Found a great (and short) post that I wanted to share with you today. It comes from Kylie Riordan (@mindfulheal) and she introduces this post with this: “Goodness I love these people.” The thought is this: “The people whose first instinct is to smile when you make eye contact with them are some of Earth’s greatest treasure.” So, I caught a couple of things here. First is that I need to be this person more often. It also helped to remind me that when I smile more it benefits someone else and myself. Once again, something that the world needs more of for sure.
