-How are you doing?
-You started judo at 12, how did that impact your life?
-Self discipline, would you say this is an important factor for someone who wants to start/learn Judo?
-You attended some college in Tokyo and studied under Sensei Osawa, one of the most respected instructors in the world. What was that like for you being so young?
-You never stopped working on your education and continuing to work heavily in the sport. How in the world did you manage to have kids, continue your education to earn a PhD in Educational Psychology, THEN get back into competing on to win the 1984 World Judo Championships?
-When you’re working with kids in Judo, do you ever find that their interest is ever sparked because of bullying?
-What was the impact Judo Gene Lebelle had on you?
-Can you tell me where the inspiration for 7GenerationGames began?
-Where is it that you had your inspiration to bring education to youth and wanting to help better youth in different areas considering you had visited numerous countries last year?
-You combine native American history into your games, which personally I think is very impactful and important. But what is it that led you to the decision to include that in your technology?
-What does bringing Judo to the forefront of todays youth mean for you?
-You work directly with your daughter Maria Burns Ortiz at 7 generation games, do you find that to be strenuous on your relationship at all?
- considering the forefront that womens MMA now has in the world, do you feel as though that the sport now has it’s deserved respect?
-Words of wisdom for kids who may be conflicted on joining for judo?
-Back in 2016 you were inducted into the International Sports Hall of Fame, how does that make you feel/how did it make you feel?
