Sabrina Noorani was born and raised in East Africa and moved to Miami, FL, when she was eight years old. She always had a passion for science and math, so she attended and graduated from the New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business.

In 2017, she ventured into the skincare world after developing a debilitating skin allergy and struggling to understand the ingredients that were affecting her and causing irritation to her skin. This was the inspiration that led to creating ClearForMe. Through this platform, she can encourage clear beauty transparency and introduce a new, trusting way for consumers to make educated decisions about their skincare.

Episode Summary -

Self-care helps you to maintain good physical, mental, and emotional health.

The entrepreneurship journey is never easy; you have to deal with new challenges almost every day. Working long hours, dealing with different challenges, and balancing personal life is what a typical day looks like for most entrepreneurs.

If you don’t take care of yourself, you can easily break out.

To become a successful business person, you need to treat yourself as a top priority.

In this episode, Sabrina Noorani talks about how self-care is an essential aspect for entrepreneurs. And one of the most important parts of self-care is making educative buying decisions.

You should be well aware of the products you are using and how they will benefit you.

Stop being a random buyer, understand your requirement and then purchase.

“When we don’t let go of rejections, we start having self-doubts and create stories that don’t even exist."
