Matt Eberflus, feel how you feel about it? Rightfully so
not rightfully so whatever. They fired them, and then they
begun the search of who was going to be the
next Dallas Cowboys defensive coordinators. And a lot of you,

making videos and tweets and all this other stuff about
the cowboys can't work the way that they once worked before.
Right hired old former head coaches, friends of the family,
cool with me, and then the names begin to come out.
Who are their interviewing and all that kind of stuff.
And then the name Christian Parker came along and to

a man, myself included, was excited about the hire. And
then everyone began to put out their think pieces. What
you you have the right to do so about Christian
Parker thirty four years old?

Dixon and other players, Ryan Smith, and then they went

is being snorted at an alarming rate, and everyone began
to say and tell me and tell whoever would listen,
Christian Parker is this and this is going to be

all of these coaching staffs, and then we get to

draft season and now I start hearing about can't draft
that guy, don't fit here, won't do this, won't do that.
And I'm saying to myself, Oh, wait a minute, now,
where was this what? Where was the same energy that
you guys had about this. Christian Parker hires b T.
Jordan High and all the other coaches that they had

in there. And my thing is, either you believe the
man can do it, or damn it, you don't. Either
you believe that the people that they're going to pick
the be on this defense is exactly who the Now,
this is the man that you all were excited about this.
This was the man that each and every one of
you put out tweets and videos and monologues and all

that kind of stuff about the great Christian Parker, and
the change has finally come. The Messiah is here. He
will walk on water, divide.

in charge are going to have those people. Now, I'm

ain't out there. You can't develop what ain't out there.

on the one side of your mouth about how good

he can develop, how good he is of a coach,
and you give me all the players that he developed,
and all the scheme that he's been under and all
these great things, and then start saying, well that he
ain't gonna work here, Well, what you got the man
here for? Then what you gotta be here for? So
I just don't. Don't tell me who won't work and
don't and then tell me that he could make everything

work like I don't. I don't get the two. Now,
I'm not saying it. I'm not saying take a seventh
rounder and make him a Pro Bowl. I'm talking about
first round picks. I'm talking about premium quality athletes. I
know that we don't have generation in this one, right,
I'm talking about first round talent that I'm asking y'all

to stay on the same pay with the people who
y'all wanted to bring in here. Because if we take
first round talent and the man that everyone had such
great hope, four can't develop them to be what he
needs them to be. In his defense, well, we shot
the hell to ways.

just been physically gifted to go out there and be

now you've entered a place where there's a lot of
the best, everybody's the best. You have to work and
the only thing that separates you from the best and
not being the best is the work. And you'll hear

about learning how to be a professional. It's learning how
to study, learning what to study, to put the time,
the energy and effort in to realize, you know what,
sleep is actually a good thing for me, you know

sit back and look at some of the first round
players that we may have had here, I can show
you it wasn't that they weren't talented enough. I can

this guy is an edge rusher, and you come try
to put this dude that middle linebacker. That's what you
wasted your time and your money and your effort. That
was dumb. But if you know the guy's an edge rusher,
you look at him for what you want him to
do off the edge for your team. If he has

those traits, now, next thing, will he come in here
and work? Will he buy into the system. Now if
he don't buy into the system, if he say he
don't like football, all he want to do is just
beat up other humans, Well, you know what, son, it's
a technique we have to do here. It's a thing.

how much we see on the film. Then the people
we talk to when they tell us we gotta believe it.

begun the search of who was going to be the

making videos and tweets and all this other stuff about
the cowboys can't work the way that they once worked before.
Right hired old former head coaches, friends of the family,
cool with me, and then the names begin to come out.

And then the name Christian Parker came along and to

a man, myself included, was excited about the hire. And
then everyone began to put out their think pieces. What
you you have the right to do so about Christian
Parker thirty four years old?

Dixon and other players, Ryan Smith, and then they went

is being snorted at an alarming rate, and everyone began
to say and tell me and tell whoever would listen,

all of these coaching staffs, and then we get to

draft season and now I start hearing about can't draft
that guy, don't fit here, won't do this, won't do that.
And I'm saying to myself, Oh, wait a minute, now,
where was this what? Where was the same energy that
you guys had about this. Christian Parker hires b T.
Jordan High and all the other coaches that they had

in there. And my thing is, either you believe the
man can do it, or damn it, you don't. Either
you believe that the people that they're going to pick
the be on this defense is exactly who the Now,
this is the man that you all were excited about this.
This was the man that each and every one of
you put out tweets and videos and monologues and all

that kind of stuff about the great Christian Parker, and
the change has finally come. The Messiah is here. He
will walk on water, divide.

everything you thought the man was when they hired him
in January, then whether it's whoever it is, whether it's

Men or whoever, you gotta believe the people that are
in charge are going to have those people. Now, I'm

and you give me all the players that he developed,
and all the scheme that he's been under and all

I just don't. Don't tell me who won't work and
don't and then tell me that he could make everything

work like I don't. I don't get the two. Now,
I'm not saying it. I'm not saying take a seventh
rounder and make him a Pro Bowl. I'm talking about
first round picks. I'm talking about premium quality athletes. I
know that we don't have generation in this one, right,
I'm talking about first round talent that I'm asking y'all

to stay on the same pay with the people who
y'all wanted to bring in here. Because if we take
first round talent and the man that everyone had such
great hope, four can't develop them to be what he
needs them to be. In his defense, well, we shot
the hell to ways.

just been physically gifted to go out there and be

the best, everybody's the best. You have to work and
the only thing that separates you from the best and

to study, learning what to study, to put the time,
the energy and effort in to realize, you know what,

sit back and look at some of the first round
players that we may have had here, I can show

come ready for the pro some don't. Talent really is

this guy is an edge rusher, and you come try
to put this dude that middle linebacker. That's what you
wasted your time and your money and your effort. That
was dumb. But if you know the guy's an edge rusher,
you look at him for what you want him to

those traits, now, next thing, will he come in here
and work? Will he buy into the system. Now if
he don't buy into the system, if he say he
don't like football, all he want to do is just

a technique we have to do here. It's a thing.

who they really believe they have, Will Maclay and his
people have put in enough work and check it into

to be better at is seeing what's on the film,
how much we see on the film. Then the people
we talk to when they tell us we gotta believe it.

facing I didn't know at the time, I was facing

that those are the two things that that I look
at and I go, this is not a trend that

do we want to zag? But we'll see how the draft.

it's gonna whatever they need is gonna kind of fall
right to them.
