„Než jsem odjel do Budapešti, myslel jsem si, že vyhraje Viktor Orbán. Po týdnu jsem se vrátil přesvědčený, že zvítězí Péter Magyar,“ říká ve Studiu N redaktor časopisu Reflex Oliver Adámek.
„Na Orbánových mítincích jsem na vlastní oči viděl atmosféru strachu z prohry. Lidé byli vystrašení, řekl bych až skoro agresivní. Příznivcům Ukrajiny a opozičním politikům sprostě nadávali, cítil jsem tam negativní emoce,“ líčí novinář.
Naopak Magyarova předvolební shromáždění popisuje jako plná euforie. „Lidé jsou si tam jistí, že vyhrají. Opoziční lídr působí charismaticky, lidé se smějí jeho vtipům, mluví hodinu vkuse a je to strhující. Je nesporně rétoricky talentovaný,“ říká. „Zároveň se z něj stal love brand, na sítích už má větší dosahy než současný premiér.“
