Grace Rizza is the CEO and founder of Identity Dental Marketing, which serves practices nationwide with ethical, effective marketing solutions. Today the company has helped to propel over 1,500 businesses to new levels of success.

In her tenure as a business owner, Grace has authored countless industry-specific articles, podcasts, and blogs. She has spoken at dozens of dental meetings, including the Chicago Dental Society Midwinter Meeting, The Hinman Dental Meeting and the Greater New York Dental Meeting.

Meet Shawn Terrell: 

Shawn Terrell is the founder and lead financial advisor of Dentist Exit Planning. Shawn began his career in financial services in 2011 when he formed Terrell Financial. Shortly thereafter, a friend that was a D4 at the University of Iowa suggested Shawn give a presentation about disability insurance, and Shawn’s work with dentists began. Shawn decided to build his own planning model exclusively for dentists in 2021 when he launched his independent firm, Dentist Exit Planning. 

He enjoys hosting and guesting on many dental podcasts, as it’s a reminder of his first career. Shawn previously spent 10 years working as a television sports anchor and sports talk radio host throughout the Midwest. He received his Bachelor of Arts from The University of Iowa in 2000.
