I have to tell you guys, I have complete Hollywood love heart eyes for our guest this week. Her name is Kate Toon and she is literally the Aussie Queen of SEO. I haven’t met Kate in real life, but I have had her on other podcasts, have followed her, have signed up for her emails and have basically “Jenn stalked her”. She might be the queen of SEO but I’m the queen of online stalking … just ask my friends. Good stalking – not creeping – just saying!

So, when I reached out to her via LinkedIn, my fav social media platform, and asked her to be a guest on my podcast – her response flawed me. She wrote “Absolutely – thanks for asking”. No, I’ll get back to you or who the hell are you – just Absolutely, thanks for asking – now that’s how a queen does it – take note people!

It’s needless to say, I’m excited to talk SEO with Kate Toon and copywriting too – because she’s an expert at that too. You are going to love this conversation with so much gold.

Her LinkedIn profile describes her as a SEO Lover, Copywriting Mentor, Speaking, Podcaster, Author, Copywriting, and Hula Hooper – takes me back – who had a Big M Hula Hoop when they were young … I disgress!

She’s all that and award-winning SEO copywriter and SEO consultant with over two decades of experience in all things advertising, digital and writing. Kate’s originally from the UK but now based just outside Sydney and has worked with brands such as eHarmony, Curash and Kmart, as well as helped countless small businesses produce great content and improve their copywriting and SEO. She’s the founder of The Clever Copywriting School and The Recipe for SEO Success eCourse, as well as co-host on the Hot Copy Podcast.
