I found a great post from Coach AJ / Mental Fitness (@coachajkings) “The real fear shouldn't be action - it should be inaction.” There is a very deep post here that I will post on my social media channels for you to take a longer look at these thoughts on this very important life topic. It ties into Friday’s show dealing with regret and discipline. The intro quote from Coach John Wooden is a key part of this. “You’re going to fail on occasions. But the greatest failure of all is failure to act when action is needed… You have to act knowing that at times you will fail… that’s the greatest - absolutely the greatest - fault of all is failure to act when action is needed.” Powerful thoughts that go with this from Coach AJ. Again, for me this is a huge reminder as I stated when I reposted this: “One of the biggest (and truest) reminders that I know I needed to re-connect with! The “key” for me is to have this truth be a part of my everyday life. I have plenty of examples from my past where I didn’t try & plenty where I did. Always learning & growing! Thanks Coach AJ!” I hope you can make a big connection with this episode as well. Thanks for listening.
