Analog in the AI Era |Matt Hancock|Creative Force Behind DECO-LUXE
Today's guest is the creative force behind DECO-LUXE, a synthwave project that blends nostalgic analog textures with modern cinematic production. With a new album, Eventide, set for release soon, they're exploring the intersection of retro-futurism, storytelling, and immersive electronic music.
In today's conversation, we'll dive into the creative process behind crafting synthwave, explore sound design, modular synthesis, and the art of building rich sonic landscapes. We'll also talk about what it takes to produce music as an independent artist, where inspiration comes from, and get a behind-the-scenes look at the making of Eventide.
Whether you're a musician, producer, synth enthusiast, or just curious about how electronic music comes to life, this is a conversation you won't want to miss.
