I’ve always had a vivid imagination—not just for creativity, but for real life. I constantly run “what if” scenarios, replay conversations, and imagine alternate paths my life could have taken. Sometimes it’s a strength—it helps me prepare, reflect, and process. But other times? It’s a trap. In this episode, I open up about how living in my head has shaped me. From overthinking to analysis paralysis, from missed opportunities to imagining “what could have been” with my YouTube journey—I share the good, the bad, and the in-between.This is a reflection on imagination as a double-edged sword: a source of insight, but also a source of inaction. I talk about my struggle to balance daydreaming with doing, and how I’m learning to turn thought into movement.
