Hi Nguyen is a former Royal Canadian Mounted Police officer with 14 years of experience in patrol, close protection, counter-terrorism and undercover operations. He is currently the Director of Protection Services for a large Canadian university. In his 20 years of experience in this industry he’s witnessed the impact of poor leadership at all rank levels: Burnouts, depressions, suicides.
