Uma Pesquisa realizada pela Escola de Artes, Ciências e Humanidades (EACH) da USP mostra que a palavra “nordestino” está impregnada de preconceito e de construções sociais que levam alguns brasileiros de outros Estados a enxergarem os migrantes do Nordeste como “seres inferiores”.

De acordo com dados da Pnad, do IBGE, o Estado de São Paulo é o principal destino de migrantes do Nordeste, representando, em 2015, quase 13% da população total

Pois é, a xenofobia é uma realidade no Brasil e nosso atual presidente não nos deixa mentir quando em meio a uma inauguração de uma usina na Bahia diz que 'só falta crescer a cabeça' para ser nordestino
