Living Life with Lynda Show

Living Life with Lynda Show

I have been on a personal wellness journey for many years due to watching my father get diagnosed and suffer from one illness or disease to the next (heart attack, 2 open heart surgeries, diabetes, stroke, colon cancer) until he passed away in March 2016. I kept questioning why my parents, my friend’s parents and so many other people were getting diagnosed with diseases, being put on so many medications and developing food sensitivities & allergies. I knew from personal experience that it wasn’t difficult to make small changes over time to improve your health and as I started to dive more into learning about a healthy lifestyle, more and more opportunities kept coming my way. Through various connections, I have learned so much from multiple practitioners and business owners in alternative medicine, nutrition, fitness, personal development, spirituality and more! I started this radio show/podcast to take people on this journey with me as I continue to discover more about what it takes to lead a Successful Balanced Life!

Hosted by Laura Beil (Dr. Death, Bad Batch), Sympathy Pains is a six-part series from Neon Hum Media and iHeartRadio. She told friends and coworkers she was trapped in abusive relationships, or that she was the mother of children who had died. It was all a con. Sympathy was both her great need and her powerful weapon. But unlike most scams, she didn’t want people’s money. She was after something far more valuable.
