In this episode, I talk to Bryce Smith. He is an entrepreneur, fitness athlete, and host of the Invictus Mindset Podcast. He holds a B.S. in Exercise Physiology and a number of CrossFit Certifications. He is also a certified EMT and Firefighter with the LAFD. He began his coaching career as a student assistant strength and conditioning coach at California State University, Northridge, where he worked with a variety of teams.

Simultaneously while at Northridge, he also worked at Valley CrossFit before joining the Invictus Coaching Staff in 2014. He is a former division 1 college basketball player, professional basketball player overseas, and has been involved in the fitness industry since he was a youngster working out in his Dad’s garage.

He is indeed an amazing guy and one of the characteristics that I admire about him is the ability to stay positive in every situation. Our previous episode is (Divorcing The Outcome and Marrying The Process), check out and listen to that episode you can get a lot of learning from that episode.

We dig in on how Bryce managed the struggles, obstacles, and challenges that he had along the way and how he surpassed all of them, we also discuss the benefits of leaf supplements and many more.
