Dann kommt das oberste Gericht zu dem Urteil, dass Präsidenten im Amt weitgehend Immunität von Strafverfolgung genießen, sodass Trump für seine Rolle im Umsturzversuch 2020 wohl nicht belangt werden kann. Wir diskutieren, wie sich die Demokraten Joe Biden nun noch am besten entledigen können und welche historische Dimension das Urteil des obersten Gerichts hat.
