I have been on a personal wellness journey for many years due to watching my father get diagnosed and suffer from one illness or disease to the next (heart attack, 2 open heart surgeries, diabetes, stroke, colon cancer) until he passed away in March 2016. I kept questioning why my parents, my friend’s parents and so many other people were getting diagnosed with diseases, being put on so many medications and developing food sensitivities & allergies. I knew from personal experience that it wasn’t difficult to make small changes over time to improve your health and as I started to dive more into learning about a healthy lifestyle, more and more opportunities kept coming my way. Through various connections, I have learned so much from multiple practitioners and business owners in alternative medicine, nutrition, fitness, personal development, spirituality and more! I started this radio show/podcast to take people on this journey with me as I continue to discover more about what it takes to lead a Successful Balanced Life!
