Sunday mornings at all.
It's all about your thoughtprocess, your daily thought
process, and all of those thingsthat that come with it.
And you mentioned, interestinglyenough, your heart, and I don't
think people understand the rolethat the heart and the soul
really play in in all of this,because it it's a key, it's a
(21:41):
key point to everything.
Everybody, you know, thinkswhat's between their ears is the
is the driving point.
And it's not really the drivingpoint at all.
The driving point is the heart,and and the soul that's the soul
that's Part of that because allyour brain is is ones and zeros.
(22:04):
I mean, that's all it is, isones and zeros.
What puts context aroundeverything is the heart, and
people miss that.
Yes.
SPEAKER_00 (22:12):
You know the famous painting of Michelangelo, the
first fan, where God is touchingwith the fingers of Adam.
Everybody is always uh uh theythey always pontificate that
this is the brain and the pinealgland, and they show their have
you seen that where where theysay, but it's wrong.
Have a look at it right now.
It's it's a chamber of a humanheart because you can see the
(22:32):
arteries on the end of it.
So that it's God reaching outfrom the heart to Adam, who is
the head, and making thatconnection.
And I found the heart is whereChrist lives, inside of
everyone.
So deep you'd never find it witha scalpel.
It's deeper than the physicalreality itself.
But the center of the universeis inside of all of us, and I
(22:54):
testify that the center of theuniverse is Christ, which is the
best part of God, because God isthe great all.
God holds the good and the bad,and this is why we need Christ
to safely interact with God,because it guarantees that you
get the best part of God.
SPEAKER_02 (23:11):
Yeah, exactly.
Exactly.
So let's let's take it, let'stalk about energy mastery,
because I know a lot of peoplelisten to your testimony at the
beginning, and they're wonderinghow to how do I begin to attain
that?
Because I think everybody hasthat ability.
SPEAKER_00 (23:31):
Yes.
SPEAKER_02 (23:32):
Given given given given the amount of commitment
and focus that they can pushonto that topic, have has that
ability to get there.
It's just that they either don'twant to take the time, they
don't have that level of of um,I don't know what what would be
the term, commitment stick toitness.
(23:53):
Um because it it does, it takestakes work, it takes focus, it
takes effort to get to whereyou're at, right?
SPEAKER_00 (24:02):
It it it does.
So, first of all, I want to sayenergy mastery, or to be an
energy master, that sounds likesome top shelf, far out esoteric
thing, right?
SPEAKER_02 (24:12):
Yeah.
SPEAKER_00 (24:13):
Energy mastery is nothing more and certainly
nothing less than rememberingyour spirit.
I've had over a thousandout-of-body experiences, and
everybody's an energy master outof their body.
Everybody can do telekinesis,levitate, fly, shapeshift, walk
through walls, all these amazingthings.
It's no big deal.
However, it is a big deal toremember your spirit from within
(24:36):
the body because we have thesenerves, these neurons that are
electrically telling ourconsciousness that we're
physical.
That's very strong sensory data,whereas the spiritual data is
very soft and subtle and moremagnetic and waveform, not like
the electricity telling us we'rebones and blood and tissue and
water.
Well, that's a lie.
(24:56):
That's a lie.
We know from science we're many,many tiny particles orbiting
each other that aren't eventouching.
This is energy, right?
So, yeah, I call that a sensoryimpairment.
I c I call the nervous system ofthe human body the tree of
knowledge.
And I believe that the Garden ofEden story is an allegory to
describe our transition from thefifth-dimensional state to the
(25:18):
third dimension, that this isthe tree of knowledge, to eat
the fruit of the tree ofknowledge is to incarnate into
the system of good, evil, andphysicality.
So, in terms of how you openthis up, it is true that it used
to take a lot of discipline andfocus through through the
esoteric societies andeverything, these qi gong
systems and other societies thatthat have set it up, but we're
(25:41):
in an age where this needs tohappen for everyone.
Humanity's on a suicidalprojection.
Yeah.
Oh, I agree.
SPEAKER_02 (25:49):
I agree completely.
SPEAKER_00 (25:51):
That's yeah, that's and nothing short of everyone
remembering their spirit willchange that.
SPEAKER_02 (25:56):
Right.
No, I completely agree.
That's why I find thisconversation so compelling is
people need to understand thatwe're right on the precipice of
not going back.
And if we don't and if we don'ttake the time to remember who we
are, it's gonna be over.
SPEAKER_00 (26:19):
Right, absolutely.
And so people think a lot ofpeople also think that they
might possibly have somethingbetter to do.
SPEAKER_02 (26:27):
What yeah, what?
Right, you know, yeah, what whatwhat what could be yeah, I I I
would I would defy anybody toexplain to me what would be more
important than what we've justtalked about.
SPEAKER_00 (26:40):
Right.
And more fulfilling because youknow, we call it work, but it's
more play.
Once you learn to see and feelall this stuff, you become like
a kid in a candy store.
Once you have your firstout-of-body experience, and God
only knows what where you'regoing to go.
But I've been so many places,I've been all over the universe,
met fantastic races of beings,seen things that that people
(27:02):
just wouldn't believe.
I've gotten to time travel, I'vebeen back to see the dinosaur
age, I've been as far forward as3500 AD, and God is there.
Like most of my out-of-bodies, Itravel by the Holy Spirit.
So as soon as I get out of thebody, I surrender myself.
I just say to God, take me whereI need to go.
Holy Spirit grabs me and whistsme through the stars or shifts
(27:24):
me through dimensions, plants meplaces, and the things I've
seen, the things I've done.
Like you break time barriers,time works different in spirit.
You can spend three days out ofyour body, come back here, and
only 15 minutes has passed.
