The Posh Sessions: Episode 11: Yeah, I Fucked Him

Posh is back after hiatus, and this time she’s back with to tackle this topic alongside in-house therapist Pernell Bush, owner of Key Counseling Solutions and Debo. *sigh* I think that at some point most of us have been there, right? Whether we knew or not, we flirted, or messed around or gotten intimate, or even worse: have fallen for someone who’s already taken. Now it would have been easy to just sit there and bash the women involved with our man, or even bash the men who have betrayed us and have broken our hearts, but what I attempt to do is to dissect this topic from a man’s point of view and what better way than from a professional’s standpoint? Apparently, I have relationship PTSD.. like who knew? Now, I’m not going to lie: some of these truths were hard pills to swallow and while we tried to cover as much ground as possible, a lot was left unsaid and we will continue this conversations on episodes to come.
