It's lonely at the top. Often bosses are completely unaware of the fact that they display behaviors that are destructive to the company. That's a problem.

This podcast teaches you how to deal with your difficult boss. What makes them the way they are. How to deal with their destructive behaviors to create the best possible outcome.

Gain The Skills and Confidence to Deal With Difficult People

The fact is not many direct reports have the willingness to tell their boss the truth. Don't you think it is only fair for them to know?  You owe it to the boss to make them aware of how their behaviors affect the company emotionally and financially.

This podcast takes you through the exercise to capture the destructive behaviors specifically and then turn that into how expensive it is for them to continue with the same course. It will give you the process to make the workplace better for everyone.

I share the critical tool of SBI as a communication process

How to Give SBI Feedback

Use the three stages of the SBI feedback tool to structure your feedback so that it's concise and nonjudgmental:

Key Points

Situation: describe the "when" and "where" of the problem.

Behavior: describe the other person's behavior (but only mention the actions you have observed yourself).

Impact: communicate the effect of the person's behavior on you, your team, and the organization.