I've actually spent three yearsbefore in an alternate
experience, come back to thenext day in my life here.
(27:45):
So it's like you get this greatvacation every night, and then
the next day of your life, youhave all this vitality, all this
zip.
When you wake up to for yournext day from out of your body,
you're flying through the stars,the next thing you know, pop,
you're back in your body.
You're like, here we are.
You know, you're full ofvitality.
So this is all a joy, it's play,it's playful.
(28:08):
And to answer your question,that there's two different
things that you can do toremember your spirit, two
different primary techniques.
One is meditation, the other isfocus.
And I'll explain the difference.
In meditation, see, we webelieve we're physical because
of the electrical sensory data.
So one way to bypass that is toignore it.
(28:28):
So meditation, we use thetabrain waves, bineural beads,
metronomes to lower our brainwaves, ignore the body, ignore
the body, breathe deep, lowerthose brain waves, and as you
get down to low alpha and intotheta, your nervous system
starts to paralyze, and so thatbombardment of physical sensory
data stops, and your astral bodyreveals itself and like, hello,
(28:52):
beautiful, there you are.
And so this leads to visions andauto-body experiences, which is
great.
This is how we remember who wereally are, but through the
focus, we learn what Godactually created the body for,
which was to take the spirit tothe next level.
And let me explain.
We we come from ether.
(29:12):
The elemental chart is real, butthey just that ether is not on
the chart.
Ether is the same thing as air,which is the same thing as
water, just differentcompression levels of density.
So our physical senses arehardwired to ignore ether, so we
don't even sense it at all.
So it's the same thing as air,but lighter, less substantial,
less particles per square inch,lower vibration.
(29:35):
So then we come in here intoEarth and we get to experience
air and water and solid matter,which is three densities of
energy greater.
And our spirit wouldn't even beable to operate here, but for
the electrical system of thehuman body, let's our etheric
energy attach to something, andthen we puppeteer our bodies,
but with muscle flexation.
(29:57):
But in spirit, we have amolecular level control over our
form because our mind is onewith it.
This brings me to focusexercises, and in this, the way
out is through.
So instead of ignoring theelectrical data, the sensory
data of the physical, we focuson it with intensity.
And just to give an example, oneof the lessons I teach, you
(30:18):
place your hand on a tree, andhow that tree bark feels against
your hand, you close your eyesand you let it be the only thing
that exists.
Well, you let it be the centerof the universe, the great all
that is.
You come out of your past andfuture and just feel that.
And if you can encompass all ofthe sensory data that's
happening, there's this pop, andyour spirit flows out of your
(30:40):
hand and into the tree.
So, with enough focus, if youcan observe all of the
electrical data your brain'sbeing bombarded with, then all
of a sudden there becomes roomfor more.
So you're observing all of thatdata, there's a magical pop that
happens, and your spiritleapfrogs out of the nerves and
into the electromagnetic energyin the air.
(31:02):
And then all of a sudden, youyou feel outside of your body
the same thing that you doinside your body, like it, like
it actually is a part of yourbody.
And then your spirit finallygets what it came here for,
which is air, water, solidmatter.
By being one with these things,our spirit obtains three greater
levels of its manifestation of Iamness.
(31:23):
Everybody has the I am, but howI am are you?
Okay, you're present, but howhere are you?
How how how luminous is yourspirit?
How attractive the gravity ofyour love?
You know, these are qualitiesthat we grow.
And through a process that Icall soul mapping, by being one
with a tree, being one with theair, being one with the
(31:45):
sunlight, the water, the ground,the stones, the fibers, you
know, all these great thingsthat God gave us on the earth,
they all have a lesson to teachin being this.
And you you gain these inspirit.
As soon as your spirit flowsinto something and and your
conscious mind is one with it,then you can replicate these
infinitely in your spirit body.
(32:07):
So because of the all the energymastery, I I now go to realms of
spirit that that are way morehigh-resolution beings there,
more dialed in, more focused,more conscious, more aware.
This is a blessing to be here.
It's the school of hard knotsfor sure, but it's a massive
upgrade for the spirit, which isimportant to know.
SPEAKER_02 (32:29):
Well, exactly.
And I want to repeat, and youcan correct me if I'm wrong
here, everybody has the abilityto do this.
Yes, this this is not this isnot, you know, like only one
person can, you know, dunk abasketball kind of thing.
This is this is ev this iseverybody, right?
SPEAKER_00 (32:49):
Yep.
It's so simple that that's whyit's difficult.
Because humans always think themost amazing things need to be
difficult.
And you'll see that in in a lotof these esoteric teachings,
they're complicated.
It's not, it's so simple asecond grader can figure all of
this out w with the rightguidance.
So it's actually just step bystep.
(33:10):
You you do the lessons, themeditations, the focus
exercises, you get the results,and your candy store, your kid
in a candy store, and it's justbeautiful, beautiful experience.
SPEAKER_02 (33:22):
So where can people find the information, Michael?
Where can they go out and andstart to gain start to gain what
they're missing?
SPEAKER_00 (33:34):
Okay, well, I I would like to give everybody a
um independent of my teachings.
Of course, I'm going torecommend my teachings, but if
there's one thing that everybodycan do right now is theta
meditation.
Get on YouTube, type in thetametronome or binaural beats, see
which one works best for you.
I like the theta metronome, andlet yourself get in train.
(33:54):
Learn to lower your brain waves.
And meditation is by far theeasiest way to wake up.
But uh if a person is interestedin in my teachings, I I offer
both the Avatar Energy MasteryInstitute and the Metaphysical
Church of the Tree of Life,depending on you know which
direction they want to go.
Uh the metaphysical church iscombining energy mastery with
(34:16):
devotion to God.
