SPEAKER_00 (00:05):
Hello, hello, one to Entra Podcasters Podcast.
I'm Carolina Magic, the host, and this is an episode of Diario
and a Podcaster CEO.
This is what we're doing withepisodes on the camera, what is
what happens in a negotiationand how we're creating my
podcast, what we were on thelanguage of this podcast that is

(00:31):
Entre Podcasters, and a littlebit of the negotiation, how are
the comments and what we areworking on semana to semaine.
And this is the episode that wehave.

(01:02):
But let's talk, I'm gonna get adiary, and let's tell you a
little bit of what happened andthe importance of that podcast
function for your work and thatnotes of a negotiation, because
there are semas that nobodydedicated time to your podcast.
And that's what happened inthese two semas.

(01:23):
It's possible that you escuchthese videos, and I hope that
they are, and if not, if youescuch this, and enter a little
bit more about what happened, but I did the language of this
podcast and other projects thatI've been doing from Pod Latinas
with a network on which I workin television, and it's a
project super grande.

(01:45):
And the fact that these semaswere dedicated totally to this
project.
And it's fun because mynegotiation in Pod Latinas would
roll if you don't have somethingthis week specifically for the

(02:07):
podcast.
There are things that just grab,as you said, there are things
that just were planificated, theequippers were working in this,
and these two semas of thisproject from Podlatinas, and the
only thing I was in the PodLatinos was to attend to the

(02:27):
clients who were one, they had areunion with our alumni, but
there was nothing that we havein the podcast.
All the rest were rodent.
Uh, I don't know.
No.
These two semas when I was, because for those who don't
know, as you grab this and a fewsemasures of difference.

(02:54):
When you watch it, but obviouslyit's part of this system that we
have in Potlatinas, because if Iwas what I did at the end, I
think if you grab the semanathat started the podcast, you
got sick these two semas.
So that's the idea.

(03:15):
The idea is that one, one wouldhave a colchón to serve.
Come on, they were episodes new,no, all the planification of the
promotion is within.
In this case, as I comment inepisodes anterior, the part of

(03:38):
Instagram was Carolina Neira, which is part of our area of
marketing and all that we havebranding and visual brand.
I put the strategy, they havethe execution, it has a sense in
this moment.

(03:59):
And the podcast rode because itwas like it had to be, the
podcast that we had to publicsort of interruption.
And that's what I want to see, because that's the difference
between a podcaster who is inwhat we say, or it's like, or

(04:20):
that other thing.
No, I'm retrasada.
Devon episode because I need tosit down.
No, you don't want to do it ofthat manner.
I want to be strategic.
At the final year, there's aphrase that you use much of Pod
Latinas, and at the final isyour negotiation, your network
is your negotiation, and yourpodcast is the machine for

(04:41):
expanding your network.
And if you have your podcast, imagine that you're like, I
don't want to get this projectthat I have, with the which I
obviously generate ingredientsbecause I'm going to grab the
episode of the podcast.
Or I think oh the podcast notes.
This has a planification, youcan do all these things, and as

(05:01):
I said, this was a proof of aphoto.
Really not necessarily to thosewho are, but the podcast lanced
in the moment that you commencethis project.
And it was possible to see itbecause I grabbed it, and then
after I was in the project, itwas like I pregnated the two

(05:22):
episodes, that's what I mean Iencourage, it's what I
recommend.
But that's the idea, I startedproducing podcasts of other
people, but I was sufficient fortaking a colchon, and then there
were two or two episodes afterme to work, or they had to be in

(05:43):
the official of this project, because obviously we had
reunions, they had many things, and there were episodes that I
was in the road.
And these two semas nothing forthe podcast.
And the podcast crew, theyentered people at the list of
emails.
And this I can comment becausenot all is a podcast.

(06:05):
When you work from a CEO, apodcaster CEO, not all the
podcasts.
The podcast is an argument, it'sa piece, a piece obviously
fundamental, but your podcastwill be afraid that you
dedicate.
Obviously, not that you candisappear and not, because the
podcast is, but a time, that youcan have two or three semanas of

(06:32):
vacations and that you don'thave your podcast, and your
podcast is rolling.
This is what you need with apodcast.
Okay?
At the final year, not podcast, which is the year this seminar,
and these ultimate two semasnothing, but I can tell you that

(06:57):
nothing and that we are.

(07:17):
And this is what I'm sayingthat's not.

(07:38):
And we're the semana in anotherEnter Podcasters Podcast.
Chao, Mm.
