He provides all the forecasts on the economy, housing, and mortgage markets for Fannie Mae. He also oversees corporate strategy and is responsible for strategic research regarding external factors and the potential impact on the company and housing industry. Named one of Bloomberg Businessweek's 50 most powerful people in real estate and one of Inman News' 100 most influential real estate leaders of 2013. Dr. Duncan is Fannie Mae's source for information & analysis on the external business and economical environment and the implications of changes in economic environment to the company strategy and execution. Prior to being at Fannie Mae, he was Sr. Vice president Chief Economist at Mortgage Banker's Association for 7 years. We've been very fortunate to know him for a number of years. He is a really great guy and tries to be very objective and tells it like he sees it.
