In today's episode with trauma-informed Rosen Method therapist Cinnamon, we talked all about how 'the body keeps the score'. Trauma is stored in the tissues and Cinnamon, in her gentle way, speaks about the power of trauma-releasing with body focused therapies, such as Rosen Method. She speaks about her healing journey as a mother. And, she also offered great resources of body focused therapies aside from Rosen Method. Our conversations was therapeutic, gentle, and wise.

Cinnamon Cranston is a former graduate of the University of Regina and has been in the health and wellness field for 20 years. Cinnamon began her career as a massage therapist and has also received training in Reiki and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Cinnamon eventually found her home in Rosen Method in 2008, training with the Rosen Method Cascadia Centre (now the Rosen Method Institute Canada). She specializes in Rosen Method Bodywork and Movement as a certified Rosen Method Bodywork Practitioner and Workshop Teacher as well as a Rosen Method Movement teacher/intern with a private practice in Edmonton, AB, called The Mindful Body.
