059: Your Path, Our Journey with Gordon Jenkins   In this episode, I interview, Gordon Jenkins.   Biography: Gordon Jenkins, The Visible Guy, knows firsthand the impact change has on organizations and individuals. The Visible Guy is an international speaker, facilitator and executive coach. Today almost 80% of his clients are professional service leaders and organizations looking to future-proof their growth. Outside this sector, his clients include a Costa Rican musician, a young female entrepreneur who will be one of Africa’s most influential people, disadvantaged social groups and various philanthropic social causes. With over 20 years’ experience, The Visible Guy connects your intrinsic motivation with the big picture (strategy). You are supported and guided through the maze of self-belief breaking down barriers, encouraging self-driven accountability and celebrating success. He has held senior positions for 5 of the world’s leading financial institutions and advised some of Australia’s wealthiest private families. He is Chair of Lung Transplant Research Australia, one of the world’s top Foundations in its field, delivering world’s best practice and better life expectancy for lung transplant recipients and their families. He has faced many challenges, some life and death situations. He has ended up in the strangest of places such as the Asian jungle instead of the Australian Outback. He is proof that defining a personal pathway through life’s challenges can be one of the most rewarding journeys you will take. You can and will be in control of your outcomes.
