ep 020 - Tara Davis

Tara works with busy professional women who are exhausted and overwhelmed by family, marriage and commitments. She helps them bring back the intimacy in their relationship, create more personal time for fun, and teach them to communicate with their partner on a level they are heard and understood. After many incredible ups and downs with her partner, Tara realized it was up to her to create the marriage and relationship of her dreams. In overcoming all her own objections (aka finger-pointing, blaming, and avoidance), letting go of my beliefs of what I thought a marriage was suppose to be, and learning how to effectively speak and be heard by her husband, she rekindled the intimacy she thought was lost. Today they work diligently and mindfully to have a relationship in which we are both valued and loved for being the unique humans they are.
