Talling the new documentary about the LGBTQ representation in pro wrestling historically and today OUT IN THE RING With professional wrestling experiencing a global renaissance on T.V. (AEW, WWE, IMPACT, MLW) and on streaming platforms (Netflix's WRESTLERS and Apple T.V.'s MONSTER FACTORY, Vice's DARKSIDE OF THE RING), one of the most notable rises has been the presence of LGBTQIA+ performers in the industry. A global surge of queer performers is now featured across the industry. FUSE TV has now entered that space with its upcoming World broadcast premiere of director Ry Levey's multi-award winning documentary feature highlighting the history and rise of LGBTQIA+ performers in professional wrestling OUT IN THE RING, slated to premiere November 15th on the U.S. network and on their digital platform. The film features interviews with some of the top names, including trans-femme trailblazer Sonny Kiss (AEW, Lucha Underground), global indie sensation EFFY (GCW, and voice on NETFLIX's animated DEAD END: PARANORMAL PARK), Mike Parrow (MLW, NWA), Charlie Morgan (WWE NXT UK, Pro Wrestling EVE), AC Mack (WWE NXT, Action Wrestling), Ashton Starr (AEW), Dani Jordyn (AEW) Mexican Wrestling legend Cassandro (Subject of the recently released biopic, CASSANDRO) wrestling manager Pollo Del Mar (NWA, GCW) and Pro Wrestling Hall of Famer Susan Tex Green (WWE formerly WW(W)F, NWA). Others featured include AEW stars Anthony Bowens & Nyla Rose, WWE talents like Shayna Baszler & Sonya Deville, and the late Pat Patterson, Chris Kanyon, and Chyna, along with a treasure trove of archival footage.
